两同型部件温贮备可修系统主算子性质

研究了两同型部件温贮备可修系统.运用C_0半群理论,通过修复率均值的观念,对系统主算子的谱上界进行了估值,并得到该谱上界即为修复率均值的相反数.然后运用了共尾的概念及相关的理论,得到了系统主算子的谱上界与系统主算子产生的半群的增长界相等,从而得到其增长界也是修复率均值的相反数.     

基于两个数学难题的签名方案

Z.Shao提出了两种签名方案,并宣称它们的安全性是基于大数分解问题和离散对数问题的。其实,这两种签名方案在代换攻击下是不安全的。本文给出了伪造签名的公式,同时还提出了几种带有信息恢复功能的签名方案,它们的安全性是基于上述两个难题的,并且,它们在实施中的效率要比现有的方案好。     

一个高维loop代数及其应用

本文构造了一个7维loop代数,由此获得两个已知的Liouville可积族．利用屠格式和可积耦合定义得到了相应的四个扩展可积模型．另外,利用马格式求得了上面已知可积系之一的非等谱流．     

广义Glachette-Johnson(GJ)谱系的可积耦合

建立了一个新的loop代数G,由此得到GJ谱系的可积耦合.特别地,也得到了著名的AKNS族的可积耦合.这种方法可以普遍地应用.     

A generalized SHGI integrable hierarchy and its expanding integrable model

An anti-symmetric loop algebra \overline{A}_2 is constructed. It follows that an integrable system is obtained by use of Tu's scheme. The eminent feature of this integrable system is that it is reduced to a generalized Schr?dinger equation, the well-known heat-conduction equation and a Gerdjkov－Ivanov (GI) equation. Therefore, we call it a generalized SHGI hierarchy. Next, a new high-dimensional subalgebra \tilde{G} of the loop algebra ?_2 is constructed. As its application, a new expanding integrable system with six potential functions is engendered.

A subalgebra of loop algebra A2^～ and its expanding loop algebra G^- are constructed. It follows that both resulting integrable Hamiltonian hierarchies are obtained. As a reduction case of the first hierarchy, a generalized nonlinear coupled Schroedinger equation, the standard heat-conduction and a formalism of the well known Ablowitz, Kaup, Newell and Segur hierarchy are given, respectively. As a reduction case of the second hierarchy, the nonlinear Schroedinger and modified Korteweg de Vries hierarchy and a new integrable system are presented. Especially, a coupled generalized Burgers equation is generated.     

AKNS-KN孤子方程族的可积耦合与Hamilton结构

首先通过引入高维圈代数,在零曲率方程框架下得到了AKNS-KN孤子族(记为AKNS-KN-SH)的一个新的可积耦合系统;再由二次型恒等式得到了该系统的双-Hamilton结构形式.最后引进了一个新的Lie代数A_4,可通过建立其不同的圈代数与等价的列向量Lie代数,研究AKNS-KN-SH的多分量可积耦合系统及其Hamilton结构.

通过对两不同部件并联可修复系统的研究证明了系统的渐近稳定性,即lim t→∞p→(·,t)=p→,同时在特例的情况下初步证明了解的可靠性.

以在常规错误下具有一个储备部件的冗余系统为例,利用半群理论对系统算子的谱点分布进行分析,根据算子半群的稳定性原理,得出了该系统解的渐进稳定性的证明.     

光学石英基片CMP表面粗糙度的研究

In order to achieve a high-quality quartz glass substrate and to improve the performance of Ti O2 antireflection coating,chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) method was used.During CMP process,some process parameters including pressure,polishing head speed,platen speed,slurry flow rate,polishing time,and slurry temperature were optimized to obtain lower quartz surface roughness.According to the experiment results,when pressure was 0.75 psi,polishing head speed was 65 rpm,platen speed was 60 rpm,slurry flow rate 150 m L/min,slurry temperature 20°C,and polishing time was 60 s,the material removal rate(MRR) was 56.8 nm/min and the surface roughness(Ra) was 1.93 °(the scanned area was 1010 m2/.These results were suitable for the industrial production requirements.
