永磁式电磁流量传感器及其信号处理

采用永磁体励磁方式制成的电磁流量传感器,既保持了传统线圈励磁电磁流量计的不易堵塞、无压损等优点,又简化了电磁流量传感器的结构,降低了制造成本,并可充分发挥永磁体励磁方式的功耗低、响应速度快等优点。同时,引入了动态反馈控制的方法来消除电极信号中的极化电压,从而使永磁体励磁的电磁流量计应用于一般导电性流体的测量成为可能。     

First-Principles Prediction of High-Pressure Phase of CaC6

The lattice dynamics of rhombohedral GaG6 is studied as a function orpressure to probe Its high pressure phase with low superconducting transition temperature using the density functional liner-response theory. The pressureinduced phase transition in CaC6 is attributable to the softening transverse acoustic （TA） phonon mode at the zone boundary X （0.5, 0.0, 0.5） point. The high pressure phase is then explored by performing fully structural optimization in the supercell which accommodates the atomic displacements corresponding to the eigenvectors of the unstable mode of TA（X）. The high-pressure phase is predicted to be a monoclinic unit cell with space group P21/m.

High-pressure Raman study of MgV2O6 synthesized at high pressure and high temperature

A new structural phase of MgV2O6 was obtained by a high-pressure,high-temperature(HPHT) synthesis method.The new phase was investigated by the Rietveld analysis of X-ray powder diffraction data,showing space group Pbcn(No.60) symmetry and a = 13.6113(6) (1 = 0.1 nm),b = 5.5809(1) ,c = 4.8566(3) ,V = 368.93(2) 3(Z = 4).High pressure behavior was studied by Raman spectroscopy at room temperature.Under 22.5 GPa,there was no sign of a structural phase transition in the spectra,demonstrating stability of the HPHT phase up to the highest pressure.

前言信息安全标准是我国信息安全保障体系的重要组成部分,是政府进行宏观管理的重要依据,同时也是保护国家利益、促进产业发展的重要手段之一。我国从20世纪80年代开始,在全国信息技术标准化技术委员会信息安全分技术委员会和社会各界的努力下,本着积极采用国际标准的原则,转化了一批国际信息安全基础技术标准。我国一方面制定了一批信息技术设备和设施的安全标准,1985年发布了第一个标准:GB4943信息技术设备的安全;另一方面制定了一批信息安全技术标准,于1994年发布了第一批标准。到2004年底,共制定、报批和发布有关信息安全技术、产品、…

Polarization-independent silicon photonic grating coupler for large spatial light spots

We design and demonstrate a one-dimensional grating coupler with a low polarization-dependent loss(PDL)for large spatial light spots.Based on current fabrication conditions,we first utilize genetic algorithms to find the optimal grating structure including the distributions of duty and periods,making the effective refractive index of transverse electric mode the same as that of transverse magnetic mode.The designed grating coupler is fabricated on the common silicon-on-insulator platform and the PDL is measured to be within 0.41 d B covering the C-band.
