硅含量对Al2O3-SiO2气凝胶结构和性能的影响

研究了硅含量对Al2O3-SiO2气凝胶结构和性能的影响.结果表明,随着硅含量的增加,Al2O3-SiO2溶胶的凝胶时间逐渐延长,气凝胶密度逐渐增大.其结构逐渐由多晶勃姆石向无定形SiO2过渡.Al2O3-SiO2气凝胶同时含有Al-O、Si-O以及Al-O-Si结构,600 ℃煅烧后的物相为无定形γ-Al2O3和SiO2,1 200 ℃煅烧后为莫来石相.当硅含量为6.1wt%～13.1wt%时,适量的硅抑制了Al2O3-SiO2气凝胶的相变,其1 000℃的比表面积(339～445 m2·g-1)高于纯Al2O3气凝胶(157 m2·g-1).SEM分析表明,硅元素的加入改变了Al2O3气凝胶的结构形貌,随着硅含量的增大,Al2O3-SiO2气凝胶逐渐由针叶状或长条状向球状颗粒转变.     

基于红外特性的弹道导弹助推段预警探测能力仿真

针对弹道导弹助推段的主要红外辐射特征,分析了尾焰羽流的结构、形状、大小和持续时间,以及大气对红外探测的影响;根据预警卫星探测器最大作用距离模型及信噪比（SNR）,结合给定参数对预警卫星探测器技、战术指标进行了仿真,给出了提高弹道导弹探测能力的方法。     

Observation of banded spherulites and lamellar structures by atomic force microscopy

Spherulites are common structures of semi-crystalline polymers. It has been known that semi-crystalline polymers can form spherulites when crystallized from solution or from melt. A dark Maltese cross of a spherulite could be easily observed under the polarized optical microscopy (POM). Magnetic properties of a Pt/Co2FeAl/MgO structure with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy

Microstructures and magnetic properties of Ta/Pt/Co 2 FeAl（CFA）/MgO multilayers are studied to understand perpendicular magnetic anisotropy（PMA） of half-metallic full-Heusler alloy films.PMA is realized in a 2.5-nm CFA film with B2-ordered structure observed by a high resolution transmission electron microscope.It is demonstrated that a high quality interface between the ferromagnetic layer and oxide layer is not essential for PMA.The conversions between in-plane anisotropy and PMA are investigated to study the dependence of magnetic moment on temperature.At the intersection points,the decreasing slope of the saturation magnetization（M s） changes because of the conversions.The dependence of M s on the annealing temperature and MgO thickness is also studied.     

A first-principles study of the magnetic properties in boron-doped ZnO

La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3(x=0.15)系统低温下的电阻极小值现象及其起因

实验研究了La_2/3Ca_1/3Mn_1-xCu_xO₃(x=0和0.15)样品在温度远低于居里温度时的电阻随温度的变化行为.发现未加磁场时,Cu掺杂样品在低温下表现出电阻极小值行为.这一极小值现象在外加磁场后消失.基于Kondo理论,对实验观察进行了讨论,并作了定量的理论与实验的比较. 关键词：     

自旋角动量转移效应的实验研究

近几年来，自旋角动量转移效应引起了人们越来越多的关注。这种效应会带来所谓的新一代电流驱动磁性存储或逻辑器件，例如运用自旋角动量转移效应进行数据写入的磁随机存储器、磁纳米线跑道存储器以及电流驱动的微波发生器等等。本文简单介绍了近几年国际L在自旋角动量转移效应实验研究方面的一些重要成果。
