基于数据挖掘的刮刀压力对印刷质量影响分析

针对电子产品制造的锡膏印刷过程参数众多、交互作用复杂的问题，文中利用神经网络算法建立一种短时印刷质量预测模型。对基于刮刀压力设置值和基于刮刀压力实际值的模型精度进行比较，结果表明，基于实际值的模型误差为2.12%，基于设置值的模型误差为5.42%，基于实际值模型的精度优于基于设置值的模型。进一步分析具体数据发现，基于刮刀压力设置值模型误差较大的原因是：不同设置值对应的实际值波动较大，且设置粒度分辨力无法完全区分不同设置值对应的实际值。由于设置值和实际值存在较大差异，印刷时钢网承受的压力与预设的压力值范围不同，导致实际的下锡量与参数调整时预想不同，所以刮刀压力设置值的印刷质量预测模型精度较差。     

Bi_(25)FeO_(40)/α-Fe_2O_3复合纳米颗粒光催化剂的制备与性能

采用溶剂热法,以聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树形分子为稳定剂,分别制备了Bi_(25)FeO_(40)和Bi_(25)FeO_(40)/α-Fe_2O_3复合纳米颗粒,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱仪(UV-Vis)、比表面积和孔径分析仪(BET)和超导量子干涉磁强计等对其结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明,2种颗粒均为球形,尺寸均匀,粒径小于10 nm.当原料中Bi~(3+)/Fe~(3+)摩尔比为25∶1时,产物为Bi_(25)FeO_(40)纳米颗粒;Bi~(3+)/Fe~(3+)摩尔比为1∶1时,产物为Bi_(25)FeO_(40)/α-Fe_2O_3复合纳米颗粒.与Bi_(25)FeO_(40)纳米颗粒相比,Bi_(25)FeO_(40)/α-Fe_2O_3复合纳米颗粒的带隙变窄,对可见光吸收范围变宽,饱和磁化强度和光催化活性明显增强.这是由于复合颗粒中的α-Fe_2O_3具有超顺磁性,且两相界面存在的异质结构有利于光生载流子的分离和迁移,提高催化活性.2种纳米颗粒均可磁性回收,重复使用3次后催化活性下降较小.

Contactless Microwave Detection of Shubnikov–De Haas Oscillations in Three-Dimensional Dirac Semimetal ZrTe_5

We report Shubnikov–de Haas(SdH)oscillations of a three-dimensional(3D) Dirac semimetal candidate of layered material ZrTe_5 single crystals through contactless electron spin resonance(ESR)measurements with the magnetic field up to 1.4 T.The ESR signals manifest remarkably anisotropic characteristics with respect to the direction of the magnetic field,indicating an anisotropic Fermi surface in ZrTe_5.Further experiments demonstrate that the ZrTe_5 single crystals have the signature of massless Dirac fermions with nontrivialBerry phase,key evidence for 3D Dirac/Weyl fermions.Moreover,the onset of quantum oscillation of our ZrTe_5 crystals revealed by the ESR can be derived down to 0.2 T,much smaller than the onset of SdH oscillation determined by conventional magnetoresistance measurements.Therefore,ESR measurement is a powerful tool to study the topologically nontrivial electronic structure in Dirac/Weyl semimetals and other topological materials with low bulk carrier density.     

磁控法测定热发射电子的速率分布

利用磁控法直接测定了真空二极管中发射的热电子的速率分布,并证实了热电子的速率分布有别于麦克斯韦速率分布率.由于空间电荷效应的存在,在磁场较大的情况下数据与理论存在偏差.

Modeling and character analyzing of multiple fractional-order memcapacitors in parallel connection

Recently,the memory elements-based circuits have been addressed frequently in the nonlinear circuit theory due to their unique behaviors.Thus,the modeling and characterizing of the mem-elements become essential.In this paper,the analysis of the multiple fractional-order voltage-controlled memcapacitors model in parallel connection is studied.Firstly,two fractional-order memcapacitors are connected in parallel,the equivalent model is derived,and the characteristic of the equivalent memcapacitor is analyzed in positive or negative connection.Then a new understanding manner according to different rate factor K and fractional orderαis derived to explain the equivalent modeling structure conveniently.Additionally,the negative order appears,which is a consequence of the combination of memcapacitors in different directions.Meanwhile,the equivalent parallel memcapacitance has been drawn to determine that multiple fractional-order memcapacitors could be calculated as one composite memcapacitor.Thus,an arbitrary fractional-order equivalent memcapacitor could be constructed by multiple fractional-order memcapacitors.     

浅谈数控机床的安装调试及维护

数控机床是广泛应用于工业生产中复杂的机械加工设备,本文从数控机床的安装、调试、维护等方面进行了简要的阐述,并结合实例分析了在机床安装、维护方面中常见的问题,从而减小了故障的发生率,延长了机床的使用寿命。     

带有二元连接函数的半参数模型

提出了一种新的带有二元连接函数的广义半参数模型,即二元连接模型(简称为BLM).使用轮廓似然方法估计模型的参数和非参数部分,并给出了计算算法.证明了所得的未知参数的估计量为n~(1/2)-相合,渐近正态且具有渐近最小方差,给出了实际数据分析和模拟研究,最终采用局部功效方法来检验非参数部分的线性性.
