某型电台模拟训练器人机界面显示电路设计

介绍某型电台模拟训练器显示电路的设计过程。该电路以基于51内核的高性能单片机MSC1210单片机作为主控单元，通过虚拟I^2C总线（Inter IC BUS）控制数码管驱动芯片SD7218，实现实际装备的频率及工作状态显示、存贮、调用及出错信息提示等功能，同时通过串行接口连接网络通信单片机实现与主控计算机的互联。

ESEM研究超声分散对稀土绿色荧光粉体晶型及其发光性能的影响

PDP显示器具有屏幕大、视角宽、清晰度高、重量轻及机体薄等出众优点，目前被广泛应用于显示、显像、光源、X射线增感屏及医学放射学图像摄影技术等领域。PDP的显示性能除了与其显示屏结构、驱动技术有关外，其中一个重要影响因素是作为显示发光主体的荧光粉材料。     

W片的双折射

具有维格特效应的Ｗ片所显示的光学各向生中同时具备二向色性和双折射两个因素，两者均与波长有关，通常在双折射很微弱时予以忽略。本文提供了二向色性很强时双折射相当显著的实验结果，获得了一系列实验数据及曲线。本文还提供了一种同时测定一块Ｗ片的二向色性与双折射的原理及实验方法。     

电铸在LIGA技术中的应用

近年来，电铸在微细加工中的应用得到了较快发展，尤其在近几年高速发展的ＬＩＧＡ技术的掩模加工和其应用产品中，该技术充分体现出了字的优越性能和潜在的应用前景。本文结合ＬＩＧＡ技术掩模的加工及其电铸产品，用已取得的实验结果来说明电铸的应用潜力。

在最近十多年中,MOS存储器大体上以一定的速度持续地向着大容量化的方向发展。对于动态存储器来说,在产品水平上从1970年的1K位迅速发展到1982年的256K位。由此可见,集成度以每3年4倍的速度向前发展。静态存储器(SRAM)大容量化的发展速度与动态存储器(DRAM)相当或处于动态存储器之上,特别是CMOS静态存储器的集成度发展速     

湍流对椭圆偏振激光传输中偏振特性的影响分析EI北大核心CSCD

根据推广的惠更斯-菲涅耳原理和Rytov相位结构函数二次近似,推导出高斯-谢尔模型光束在湍流大气传输中交叉谱密度矩阵的表达式,研究了湍流对椭圆偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束传输中的偏振特性影响,并与部分偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束进行了对比分析.结果表明,相对于部分偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束,椭圆偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束在湍流大气传输中偏振度、方位角以及椭圆度的变化受湍流的影响较小.同时得到椭圆偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束在湍流大气斜程传输中偏振度的变化幅度比部分偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束的小,而方位角和椭圆度的变化幅度比部分偏振高斯-谢尔模型光束的大.     

Effect of electrolyte concentration on DNA A—B conformational transition:An unrestrained molecular dynamics simulation study

<正>The DNA conformational transition depends on both the DNA sequences and environment such as solvent as well as electrolyte in the solution.This paper uses the AMBER8 package to investigate the electrolyte concentration influence on the dynamics of the A→B conformational transition of DNA duplex d(CGCGAATTCGCG)_2.The results from the restrained molecular dynamics(MD) simulations indicate that the total energies of the systems for A-DNA are always higher than those for B-DNA,and that the A→B conformational transition in aqueous NaCl solution is a downhill process.The results from the unrestrained MD simulations,as judged by the average distance between the C5' atoms(average helical rise per ten base pair),show that the concentrated NaCl solution slows down the A→B conformational transition.This observation can be well understood by analyses of the difference between the counterion distributions around A-DNA and B-DNA.     

Design of High-Efficiency Diffraction Gratings Based on Rigorous Coupled-Wave Analysis for 800nm Wavelength

We report on the design of a high diffraction efficiency multi-layer dielectric grating with wide incident angle and broad bandwidth for 80Ohm. The optimized grating can achieve 〉 95% diffraction efficiency in the first order at an incident angle of 5° from Littrow and a wavelength from 77Ohm to 83Ohm, with peak diffraction efieieney of 〉 99.5% at 80Ohm. The electric field distribution of the optimized multi-layer dielectric grating within the gratings ridge is 1.3 times enhancement of the incidence light, which presents potential high laser resistance ability. Because of its high-effieieney, wide incident, broad bandwidth and potential high resistance ability, the multi-layer dielectric grating should have practical application in Ti：sapphire laser systems.
