利用高温烧结法制备了铕/铋铕共掺硼硅酸盐玻璃系列样品,测量了样品的激发光谱、发射光谱和声子边带谱,利用Eu3+离子作为探针进一步研究了敏化剂Bi3+的掺入对Eu3+发光的影响.结果表明:本文制作的玻璃样品的电子-声子耦合系数比以往报道过的硼铅等玻璃材料的值都要小,但在硼硅酸盐玻璃中掺入Bi3+会使Eu3+的无辐射跃迁概率增加;Bi3+对Eu3+有敏化作用,Bi3+的掺入使材料的共价性增强,对称性降低,这又使得Eu3+的发光整体变强.所以,在硼硅酸盐玻璃体系中,Eu3+发光的增强不仅仅是由于Bi3+对Eu3+的能量传递,而是以上各因素综合作用的结果. 相似文献

The continuous-time quantum walk(CTQW) is the quantum analogue of the continuous-time classical walk and is widely used in universal quantum computations. Here, taking the advantages of the waveguide arrays, we implement large-scale CTQWs on chips. We couple the single-photon source into the middle port of the waveguide arrays and measure the emergent photon number distributions by utilizing the fiber coupling platform. Subsequently, we simulate the photon number distributions of the waveguide arrays by considering the boundary conditions. This paper demonstrates the realization of an optical switch by optically manipulating a large number of polystyrene spheres contained in a capillary.The strong scattering force exerted on polystyrene spheres with a large diameter of 4.3 μm is employed to realize the switching operation.A transparent window is opened for the signal light when the polystyrene spheres originally located at the beam centre are driven out of the beam region by the strong scattering force induced by the control light.The switching dynamics under different incident powers is investigated and compared with that observed in the optical switch based on the formation of optical matter.It is found that a large extinction ratio of ~ 30 dB and fast switching-on and switching-off times can be achieved in this type of switch. 相似文献

对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(dimethyl phthalate)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(diethyl phthalate)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate)和邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯 (dioctyl phthalate)系列材料中, α-弛豫的降温介电谱进行了测量, 得出了相应材料α-弛豫的平均弛豫时间ταa 随温度T的变化关系. 通过ταa 的实验结果与经验的Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann)定律ταa = τα0 exp (A/(T-T0))的拟合, 获得了上述系列材料的τα0, A和T0. 分析发现, 随邻苯二甲酸二甲酯系列分子侧链中碳原子数目n的变化, 材料的τα0, A, T0 和Tg 表现出一定的规律性, 具体为随n的增加, 即分子内部自由度的增多, A和Tg 都表现出近乎相同的先减后再增的趋势, 而1/τα0 和T0 则表现出基本相同的先快速减小, 然后保持基本上不变的趋势.

An intrinsic magnetic topological insulator(TI) is a stoichiometric magnetic compound possessing both inherent magnetic order and topological electronic states. Such a material can provide a shortcut to various novel topological quantum effects but remained elusive experimentally for a long time. Here we report the experimental realization of thin films of an intrinsic magnetic TI, MnBi_2Te_4, by alternate growth of a Bi_2Te_3 quintuple layer and a MnTe bilayer with molecular beam epitaxy. The material shows the archetypical Dirac surface states in angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and is demonstrated to be an antiferromagnetic topological insulator with ferromagnetic surfaces by magnetic and transport measurements as well as first-principles calculations. The unique magnetic and topological electronic structures and their interplays enable the material to embody rich quantum phases such as quantum anomalous Hall insulators and axion insulators at higher temperature and in a well-controlled way. 相似文献

Study on lattice vibrational properties and Raman spectra of Bi_2Te_3 based on density-functional perturbation theory 下载免费PDF全文
We present a variational density-functional perturbation theory(DFPT) to investigate the lattice dynamics and vibrational properties of single crystal bismuth telluride material. The phonon dispersion curves and phonon density of states(DOS) of the material were obtained. The phonon dispersions are divided into two fields by a phonon gap. In the lower field,atomic vibrations of both Bi and Te contribute to the DOS. In the higher field, most contributions come from Te atoms. The calculated Born effective charges and dielectric constants reveal a great anisotropy in the crystal. The largest Born effective charge generates a significant dynamic charge transferring along the c axis. By DFPT calculation, the greatest LO–TO splitting takes place in the infrared phonon modes and reaches 1.7 THz in the Brillouin zone center. The Raman spectra and peaks corresponding to respective atomic vibration modes were found to be in good agreement with the experimental data. 相似文献

We report the dark blue nonlinearˇCerenkov radiation by the second harmonic generation(SHG)in a two-layer-stacked hexagonal periodically-poled-MgO:LiNbO3s(PPMgOLNs).Based on the direct wafer bonding of two target PPMgOLNs rotating around the axis perpendicular to the plane with an angle of 30°,twelve bright spots as twice of those in a single PPMgOLN are shown at each second-harmonicˇCerenkov ring.The experimental results agree with the theoretical ones and present a promising application in the fabrication of three-dimensional(3D)PPMgOLNs. 相似文献
