在贯彻GJB9001A-2001质量体系过程中出现的问题及其对策

根据现阶段贯彻实施巳发布的国家军用标准GJB9001A-2001实际，综合论述了认证此质量体系有效性要处理的几个关键，基本特征及制约因素，提出获证后质量体系持续有效运行的建议，对质量体系建设和创新问题进行了探讨。     

介质膜技术在半导体激光器中的应用（一）——改变阈值电流，提高外量子效率

本文从理论上分析了介质膜对半导体激光器外特性如阈值电流，外量子效率和最大输出功率等的影响，实验研究结果也表明腔镜镀膜技术能有效地改善半导体激光器的输出特性，且工艺简便，较之设计研制新结构容易实现。     

Analytical Expression of the Threshold Pump Power of Erbium—doped Fiber Laeers Pumped at 980 nm and 1480nm Wavelengths

The rate equations,which is suiable to erbium-doped fiber lasers pumped at 980 nm and 1480 nm wavelengths respectively,are investigated,and analytical ex-pressions of the threshold pump powers under two pump wavelengths are derived.As a result,some important parmeters can be quantitatively specified.     

Dynamic Current Sharing in Paralleling Power MOSFET

By combining the theory with the practice,the dynamic current shar-ing in paralleling power MOSFET is analysed.The principles of choosing parameters in-fluencing dynamic current sharing are described,and some experiment results are given on the basis of these steps.     

用改进单纯形优化法对火焰AAS测定铜最佳条件的研究

用改进单纯形法对火焰ＡＡＳ测定铜的条件进行优化，并与传统方法进行了比较。结果表明，改进单纯形优化法实验次数少，灵敏度提高，线性关系好。     

Y2O2S：Eu,Mg,Ti,Tb红色长时发光材料的研究

利用高温固相反应法合成了一种新型的红色长时发光材料－Y2O2S：Eu,Mg,Ti,Tb.材料的XRD测试结果表明Eu掺杂引起Y2O2S，Eu,Mg,Ti,Tb晶胞增大，激发光谱，发射光谱和发光衰减曲线表明该材料是一种适合紫外线和可见光激发，并具有很好的长时发光性能的红色长时发光材料，热释光谱测试结果表明该材料可能具有两个较深的陷阱能级，研究了Eu,Mg,Ti,Tb的加入量对材料发光特性的影响。结果表明：Eu,Mg,Ti,Tb影响材料的初始亮度和发光时间，Eu决定材料的红色比。     

Solid Phase Synthesis of 4H-Pyrimido[2,1-b] Benzothiazol-4-ones from Resin-Bound Cyclic Malonic Ester

The solid phase synthesis of 4H-pyrimido[2,1-6] benzothizaol-4-ones has been reported.     

SYNTHESIS AND MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF Co（Ph2pyPO—N,O）2Cl2[Ph2pyPO=DIPHENYL（2—PYRIDYL）PHOSPHINE OXIDE]

<正> Complex Co(Ph2pyPO-N,O)2Cl2 was synthesized and its crystal and molecular structure was determined. Crystal data: Co(Ph2C5H5NPO-N,O)2Cl2, Mr = 688.4, monoclinic, space group A 2/a, a = 13.085(2), b = 11.134(3), c = 21.769(4)A,β=102.29(1)°,Z = 4, V = 3098.6 A3, DC = 1.476 g/cm3, final R= 0.049 and Rw=0.057 for 2804 independent reflections. The cobalt atom in the title molecules is coordinated by two chlorine atoms and two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from the two phosphine oxide ligands, forming a distorted octahedron.     

A New Approach to α—Bromochalcones

α-Bromo benzolymethylene triphenylphosphorane 3 has been synthesized by the reaction of benzoylmethylene triphenylphosphorane 1 with N-bromosuccinimide in the yield of 87% and can react with aromatic aldehydes 4 to give α-bromochalcones 5 in good yields.
