White organic light-emitting device with\ both phosphorescent and fluorescent emissive layers 下载免费PDF全文
This paper reports the fabrication of novel white organic light-emitting device(WOLED) by using a high efficiency blue fluorescent dye N-(4-((E)-2-(6-((E)-4-(diphenylamino)styryl)naphthalen-2-yl)vinyl)phenyl)oN- phenylbenzenamine (N-BDAVBi) and a red phosphoresecent dye bis (1-(phenyl) isoquinoline) iridium (III) acetylanetonate (Ir(piq)2(acac)). The configuration of the device was ITO/PVK:TPD/CBP: N-BDAVBi /CBP/ BALq: Ir(piq)2(acac)/BCP/Alq3/LiF:AL. By adjusting the proportion of the dopants (N-BDAVBi, Ir(piq)2(acac)) in the light-emitting layer, white light with Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.35, 0.35) and a maximum luminance of 25350cd/m2 were obtained external quantum and current efficiency of 6.78% and between the two light-emitting layers and using BCP at an applied voltage of 22V. The WOLED exhibits maximum 12cd/A respectively. By placing an undoped spacer CBP layer as hole blocking layer, the colour stabilization slightly changed when the driving voltage increased from 6 to 22 V. 相似文献

We demonstrate high current efficiency of a blue fluorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) by using the charge control layers (CCLs) based on Alq3 . The CCLs that are inserted into the emitting layers (EMLs) could impede the hole injection and facilitate the electron transport, which can improve the carrier balance and further expand the exciton generation region. The maximal current efficiency of the optimal device is 5.89 cd/A at 1.81 mA/cm2 , which is about 2.19 times higher than that of the control device (CD) without the CCL, and the maximal luminance is 19.660 cd/m2 at 12V. The device shows a good color stability though the green light emitting material Alq3 is introduced as the CCL in the EML, but it has a poor lifetime due to the formation of cationic Alq3 species. 相似文献

The metal-conducting single-walled carbon nanotubes(m-SWNTs)with small diameters(0.7 nm-1.1 nm)are selectively removed from the single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)by using HNO 3 /H 2 SO 4 mixed solution.Semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes(s-SWNTs)can be separated efficiently from the SWNTs with high controllability and purity based on this novel method,and the outcome is characterized by Raman spectrum.Moreover,the organic field effect transistors(OFETs)are fabricated based on the poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl)(P3HT),and untreated SWNTs and separated SWNTs(s-SWNTs)are mixed with P3HT,respectively.It could be found that the P3HT/s-SWNT device exhibits a better field effect characteristic compared with the P3HT device.The current on/off ratio is increased by 4 times,the threshold voltage is also increased from-28 V to-22 V,and the mobility is increased from 3×10-3 cm2/Vs to 5×10-3 cm2/Vs. 相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and electroluminescence performance of a new type of conjugatedpolymer, poly(2,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolyl)-4,4'-vinylene (TPPV) are presented. A light-emitting diodeconsisted of ITO/TPPV/Al is driven at about 4.0 V and has a peak emission wavelength of 485 nm. Thisblue-shift of the peak is due to the decrease of conjugate degree of TPPV compared to PPV. This result is inaccord with that determined by XPS and theoretical model of MNDO/3 相似文献

Pentacene-based organic field effect transistors(OFETs) are fabricated using poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) and polyimide(PI) as gate dielectrics,respectively.The fabricated OFETs exhibit reasonable device characteristics.The field-effect mobility,threshold voltage,and on/off current radio are determined to be 3.214 ×10^-2 cm^2 /Vs,-28 V,and 1 ×10^3 respectively for OFETs with PMMA as gate dielectrics,and 7.306×10^-3cm^2 /Vs,-21 V,and 2 ×10^2 for OFETs with PI.Furthermore,the dielectric properties of gate insulator layer are tested and the dipole effect at the semiconductor/dielectrics interface is also analyzed by a model of energy level diagram. 相似文献

We investigate the anisotropic spin-orbit coupled spin-2 Bose-Einstein condensates with Ioffe-Pritchard magnetic field. With nonzero magnetic field, anisotropic spin-orbit coupling will introduce several vortices and further generate a vortex chain. Inside the vortex chain, the vortices connect to each other, forming a line along the axis. The physical nature of the vortex chain can be explained by the particle current and the momentum distribution. The vortex number inside the vortex chain can be influenced via varying the magnetic field. Through adjusting the anisotropy of the spin-orbit coupling, the direction of the vortex chain is changed, and the vortex lattice can be triggered. Moreover, accompanied by the variation of the atomic interactions, the density and the momentum distribution of the vortex chain are affected. The realization and the detection of the vortex chain are compatible with current experimental techniques. 相似文献
