北京谱仪中性径迹测量误差的确定

首先检查了北京谱仪(BES)桶部簇射计数器(BSC)对γ光子电磁簇射形成的中性径迹的沉积能量和空间位置的测量值;然后,利用辐射Bhabha事例修正了BSC的沉积能量及其误差δE;利用e⁺e^－→γγ(γ)过程确定了BSC测量中性径迹的空间位置的误差,这些研究结果可以减小用运动学拟合方法分析包含中性径迹的物理事例的系统误差,提高BES的测量精度.     

双层飞行时间探测器(TOF)的性能研究

利用BC408塑料闪烁体直接耦合R2490–05高抗磁光电倍增管,组成双层飞行时间探测器.通过2GeV的π–束流测量,结果表明其本征时间分辨(标准偏差)≤50ps.利用该探测单元组成的飞行时间探测器系统,以其时间性能、结构、技术成熟和价格的优势,可以应用到τ–c工厂的带电粒子鉴别系统上.     

A prototype of a high rating MRPC

Six-gap resistive plate chamber （MRPC） prototypes with semiconductive glass electrodes （bulk resistivity ～ 10^10Ω·cm） were studied for suitability in time-of-flight （TOF） applications at high rates. These studies were performed using a continuous electron beam of 800 MeV at IHEP and an X-ray machine. Time resolutions of about 100 ps and efficiencies larger than 90% were obtained for flux densities up to 28 kHz/cm^2.     

输入滤波对直流分布式电源系统稳定性影响的研究

分布式供电直流变换器与逆变器级联系统具有很强的时变和非线性特性,级联式DC/DC变换器的稳定性是分布式供电系统中的重要问题。文中重点以DC/DC变换器与DC/AC逆变器连接为例分析逆变器输入滤波对系统稳定性的影响。通过实验验证,在逆变器侧串联LC滤波器,利于系统稳定。     

异质栅碳纳米管场效应管电学特性研究

采用一种量子力学模型,研究了类MOSFET型碳纳米管场效应管(CNTFET)的电流特性.该模型基于二维非平衡格林函数(NEGF)方程和泊松(Poisson)方程自洽全量子数值解.结合器件的工作原理,研究了器件结构尺寸效应,比较分析单栅、异质栅CNTFET的电学特性.研究结果表明,与单橱结构相比,异质栅器件结构具有更低的泄漏电流、更高的电流开关比,并且,在15 nm技术节点以上,异质栅CNTFET器件能够较好地满足ITRS'10的相关性能指标要求.     

异质栅纳米碳管场效应管线性掺杂效应的研究

The effects of linear doping profile near the source and drain contacts on the switching and high- frequency characteristics for conventional single-material-gate CNTFET （C-CNTFET） and hetero-material-gate CNTFET （HMG-CNTFET） have been theoretically investigated by using a quantum kinetic model. This model is based on two-dimensional non-equilibrium Green＇s functions （NEGF） solved self-consistently with Poisson＇s equations. The simulation results show that at a CNT channel length of 20 nm with chirality （7, 0）, the intrinsic cutoff frequency of C-CNTFETs reaches up to a few THz. In addition, a comparison study has been performed between C-and HMG-CNTFETs. For the C-CNTFET, results reveal that a longer linear doping length can improve the cutoff frequency and switching speed. However, it has the reverse effect on on/off current ratios. To improve the on/off current ratios performance of CNTFETs and overcome short-channel effects （SCEs） in high-performance device applications, a novel CNTFET structure with a combination of an HMG and linear doping profile has been proposed. It is demonstrated that the HMG structure design with an optimized linear doping length has improved high-frequency and switching performances as compared to C-CNTFETs. The simulation study may be useful for understanding and optimizing high-performance of CNTFETs and assessing the reliability of CNTFETs for prospective applications.

建立了蔬菜和水果中11种三唑类农药残留的气相色谱-质谱(GC - MS)测定方法.样品用乙腈均质提取,经石墨化炭黑/氨基复合柱净化,乙腈-甲苯(3:1)洗脱.洗脱液经浓缩、溶剂交换后定容,采用气相色谱-质谱的选择离子监测方式( GC - MSD/SIM)进行测定,内标法定量.方法的线性范围为0.05～5 ng,相关系数...     

A Monte Carlo study for the shielding of γ backgrounds induced by radionuclides for CDEX

The CDEX (China Dark matter EXperiment) Collaboration will carry out a direct search for WIMPs (Weakly Interacting Massive Particles) using an Ultra-Low Energy Threshold High Purity Germanium (ULE-HPGe) detector at the CJPL (China JinPing deep underground Laboratory). A complex shielding system was designed to reduce backgrounds and a detailed GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulation was performed to study the achievable reduction of γ rays induced by radionuclides and neutron backgrounds by D(γ,n)p reaction. Furthermore, the upper level of allowed radiopurity of shielding materials was estimated under the constraint of the expected goal. Compared with the radiopurity reported by other low-background rare-event experiments, it indicates that the shielding used in the CDEX can be made out of materials with obtainable radiopurity.     

多气隙电阻板室抗辐照性能研究

给出了为RHIC-STAR飞行时间探测器设计的多气隙电阻板室(MRPC)的辐照实验结果. 实验采用100mCi⁶⁰Co γ源, 采用不同的剂量率对MRPC进行辐照. 一个室在大剂量率2.87×10^－2Gy/h下辐照了24h后, 其性能如噪声计数率, 暗电流等均大大退化. 另一个室在相对低剂量率5.31×10^－4Gy/h下辐照了530h, 其性能没有见到任何变坏. 实验的目的是为了了解这种探测器在几年的运行中经过大剂量的辐照后的性能变化情况.
