SINGULAR PERTURBATION OF BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR NONLINEAR HIGHER ORDER ORDINARY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS INVOLVING TWO SMALL PARAMETERS

The singularly perturbed boundary value problem for nonlinear higher order ordinary differential equation involving two small parameters has been considered. Under appropriate assumptions, for the three cases:ε/μ2→0(μ→0),μ2/ε→0 (ε→0) andε=μ2, the uniformly valid asymptotic solution is obtained by using the expansion method of two small parameters and the theory of differential inequality.     

EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTIONS OF SYSTEM OF DIFFERENCE EQUATIONS

This paper studies the nonautonomous nonlinear system of difference equationsΔx(n)=A(n)x(n)+f(n,x(n)),n∈Z,(*) where x(n)∈R~N,A(n)=(a_(ij)(n))N×N is an N×N matrix,with a-(ij)∈C(R,R) for i,j= 1,2,3,...,N,and f=(f_1,f_2,...,f_N)~T∈C(R×R~N,R~N),satisfying A(t+ω)=A(t),f(t+ω,z)=f(t,z) for any t∈R,(t,z)∈R×R~N andωis a positive integer.Sufficient conditions for the existence ofω-periodic solutions to equations (*) are obtained.     

钨点阵技术提高白炽灯泡的发光效果

一种精微的3D钨光电晶体点阵（TPCL）已经由Sandia国家实验室开发出来,并且试验证明了可以将白炽灯泡浪费的大多数红外能量（热能）转换为可见光的频率。该方法使用标准的MEMS改进技术,并且TPCL技术可以将目前灯泡的发光效率从5％提高到60％以上。     

贵金属与GaAs(110)界面上费米能级位置的测定

本文报道了用I-I＇法测量在超高真空中n型GaAs(110)解理面上制备的Cu、Ag、Au二极管的肖特基势垒高度,以及用同步辐射的软X射线光电子谱测定的Cu在n型GaAs(110)上界面费米能级的位置.两种方法的结果符合得很好.贵金属在n型GaAs(110)上界面费米能级的位置处于导带以下0.9±0.05eV处,相当于同样数值的势垒高度,并与缺陷模型中的施主能级的位置相对应.     

τ-CHEBYSHEV AND τ-COCHEBYSHEV SUBPSACES OF BANACH SPACES

The concepts of quasi-Chebyshev and weakly-Chebyshev and σ-Chebyshev were defined [3 - 7], andas a counterpart to best approximation in normed linear spaces, best coapprozimation was introduced by Franchetti and Furi^[1]. In this research, we shall define τ-Chebyshev subspaces and τ-cochebyshev subspaces of a Banach space, in which the property τ is compact or weakly-compact, respectively. A set of necessary and sufficient theorems under which a subspace is τ-Chebyshev is defined.     

填充式方钴矿化合物CeOs4Sb12近藤相互作用的非弹性中子散射研究

CeOs4Sb12晶体中由于导电电子与Ce3+ 4f1电子之间存在c-f杂化作用导致费米面附近存在能量间隙.这种c-f近藤相互作用和能量间隙是理解CeOs4Sb12物理性质,如近藤绝缘体行为、Ce3+磁矩在低温下猝灭以及重费米性等电、磁性质的关键.当用LAM-D中子谱仪对粉末CeOs4Sb12进行测量时,可以得到不同温度下CeOs4Sb12的非弹性中子散射谱.结果表明CeOs4Sb12中存在近藤相互作用,其作用强度为3.1 meV,证实了CeOs4Sb12为近藤绝缘体.中子测量得出CeOs4Sb12德拜温度为317 K.     

纳米复合超硬薄膜中与界面有关的弛豫现象

利用内耗技术研究了TiSiN系列纳米复合超硬薄膜的结构弛豫和硬化机理.当共振频率大约在100 Hz时在230～280 ℃范围内观察到一个弛豫型的内耗峰.计算出激活能为0.7～1.0 eV,弛豫时间指数前因子为10-10～10-12秒.对比一系列样品,发现硬度越高内耗峰越低,在硬度高于50 GPa的薄膜中没有内耗峰.内耗峰随退火温度升高而不断降低,直至600～750 ℃退火时消失, 并且杨氏模量开始增加,这跟样品退火后硬度增长是一致的.结果表明内耗峰来源于样品中界面的弛豫过程.     

Measurement of the Seperation between Atoms beyond Diffraction Limit

We propose a scheme to obtain the distance of two identical atoms placed inside the standing wave field by monitoring the collective resonance fluorescence spectrum emitted by the two particles. We find three different parameter ranges, depending on the distance of the atoms as compared to the transition wavelength. For large interparticle distances, dipole-dipole coupling is negligible, and the main system evolution arises from the interaction with the standing wave field. In the small-distance limit, the dynamics is dominated by the dipole-dipole interaction. Finally, in the intermediate region, a rich interplay of the various couplings arises, which however is lifted for strong driving laser fields. The present measurement procedure allows us to distinguish the three cases. In each of the cases, we show how to determine the distance of the two particles and their respective positions relative to the nodes of the standing wave field with fractional-wavelength precision.     

关于广义分数次积分的合成

Compositions of generalized fractional integral operators involving Gauss hy-pergeometric function with power weights are studied. Composition formulas for such integrals which are the operators of the same type are obtained. In parti-cular, compositions of two identical operators are given.     

实验研究二维圆柱后尾流中涡脱落的有序和混沌现象

本文给出了在Re=50—400范围内二维圆柱后涡脱落的有序和混沌现象的一些初步实验结果。涡脱落由有序到混沌的转捩发生在Re=184.6—193.5之间,但是它不是通过准周期途径。在涡脱落频率与Re数的关系曲线上有两个间断。在Re=70处的间断可能对应于倾斜涡脱落模式的变化,在Re≈193.5处的第二间断对应于由有序到混沌状态的转捩。
