一种优化短程透镜的制备研究

研制出一种优化非球面凹面短程透镜。透镜含光滑无奇点圆边，与平面连接的边缘曲率半径为无限大。样品制备在４５×２０×２．５ｍｍ＾３的铌酸锂衬底上，每片有两个孔径８ｍｍ，焦距１８ｍｍ的非球面无球差短透镜。利用６７０ｎｍ波长的半导体激光器端面耦合入样品一端，而在另一端测得焦面光班半宽度为２．９μｍ。     

Levitation and Oscillation of Dust Grains in Plasma Sheath with Wake Potential

We investigate the equilibrium and levitation of dust grains in a plasma sheath with various forces,in particular the wake potential force.The vertical oscillation frequency of dust chains is also obtained by including the wake potential term.It is found that the wake potential has a significant role for the levitation and oscillation of dust grains.     

Charge—Orbital Ordering in Ferromagentic and Charge—Exchange—Type Antiferromagentic Phases for Half—Doped Manganites

Using a two-orbital DE model including the Coulomb interaction,we show that the charge-orbital ordering usually found in the charge-exchange phase may exist in the ferromagnetic phase for half-doped manganits,Thus,two types of phase transitions observed experimentally can be explained by the obtained phase diagram.     

Asphericity in the Fermi Surface and Fermi Energy of Na－K,Na－Rb and Na－Cs Binary Alloys

Detailed theoretical investigations into asphericity in the Fermi surface(FS) and Fermi energy(FE) of Na1-xKx,Na1-xRbx,and Na1-xCsx binary solid solutions are carried out for the first time,The allying behavior of the K,Rb,and Cs with the Na generates the Fermi surface distortion(FSD) of bcc simple metals,The FS of Na-K,Na-Rb,and Na-Cs solid solution is a distorted sphere with the largest deviation along[110],We have found that the impact of local-field correction function on FSD is maximum at [100] point and minimum at [111] point.The exchange and correlation effect is found to suppress the value of FE.

Analysis on Conductivity of nc—Si：H Films

A conduction channel model is propsed to explain the high conductivity property of nc-Si:H.Detailed energy band diagram is developed based on the analysis and calculation ,and the conductivity of the nc-Si:H was then analysed on the basis of energy band theory.It is assumed that the conductivity of the nc-Si:H stems from two parts:the conductance of the interface,where the transport mechanism is identified as a thermal -assisted tunneling process,and the conductance along the channel around the grain,which mainly determined the high conductivity of the nc-Si:H.The conductivity of nc-Si:H is calculated and compared with the experiment data .The theory is in agreement with the experiment.     

Development of High—precision Rotary Encoder Using Semicounductor Laser

In this paper,the operation principle of laser rotary encoders is expounded and the optical quadruple frequency technology used in laser rotary encoders in ex-plained,and the design idea of optical system in Φ 66 mm laser rotary encoder is mainly introduced,as well as the choice of principal devices.     

BBO光参量振荡器压窄线宽实验研究

本文对0.532μm泵浦BBO光参量振荡器进行了线宽压窄的实验研究,在简并点处获得小于0.1nm的输出线宽,参量转换效率达12%。     

树脂催化法合成糖醇酯的研究

利用大孔阳离子交换树脂为催化剂，催化合成乙酸糖醇酯，丙酸糠醇酯，丁酸糠醇酯，乙酸四氢糠醇酯，丙酸四氢糠醇酯，丁酸四氢糠醇酯，对影响反应的诸因素进行了讨论。
