采用浸渍法制备了系列不同Fe2O3、ZnO负载量的Fe2O3-ZnO/SiO2催化剂,并用XRD、BET、SEM等对催化剂进行了表征;考察了以分子氧为氧化剂时,该系列催化剂对异戊醇一步合成异戊酸异戊酯的催化性能,并初步探讨了其反应机理。结果表明,在Fe2O3/SiO2催化剂上引入适量ZnO后,提高了Fe2O3在SiO2上的分散度,减小了Fe2O3的粒径,所制得的Fe2O3-ZnO/SiO2催化剂有较大的比表面积、孔体积、孔径,催化性能优于Fe2O3/SiO2。其中,在Fe2O3与ZnO的协同作用下,6%Fe2O3-4%ZnO/SiO2催化性能最佳,常压下当催化剂用量为0.9 g(占反应物质量的3.5%),反应温度120℃,反应时间9 h,异戊醇一步合成异戊酸异戊酯的选择性达54.5%,收率达31.4%。对该合成机理的初步探讨表明,只有催化剂与分子氧的共同作用下,异戊醇才能高效的合成异戊酸异戊酯。 相似文献

本文提出了一种,制备均匀高密度ZnO纳米线网络的简单高效的自组装方法。在此方法中,ZnO纳米线经3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷修饰后,其表面出现带正电的氨基功能团。经亲水性处理后的SiO2层在水中带负电,从而凭借静电吸引作用,修饰后的ZnO纳米线吸附在SiO2/Si基底,形成纳米线网络。利用此纳米线网络制备得场效应晶体管。纳米线密度为2.8/μm2的晶体管,其电流开关比为2.4×105,跨导为336 nS, 场效应迁移率为27.4 cm2/V?s. 相似文献

With the help of the Drinfeld twist or factorizing F-matrix for the eight-vertex solid-on-solid(SOS) model,we find that in the F-basis provided by the twist the two sets of pseudo-particle creation operators simultaneously take completely symmetric and polarization free form.This allows us to obtain the explicit and completely symmetric expressions of the two sets of Bethe states of the model. 相似文献

The definitions of strong superadditive deficit for relative entropy coherence and monogamy deficit of measurement-dependent global quantum discord are proposed.The equivalence between them is proved,which provides a useful criterion for the validity of the strong superadditive inequality of relative entropy coherence.In addition,the strong superadditive deficit of rela.tive entropy coherence is proved to be greater than or equal to zero under the condition that bipartite measurement-dependent global quantum discord(GQD)does not increase under the discarding of subsystems.Using the Monte Carlo method,it is shown that both the strong superadditive inequality of relative entropy coherence and the monogamy inequality of measurement-dependent GQD are established under general circumstances.The bipartite measurement-dependent GQD does not increase under the discarding of subsystems.The multipartite situation is also discussed in detail. 相似文献

The Schrdinger equation with hyperbolic potential 2V(x) =-V0sinhq(x/d)/cosh6(x/d)(q = 0, 1, 2, 3) is studied by transforming it into the confluent Heun equation. We obtain general symmetric and antisymmetric polynomial solutions of the Schrdinger equation in a unified form via the Functional Bethe ansatz method. Furthermore, we discuss the characteristic of wavefunction of bound state with varying potential strengths. Particularly, the number of wavefunction's nodes decreases with the increase of potential strengths, and the particle tends to the bottom of the potential well correspondingly. 相似文献
