应力对硅烯上锂吸附的影响

本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波赝势方法研究了双轴应力作用下锂原子吸附硅烯的结构及其稳定性. 计算结果表明,在拉应力和一定的压应力作用下,锂吸附的硅烯体系基本保持原有的结构. 而当更大的压应力作用时,硅烯产生了向锂原子方向凸起的结构变化,所得到的体系的总能也有明显地下降. 本文通过对各种应力下的硅烯声子谱的计算,分析了在压应力作用下锂吸附的硅烯结构不稳定的原因. 关键词： 硅烯 应力 第一性原理 声子谱     

Radiation Induced Optical Absorption of Cubic Lead Fluoride Crystals and the Effect of Annealing

Transparent and colorless lead fluoride crystals with sizes of 20 × 20 × 20 （ram3） are irradiated with several doses of γ-rays from a ^60Co source. Their transmittance spectra before and after irradiation are measured, and a new parameter ΔT = Tb - Ta is defined to evaluate the irradiation damage. Three optical absorption bands peaking at 27Onto, 37Onto and 50Onto are found in the plots of AT versus wavelength, and their intensities increase with the irradiation dose. These optical absorption bands, except the one at 27Onto, can recover spontaneously with time. Thermal annealing treatment can enhance this recovery of the transmittance, while the optimum annealing temperature for different samples depends on the irradiation dose.     

用长气体靶研究22Na+α共振散射

在日本东京大学CRIB 次级束装置上,用长气体靶开展了22Na+ α共振散射的厚靶实验研究。针对长气体靶实验中的两体运动学重构问题,提出了一套包括构建空间复杂几何关系、计算能量损失以及反应运动学的逐事件分析方法;对22Na+α共振散射的实验数据进行了重构分析,得到了E_c.m. = 4.2 ~ 5.4 MeV 区间22Na( α,α ) 的激发函数,从实验的激发函数中观测到了复合核26Al 5 个较为明显的共振峰。鉴于26Al 共振态的衰变模式比较复杂,本工作发现的26Al新共振态的能级性质有待进一步的理论分析。The 22Na+α resonant scattering is studied via a conventional thick target inverse kinematic method with an extended gas target. A data analysis method is proposed for the two-body reaction kinematic reconstruction, in which the spatial geometry, the reaction kinematics and the energy losses are considered. The experimental data of 22Na+ αresonant scattering have been thus reconstructed, and the excitation function is obtained in the energy interval of Ec.m. =4.2~5.4 MeV. Five resonant states in 26Al are observed in the experimental excitation function. Since several decay modes coexist for the observed 26Al resonant states, multi-channel theoretical analysis is thus needed to reveal their structure and decay features.

Simulation of the Lanzhou Penning Trap LPT

The LPT (Lanzhou Penning Trap) is under construction and its task is to perform direct mass measurement of fusion-evaporation residues and if possible for heavy isotopes. Detailed simulations have been done for a good understanding to the ion’s movement and mechanics in the trap. The optimization of the LPT is also performed based on the simulation. With a scale of 0.5 mm per grid used in the simulation and many other limitations a highest mass resolution has been achieved to be 1.9×10-5. An unexpected behaviour in the simulation related to magnetron motion has been found.     

Temperature-Dependent Dynamic Properties of LixMn2O4 in Monte Carlo Simulations

Monte Carlo (MC) simulations are used to simulate the voltage profile and the ionic conductivity s of Li ions in LixMn2O4 and its dependence on the lithium concentration x. The open circuit potential shows clearly the two plateaus in the charge/discharge curve, which agrees well with the experimental results. The two plateaus become more and more steep when the temperature is increased. The simulated ionic conductivity shows an M-shaped curve in the plot of ionic conductivity cr versus x when the simulation temperature is low. Interestingly,the minimum valley, which lies at the middle single-phase area near x=0.5, disappears gradually when the temperature increases to 453K.     

外控弱周期电流约束下电极B-Z反应体系中的时间自组织

以经典BZ化学反应体系的三变量Oregonator模型及电极过程动力学为基础,提出了外控弱周期电极电流约束下电极BZ反应体系与体相BZ反应体系相互耦合的动力学模型.在体相处于稳定定态参数条件下,系统地研究了外控弱周期电流约束下电极BZ反应体系中的动力学行为,定量分析了电流慢变流型上的准定态稳定性及有利于出现极限环振荡区域.研究表明,与以前所报道的外控弱周期电位约束情况类似,在外控弱周期电流约束下电极BZ反应体系中的极限环振荡区域亦发生了蜕变,但体系对外控电流约束中的这种持续性之周期扰动的响应表现在两个方面:有利于出现极限环振荡区域的缩变及原非振荡区胁迫振荡的出现.
