移动电话资费管制的研究

伴随着中国电信行业,特别是移动电话用户数量的高速发展和有效市场竞争格局的初步建立,移动电话资费的调整、改革与管制等问题成为近几年社会各界关注的焦点.本文从电信管制理论出发,分析和介绍了电信资费管制理论的演进过程,进而对中国电信市场特别是移动电话资费的管制实践进行了系统研究,深入地分析了中国建立的新的移动电话资费管制体系,并对未来移动电话资费管制的发展趋势作了展望.     

Finite size effect on the Raman frequency of phonons in nano-semiconductors

A comprehensive study on Raman spectroscopy with different excitation wavelengths, sample sizes, and sample shapes for optic phonons (OPs) and acoustic phonons (APs) in polar and non-polar nano-semiconductors has been performed. The study affirms that the finite size effect does not appear in the OPs of polar nano-semiconductors, while it exists in all other types of phonons. The absence of the FSE is confirmed to originate from the long-range Fr¨ohlich interaction and the breaking of translation symmetry. The result indicates that the Raman spectra of OPs cannot be used as a method to characterize the scale and crystalline property of polar nano-semiconductors.

基于JESD204B协议高速并行8 bit/10 bit解码电路设计

提出了一种高速低延时8 bit/10 bit解码电路结构,采用四路并行通道同时处理输入数据,每一路具有K码检测、输入数据查错功能,能够在输入四路10 bit数据后的一个时钟周期内正确完成解码.所设计的解码电路通过搭建的通用验证方法学系统完成系统级功能验证,并基于65 nm工艺库进行综合、布局和布线,解码电路的面积为1 449 μm2.后仿真结果显示,解码电路的最高工作频率达415 MHz,四路可支持最高16.6 Gibit/s的串行数据传输速率,满足JESD204B协议标准推荐的最高传输速率12.5 Gibit/s的要求.将该解码电路用于支持JESD204B协议的高速数模转换器电路中,经测试,其传输速率最高达10.5 Gibit/s.

Speckle reduction by selective spatial-domain mask in digital holography

An improved method of using a selective spatial-domain mask to reduce speckle noise in digital holography is proposed.The sub-holograms are obtained from the original hologram filtered by the binary masks including a shifting aperture for being reconstructed. Normally, the speckle patterns of these sub-reconstructed images are different. The speckle intensity of the final reconstructed image is suppressed by averaging the favorable sub-reconstructed images which are selected based on the most optimal pixel intensity sub-range in the sub-holograms. Compared with the conventional spatial-domain mask method, the proposed method not only reduces the speckle noise more effectively with fewer sub-reconstructed images,but also reduces the redundant information used in the reconstruction process.
