新型衍生化试剂雌激素衍生物的大气压化学电离质谱增敏研究

合成了用于酚羟基化合物衍生化试剂10-乙基吖啶酮-2-磺酰氯(EASC),EASC与雌二醇和雌三醇, 在pH=10.5 的NaHCO3缓冲溶液中、60 ℃下反应3 min可获得稳定的衍生产物. EASC与丹磺酰氯(Dansyl-Cl)相比:最大摩尔吸光系数之比UVEASC/UVDansyl-Cl = 6.67;荧光量子效率之比Φf(EASC)/Φf(Dansyl-Cl)=43,对雌二醇和雌三醇标记后的质谱离子流强度比为:ICEASC/ICDansyl-Cl = 4.98(雌二醇) 和 ICEASC/ICDansyl-Cl = 4.51(雌三醇).在LC-MS-APCI (MRM)模式下,能够高灵敏地实现雌二醇和雌三醇的快速质谱测定.建立的方法具有良好的重现性,回归系数大于0.9995;检出限分别为4.3 ng/L(雌二醇)和14 ng/L(雌三醇).对实际样品中藏羚羊粪便、根田鼠尿样和狼血清中痕量游离的雌二醇和雌三醇进行了测定,结果满意.     

Effect of the Initial Laser Phase on the Interaction Between Relativistic Electron and Ultra－Intense Laser Field in a Strong Uniform Magnetic Field

We investigate the influence of the initial laser phase on the interaction between relativistic electron and ultraintense linear polarized laser field in a strong uniform magnetic field. It is found that the dynamic behaviour of the relativistic electron and the emission spectrum varies dramatically with different initial laser field phases.The effect of changing initial phase is contrary in the two parameter regions divided by the resonance condition.The phase dependence of the electron energy and velocity components are also studied. Some beat structure is found when the initial laser phase is zero and this structure is absent when the initial laser phase is a quarter of a period.     

A Method for Determining the Phase Transition Point of the Bose-Einstein Condensation by Judging the Fitting Errors

In this paper, We demonstrate an approach to determine the phase transition point and critical temperature of Bose-Einstein condensation. During the fitting sequence of time-of-flight images, for just one picture we take four kinds of different calculations instead of only one. By calculating the quantitative least-square errors, which have always been neglected before, we find out that this value can act as a criterion to judge the status of atom clouds. Using this criterion, we can not only discriminate the status around the phase transition point, but can also find the critical point precisely. Also with this method, we can achieve the totally automatical running of calculating programs without human＇s judgments.     

高温超导体La_(2-x)Ba_xCuO_4的结构不稳定性

本文从二维电声子相互作用紧束缚模型哈密顿量出发,研究高T_c超导体La_(2-x)Ba_xCuO_4的结构不稳定性。结果给出,La_2CuO_4结构表现出半导体的行为,在费米面上约有0.6eV的能隙,氧原子位移约为0.07A,铜格点之间存在△Ω=0.26e的电荷转移,进一步研究了二价元素Ba或Sr掺杂抑制Peierls相变的过程。     

重力分相器用于流动注射—液—液萃取—原子吸收光谱法间接测定硝酸根

应用一种新型的四通道重力分相器，通过实验，选定了流动注射－液－液萃取－原子吸收间接硝酸根的最佳力学待人接物仪器参数，方法的精密度（ＲＳＤ）和检出限分别为１．９％和０．０２８ｍｇ／Ｌ，测定速度为２５样／ｈ，用本系统水样中的硝酸根和亚硝酸根，标准加入顺收率为１００－１１０％。     

基于“互联网+”的大型机场智能导航与服务系统设计

随着人民生活水平的提高,大型机场客流量不断增长,机场的规模也变得越来越大。然而客流量的快速增长和机场规模的扩大使得现有机场所存在的问题暴露得越来越严重,同时也给机场的现代化管理与服务提出了巨大挑战。针对此问题,文章以Wi Fi定位技术和行为检测技术为核心,结合独立开发的便携式设备设计了基于"互联网+"的智能导航与服务系统。本系统实现了智能化导航和紧急救援等核心功能,解决了大型机场中存在的乘客容易迷路、登机误时、安全监测等严重问题,具有较强的应用价值。     

基于云平台的智能健康监测系统及应用

随着现阶段经济技术的不断发展和进步,我国的医疗产品也得到了相当快速的发展,在医疗产品的生产过程当中,进行了智能终端的有效结合,在云平台的健康监测产品使用方面,受到了社会各界的广泛关注。在此种情况下,对于该系统需要进行科学的应用,在硬件传感设备和软件系统的结合基础上实现对人体健康数据的有效测量,最终可以对测量信息并将数据上传至云平台存储,同步云平台的健康数据信息。在本文当中,首先对医疗健康领域中云计算的应用进行了概述;其次对于系统的总体设计进行了分析;另外,对于子该系统的硬件pigtail和软件方面的设计进行了科学的分析。
