α-混合序列下期望损失ES的两步核估计

期望损失(Expected Shortfall,ES)是当今最流行的金融资产风险管理的工具之一,是一个理想的一致性风险度量.本文在α-混合序列具有幂衰减混合系数条件下,用两步核估计估算风险度量ES的值,第一步是在险价值(Value at Risk,VaR)的核估计,第二步是ES的核估计.得到ES的核估计量的Bahadur表示,以及均方误差和渐近正态性的收敛速度.     

大体积固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水中17种氯代有机物

建立水中17种氯代有机物的大体积固相萃取–气相色谱检测方法。样品以3.0 mL/min的流量经大体积样品采样器Cleanert PS固相萃取柱富集,真空抽干后用10.0 mL丙酮洗脱,挥干洗脱液,用1.0 mL正己烷定容,在选定的色谱条件下进行分析。17种氯代有机物的质量浓度在0～100μg/L内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.002 5～0.074μg/L。样品加标回收率为81.0%～116.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.56%～6.80%(n=6)。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,重现性好,具有一定的实用价值,适用于水中17种氯代有机物的同时测定。     

Improvement of High Temperature Characteristics for SiGeC p-i-n Diodes with Carbon Incorporation

Temperature-dependent characteristics of SiGeC p-i-n diodes axe analysed and discussed. Based on the ISE data, the temperature-dependent physical models applicable for SiGeC/Si diodes are presented. Due to the addition of carbon into the SiGe system, the thermal stability of SiGeC diodes are improved remarkably. Compared to SiGe diodes, the reverse leakage current of SiGeC diodes is decreased by 97.1% at 400 K and its threshold voltage shift is reduced over 65.3% with an increasing temperature from 300 K to 400 K. Furthermore, the fast and soft reverse recovery characteristics are also obtained at 400 K for SiGeC diodes. As a result, the most remarkable feature of SiGeC diodes is the better high-temperature characteristics and this can be applied to high temperature up to 400 K.

Effective suppression of beta oscillation in Parkinsonian state via a noisy direct delayed feedback control scheme

This work explores the function of the noisy direct delayed feedback(NDDF)control strategy in suppressing the pathological oscillations in the basal ganglia(BG)with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Deep brain stimulation(DBS)alleviates the PD state fantastically.However,due to its unclear mechanism and open-loop characteristic,it is challenging to further improve its effects with lower energy expenditure.The noise stimulus performs competitively in alleviating the PD state theoretically,but it cannot adapt to the neural condition timely and automatically due to its open-loop control scheme.The direct delayed feedback(DDF)control strategy is able to disturb excessive synchronous effectively.Therefore,the NDDF control strategy is proposed and researched based on a BG computational model,which can reflect the intrinsic properties of the BG neurons and their connections with thalamic neurons.Simulation results show that the NDDF control strategy with optimal parameters is effective in removing the pathological beta oscillations.By comparison,we find the NDDF control strategy performs more excellent than DDF in alleviating PD state.Additionally,we define the multiple-NDDF control strategy and find that the multiple-NDDF with appropriate parameters performs better than NDDF.The obtained results contribute to the cure for PD symptoms by optimizing the noise-induced improvement of the BG dysfunction.

基于ZIF-8的新型复合吸附材料及从水中吸附孔雀石绿的应用

近年来,ZIFs型金属-有机骨架材料被发现可作为吸附剂应用于吸附分离水中有机污染物。但由于ZIFs的非球形型粉末形态及强的疏水性使其在水溶液中分散性差,不利于充分发挥吸附性能。针对这一不足,本文以聚丙烯酸酯羧基微球(PC-SMM)为载体,通过原位生长法在其表面生长一层ZIF-8纳米粒子外壳层,制备既具备ZIF-8粒子的结构特性又呈现出微球形态的ZIF-8/PC-SMM复合微球。以MG水溶液为分离体系来评价ZIF-8/PC-SMM复合微球的吸附分离性能,结果显示,ZIF-8/PC-SMM复合微球对MG的吸附量高达101.2mg/g,与ZIF-8及PC-SMM微球相比,其吸附性能得到明显提高。

光学碱度与能量传递对Bi/Yb3 共掺杂锗酸盐玻璃近红外发光性质的影响

采用传统高温熔融法制备了Bi/Yb3 共掺杂锗酸盐玻璃,通过测试吸收光谱、近红外光谱和荧光衰减寿命,研究了玻璃样品的近红外发光性质。在980nm 或808 nm 激光激发下,均能同时观察到Yb3 和Bi离子的近红外发光,这一结果表明,Yb3 离子与Bi离子之间存在相互能量传递。随着Yb3 离子浓度的增加,玻璃基质的光学碱度和Yb3 离子到 Bi 离子的能量传递效率均增加,讨论了能量传递效率的提高对Bi离子发光的增强作用与光学碱度增加对Bi离子发光的削弱作用的竞争影响机制,获得了Bi/Yb3 近红外发光的机理。
