Entanglement Dynamics of a Three-Level Atom in Ξ Configuration

Dynamical behaviour of entanglement between the cavity mode and a three-level atom in the configuration is studied by making use of log-negativity. The influence of initial temperature of the thermal field and detuning on the entanglement is investigated. It is found that the maximal values of entanglement decreases with the temperature of the thermal field and can be controlled by the defaming.     

Quantum Nonlocality and Entanglement of Pair Cat States with Phase Decoherence

We investigate the entanglement of pair cat states in the phase damping channel by adopting the log-negativity and then study the possible violations of Bell＇s inequalities for the pair cat states in terms of the Wigner representation in phase space based upon parity measurement and displacement operation.     

Equilibrium points and bifurcation control of a chaotic system

Based on the Routh-Hurwitz criterion, this paper investigates the stability of a new chaotic system. State feedback controllers are designed to control the chaotic system to the unsteady equilibrium points and limit cycle. Theoretical analyses give the range of value of control parameters to stabilize the unsteady equilibrium points of the chaotic system and its critical parameter for generating Hopf bifurcation. Certain nP periodic orbits can be stabilized by parameter adjustment. Numerical simulations indicate that the method can effectively guide the system trajectories to unsteady equilibrium points and periodic orbits.

基于LSTM神经网络的压电执行器位移迟滞建模

该文搭建迟滞测量实验平台,测量一种用于LED晶圆检测压电执行器的迟滞效应,设计了一种基于长短期记忆(LSTM)神经网络的压电迟滞模型,使用时间序列预测法对压电执行器位移迟滞效应建模。将该模型与传统的Prandtl-Ishlinskii(PI)模型进行对比。实验结果表明,神经网络模型具有较好、较广泛的迟滞建模效果,对于正弦波,位移预测精度保证小于2%;对于衰减正弦波,位移预测精度可保证小于3%。较高的模型预测精度为使用压电执行器进行LED晶圆检测提供了依据。

一种实用的电风扇红外遥控器

现今,几乎家家都有电风扇,或台扇、吊扇、墙壁扇,或落地式电风扇.但是,不少电风扇还是用琴键开关或拨盘开关开闭与调整.这里,向大家介绍一种结构简单、使用方便的实用电风扇红外遥控器.该装置的接收器可安装在老式电扇的机械开关控制电路中,直接与普通彩电红外遥控发射器配套使用,而不必再另装红外发射器了.     

薄栅氧高压CMOS器件研制

研制了与0.5μm标准CMOS工艺完全兼容的薄栅氧高压CMOS器件.提出了具体的工艺制作流程-在标准工艺的基础上添加两次光刻和四次离子注入工程,并成功进行了流片试验.测试结果显示,高压NMOS耐压达到98V,高压PMOS耐压达到-66V.此结构的高压CMOS器件适用于耐压要求小于60V的驱动电路.
