ZnSe晶体中Mn2+离子的能级

研究了ZnSe:Mn的光导激发谱.室温下观察列两个峰:4600Å和5380Å.还研究了4400Å及5200Å激发下光导与温度的关系.根据这些实验认为:Mn2+离子的第一激发态4T1,非常接近导带.理论上导出了5200Å激发下光导对温度的依赖.调节参数将理论与实验进行拟合.从选定参数中得出:Mn2+的4T1态位于导带下0.054eV.4400Å激发下光导与况度的关系用陷阱的作用解释.陷阱深度估计为0.4eV.     

Development of the Technique for Fabricating Submicron Moire Gratings on Metal Materials Using Focused Ion Beam Milling

A focused gallium ion （Ga＋） beam is used to fabricate micro/submicron spacing gratings on the surface of porous NiTi shape memory alloy （SMA ）. The crossing type of gratings with double-frequency （25001/mm and 50001/mm） using the focused ion beam （FIB） milling are successfully produced in a combination mode or superposition mode. Based on the double-frequency gratings, high-quality scanning electron microscopy （SEM） Moird patterns are obtained to study the micro-scale deformation of porous NiTi SMA. The grating fabrication technique is discussed in detail. The experimental results verify the feasibility of fabricating high frequency grating on metal surface using FIB milling.     

First-Principles Study of Structural and Electronic Properties of Layered B2CN Crystals

Based on the hexagonal BN structure, six possible layered B~ CN structures are constructed. Their total energies, lattice constants as well as electronic properties are calculated using the ab initio pseudopotential density functional method within the local density approximation. The calculated results show that the B2 CN-V configuration with AA stacking sequence is the most stable among the six B2CN layered structures. The characteristics of electronic structures indicate that the B2 CN-V shows metallicity, which mainly comes from -B1-C-B1-C- chains.     

交联萘沥青的组成与结构特征

萘与硫在较低温度下交联聚合，制得了可溶性好、残炭值高、软化点较低，流动性良好的交联萘沥青。结构分析发现，此沥青分子量分布较窄，主要由三到四个萘分子交联而成，推测其反应机理，估计聚合物经萘环侧位交联成环而形成长链状硫杂环类结构。

炸点目标雷达回波建模及双门限检测算法研究

在低分辨战场侦察雷达的研究领域，炸点是一类非常重要的目标，对炸点目标的研究对于提高雷达作战效能具有十分重要的意义。本文通过建立炸点爆炸模型，在点目标回波建模的基础上，提出了一种雷达炸点目标回波模型。与实测炸点数据对比发现，提出模型可以较好地模拟炸点回波信号；在深入分析炸点目标回波特征的基础上，提出了炸点目标双门限检测算法，通过实测数据验证，该算法对炸点目标具有较好的检测能力。     

动失速型非定常分离涡结构的控制

本文对动失速型非定常分离涡结构的控制方法，在低速风洞中应用相平均测压技术进行了实验研究。在二元平板模型中部安装一作俯仰振荡的扰流板产生动失速型分离涡，在其上游安装另一用作控制的小扰流板。实验结果表明，应用前置的振荡小扰流板可影响并改变动失速分离涡的强度和对流特性。在最有利的控制相位下，涡吸力峰可降低４８％，涡对流时间可以推迟０．１９周期。对于间歇式振荡扰流板，采用相位提前控制方式比相位滞后控制方式更有效。     

Proposal of metal bellows-based fiber Bragg grating accelerometer

A metal bellows-based fiber Bragg grating(FBG) accelerometer is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.
