HL-2M 装置 NBI 加热系统规划及束线研究进展

为满足 HL-2M 装置高约束模式及高参数实验需求,HL-2M 装置规划 3 条中性束注入(NBI)加热束线, NBI 加热功率为 15MW。第 1 和第 2 条束线是基于正离子源的 NBI 加热束线,根据中后期高参数实验状态确定第 3 条束线采用正离子源或者负离子源。本文简要介绍了 HL-2M 装置的加热束线布局和系统设计概念,综述了基于 4 套 80kV/45A/5s 离子源的 5MW-NBI 中性束加热束线的设计参数及研制进展。在物理和工程可行性简要分析基 础上,给出了采用 2 套 200kV/12.5A/10s 热阴极负离子源的 2.5MW-NBI 束线的概念设计、工程设计及技术研究进 展。

智能化多路串行数据采集/传输模块的设计

文以AT89C2051单片机为核心，采用TLC2543L12位串行A／D转换器，设计了一个智能化串行数据采集／传输模块，可广泛应用于汽车电子、生物医学电子设备中。文中给出了硬件原理图和主要源程序。     

几种有机电子转移型光谱烧孔材料的均匀线宽与温度的依赖关系

本文通过在不同温度下对金属卟琳系列光子选通光谱烧孔材料的测试,研究了部分有机电子转移型烧孔材料的均匀线宽随温度变化的关系,在30K到70K温度范围内得到了Γ_hom∝T^1.29±0.05的结果.     

高功率、高质量、窄带宽脉冲重复频率可调谐染料激光器

我们设计和研制了带有放大级的棱镜扩束、光栅调谐、横向泵浦的高功率、高质量、窄带宽脉冲重复频率、自动扫描可调谐染料激光器。它由染料振荡级、放大级和YAG倍频、三倍频泵浦系统组成。 主要技术指标如下:     

Strain-Engineered Low-Density InAs Bilayer Quantum Dots for Single Photon Emission

We investigate the growth of strain-engineered low-density 1hAs bilayer quantum dots （BQDs） on GaAs by molecular beam epitaxy. Owing to increasing dot size and In composition of the upper QDs, low-density BQDs in a GaAs matrix with an emission wavelength up to 1.4 μm at room temperature are achieved. Such a wavelength is larger than that of conventional QDs in a GaAs matrix （generally of about 1.3μm）. The optical properties of the BQDs are sensitive to annealing temperature used after spacer layer growth. Significant decrease of integrated PL intensity is observed as the annealing temperature increases. At 10 K, single photon emission from the BQDs with wavelength around 1.3μm is observed.     

激光电流计

目前,随着区域性电力系统容量的迅速增长,输电电压等级也将有升高到50至100万伏的趋势。为了探索超高压电流的无接触测量方式,在长春光机所、吉林电力学院和长春地质学院等单位协作下,开展了激光电流计的研制工作,仪器正在变电所内进行中间试验。现将结构原理及技术性能简介如下。     

Photochromic reactions of pyrryl substituted fulgides and fulgimides

Photochromic behaviour of six pyrryl substituted fulgides and one fulgimide has been examined. The substituents have significant effects on their photochromic processes. The results of steady state kinetics show that the photodecoloration of the colored form, 7,7a-dihydroindole derivatives (II) follows the first-order kinetics. The substituents have certain effects on the rate constant of the photodecoloration. As for the colored form (II), compounds with the substituent at 2- or 3-position have larger rate constants of the decoloration than those of non-substituted ones. The photocoloration reactions are more complicated and do not fit the simple kinetics. Introduction of the electron donating substituent into the 2- or 3-position leads to bathochromic shift of the maximum of absorption (λmax) of 7,7a-dihydroindole derivatives. For example, the λmax of compound II 7 is 720 nm in acetonitrile. The increasing of the polarity of the solvent caused a remarkable bathochromic shift of λmax of the colored
