Optical Image Contrast Reversal Using Bacteriorhodopsin Films

The implementation of image contrast reversal by using a photochromic material of Bacteriorhodopsin (BR) films is demonstrated with two methods based on the optical properties of BR. One is based on the absorption difference between the B and M states. Images recorded by green light can be contrast reversed readout by violet light. The other is based on the photoinduced anisotropy of BR when it is excited by linear polarization light. By placing the BR film between two crossed polarizers (i.e. a polarizer and an analyser), the difference of polarization states of the recorded area and the unrecorded area can be detected, and thus different contrast images can be obtained by rotating the polarization axis of the analyser.

相控阵雷达多目标数据处理仿真实现

分析了相控阵雷达多目标数据处理的工作原理,对相控阵雷达扫描加跟踪（TAS）模式下多目标数据处理进行了仿真实现,并成功应用于某型空间探测相控阵雷达仿真系统,运行结果证明了多目标数据处理仿真系统的可靠性和有效性。     

Hardness of Wurtzite-Structured Semiconductors

rickets hardness calculations of eleven wurtzite-structured semiconductors are performed based on the microscopic hardness model. All the parameters are obtained from first-principles calculations. There are two types of chemical bonds in wurtzite-structured crystals. The overlap populations of the two types of chemical bonds in lonsdaleite are chosen as Pe for wurtzite structure. The calculated bond ionicity values of the wurtzite-structured semiconductors are in good agreement with the ionicities from the dielectric definition. When the hardness of wurtzite-structured crystal is higher than 20 GPa, our calculated rickets hardness is within 10% accuracy. Therefore, the hardness of novel wurtzite-structured crystal could be estimated from first-principles calculations.     

咔咯铁(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA的作用及其抗肿瘤活性

本文合成了10-(4-吩噻嗪苯基)-5,15-二(五氟苯基)铁咔咯配合物(2-Fe)。 在H₂O₂存在下,配合物2-Fe能有效抑制人肺癌细胞(A549)增殖。 流式细胞术检测结果显示在H₂O₂和2-Fe共同作用下,A549细胞生长被阻滞在S期和G2期,且有63.76%发生细胞凋亡。 Hoechst-33342细胞核染色实验观察到A549细胞核呈典型的凋亡形态学变化,同时细胞线粒体膜电势发生明显下降。 2-Fe与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)以外部模式相结合,且能有效催化氧化断裂DNA,此过程中涉及的活性氧物种可能是单线态氧。     

BaTiO_3∶Ce自泵浦相位共轭产生机制随入射位置和角度的变化

实验发现在保持入射到晶体表面的泵浦光斑尺寸不变的条件下，随泵浦光的入射位置和入射角不同，自泵浦相位共轭形成机制在ＦＷＭ－ＴＩＲ、ＦＷＭ－ＳＰＢ和ＦＷＭ－ＴＩＲ与ＦＷＭ－ＳＰＢ之间转变．

用分布声反射型换能器的低损耗SAW滤渡器的基本设计

实现SAW滤波器低损耗化的方法之一——反射器内置型IDT的研究工作近来十分活跃。这种IDT的外电路及制作工艺简单,并且能在宽带范围内实现低损耗,因此,它极有希望用作图像和宽带数据传输用滤波器。但是,在此以前的文章中曾报道:采用此IDT制作滤波器时,由于反射寄生信号大,故在通带内会产生大的波纹。本文为解决这一问题提出了可抑制宽带内反射寄生信号的新结构形式的反射器内置型IDT——分布声反射型换能器,阐述了这种IDT的工作原理,并介绍了利用第一次近似的设计方法。结果证明:采用这种IDT可制成能将宽带内不需要的反射抑制到45dB以上、插损为10dB以下的低损耗滤波器。
