测定异常散射因数的强度比法

本文对测定异常散射因数的强度比法做了考察,并用这种方法较好地测定了GaAs中Ga原子在其K吸收限附近的异常散射因数,对该方法在使用中遇到的问题,进行了处理和讨论。 关键词：     

球缺药型罩爆炸成形弹丸数值模拟

采用变壁厚球缺形药型罩可以形成速度梯度小的爆炸成形弹丸，有效增加成坑直径；另外，通过使用轻金属药型罩改变聚能装药各部件间的质量分配，从而实现爆轰过程中能量分配的优化，也是提高射弹能量的一条可行途径。     

短尾蝮新突触前毒素和细胞毒素的纯化及部分序列

用反相高效液相色谱技术对中国产短尾蝮蛇(Agkistrodon blomhoffii brevicaudus)毒中的毒性蛋白重新进行了纯化,结果从中获得了3个由约122个氨基酸残基构成的毒蛋白(AgTx-1,AgTx-2和AgTx-3)。三者对小鼠的LD_(50)分别为0.075,0.51和6.6mg/kg。在小鸡颈二腹肌标本上的毒理分析表明,AgTx-1和AgTx-2均在阻遏接头传递之后,亦不影响肌肉对乙酰胆碱的敏感性。在AgTx-3的作用下,标本的间接收缩则由于舒张不全而逐渐变小,最后停止在挛缩状态。部分氨基酸序列测定结果又表明,AgTx-1和AgTx-2的N-端32肽序列完全相同。考虑到AgTx-1的LD_(50)在粗毒中的含量及其序列等均与前文报道的β-AgTx极为相似,故我们认定它们为同一毒素,并定名为β_1-AgTx。而AgTx-2则应是新的突触前毒素,相应地定名为β_2-AgTx,至于AgTx-3便是新发现的细胞毒素。     

堆积模型及其应用 Ⅰ.三氯化镧尿素配合物[LaCl_2(urea)_6]·Cl分子结构的推测与测定

镧系元素具有形成高配位数的特点,但由简单配位形成的多面体,最高配位数只能达到九,例如,[Ln(H_2O)_9]~(+[2])。有些从化学式来看符合九配位的化合物,如LnCl_3(H_2O)_6实际结构是八配位[LnCl_2(H_2O)_6]~(+[3])或六配位[LnCl_3(H_2O)_3]·3H_2O~[4])。这种情况促使我们对另一系列化合物LnCl_3(urea)_6~[5]产生兴趣。我们根据堆积模型推测LaCl_3(urea)_6的实际结构应当是[LaCl_2(urea)_6]~+Cl~-(见图1、2)。培养了这一化合物的单晶,进行了结构测定。本文报道有关结果。     

Fe(OH)2悬浮液在EDTA作用下氧气氧化生成δ-FeOOH的机理研究

At room temperature and in the presence of trace EDTA, the formation of δ-FeOOH was studied by the rapid oxidation of Fe(OH)2 suspension with O2. The structural and morphological changes were characterized by various techniques such as XRD, FTIR and TEM. γ-FeOOH and (δ-FeOOH) formed simutaneously in the early period of oxidation. But as the rate of mass transfer was in equilibrium, trace (γ-FeOOH) vanished gradually. Accordingly, pure phase δ-FeOOH was obtained. At the same time, critical amount ratio K of EDTA to Fe2+ was verified. The experiments show that the reactivity, rate of the oxidizing agent and pH of the initial medium were important factors for the formation of pure phase (δ-FeOOH). Under the auxiliary effect of EDTA, the reactivity of O2 was nearly improved to that of H2O2. And the process of the oxidation that Fe(OH)2 suspension was oxidized by O2 under that condition was discussed.     

农药甲霜灵对映体的高效液相色谱分离及手性拆分热力学研究

以正己烷 异丙醇为流动相 ,在纤维素 三 (3 ,5 二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯 ) (CDMPC)涂敷型手性固定相上 ,对农药甲霜灵外消旋体进行了拆分 ,考察了流动相组成、柱温等对甲霜灵对映体的保留和分离的影响 ;对甲霜灵R、S对映体与固定相之间的保留和分离的热力学机理进行了讨论     

ALTERATION IN CHROMATIN CONFORMATION OF PROLIFERATING AND DIFFERENTIATING ENZYME GENES IN NORMAL MOUSE LIVER AND ASCITES HEPATOMA CELLS AND ITS RELATION TO THE GENE EXPRESSION OF ENZYMES

Nuclei from the normal mouse liver were partially digested with micrococcal nuclease, followed by DNA extraction, agarose gel clectrophoresis and dot blot hybridization with ~(32)P-labeled cDNA probes of CPS_1 and ACT complex, It was clearly shown that the CPS_1 genes were distributed on the monomer, dimer. and trimer of nucleosomes, while the genes coding for ACT complex were distributed on the condensed oligonucleosomes. An opposite manner of distribution of CPS_1 and ACT complex genes was, however, noted in the case of ascites hepatoma cells, in which the specific activity of ACT was 13 times higher than that in the normal liver, while that of CPS_1 was remarkably reduced. Similar patterns of change in mRNA level of CPS_1 and ACT complex were observed in the normal mouse liver and ascites hepatoma cells, indicating a close relationship between chromatin structure and gene expression of these enzymes.

Controlling nonadiabatic spectral redshift of high-order harmonic using two orthogonally polarized laser fields

We investigate the nonadiabatic spectral redshift of high-order harmonic of He driven by two time-delayed orthogonally polarized laser fields. It is found that the nonadiabatic spectral redshift can be observed by properly adjusting the time delay of the two laser fields when the controlling pulse is added in the raising part of the driving pulse in the vertical direction. That is because the controlling pulse in the vertical direction prevents the ionized electrons from returning to the vicinity of parent ions and then reduces the recombination probability. This leads to the high-order harmonic generated mainly in the falling part of the driving pulse. Meanwhile,we also find that the quantity of redshift can be effectively controlled through accommodating the positive time delays. In addition, this scheme can also be used to produce nonadiabatic spectral blueshift.
