环肽配糖体的二维核磁共振谱研究

用600MHz超导核磁共振仪测定了两个具有抗癌活性环肽配糖体RY-2和RY-3的TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC和ROESY谱图, 并正确地对分子RY-2和RY-3的氢谱和碳谱进行了归属。同时订正分子RY-3中糖的连接位置。     

强右型-A半群的平移壳 *

证明了强右型-A(C-rpp)半群的平移壳仍为强右型-A(C-rpp)半群 .     

右消去幺半群、左正则带和左正则型A幺半群

本文利用右消去幺半群,左正则带建立了真左正则型A幺半群．在证明了任一左正则型A幺半群均有P－覆盖后,给出P－覆盖的结构．     

黄草乌的生物碱研究——Ⅰ.黄草乌碱甲和碱丙的化学结构

黄草乌(Aconitum vilmorrianum Kom.)是云南的一种常用民间草药。朱元龙等曾从其根中分得三种生物碱,即黄草乌碱甲(vilmorrianine A)、碱乙(vilmorrianine B)和另一微量成分,均未确定化学结构。我们从这种植物的根中分得六个生物碱,本文报告其中三个乌头碱型二萜酯碱的结构鉴定。一个与黄草乌碱甲为同一化合物,另一个命名为黄草乌碱丙(vilmorrianine C),可能与朱元龙等分得的微量生物碱相同。通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱测定以及化学工作,证明碱甲和碱丙的化学结构分别为2和3。第三个酯碱则鉴定为滇乌碱(yunaconitine)(1)。     

毛姜花中的细胞毒活性二萜成分

从毛姜花(Hedychium villosum Wall.)中分离得到1个新二萜(1)和1个已知二萜(3). 新二萜命名为Villosumcoronarin, 该化合物在氯仿或甲醇溶液中发生异构化, 部分转化为其差向异构体1'; 其平面结构经质谱、红外光谱、氢谱、碳谱及无畸变极化转移增强技术(DEPT)、氢氢相关谱(¹H-¹H COSY)和异核多键相关谱(HMBC)等方法确证; 其相对构型由氢谱、ROESY及量化计算确证. 化合物3用琼斯试剂氧化后得到化合物4. 生物活性筛选结果表明, 化合物1对人白血病细胞株(HL-60)和肝癌细胞株(SMMC-7721)具有强的细胞毒活性, 其活性超过阳性对照顺铂(DDP). 化合物4对HL-60和SMMC-7721细胞具有显著的细胞毒活性.     

A rapid and convenient experimental method of absolutely calibrating transmission of x-ray flat-response filter

We develop a rapid and convenient experimental method of absolutely calibrating the transmission of an x-ray flatresponse filter. The calibration experiment is performed on a small laser-target facility, and a set of high resolution holographic flat-field grating spectrometers is used as a discrimination system of the laser-produced x-ray source. Given that the holographic flat-field grating has a relatively large width, the grating is divided into two regions for use in that direction,where one region has the filter added and the other region does not. The filter transmission is determined by dividing the x-ray signal counts detected when the filter is in the line of sight by those detected when the filter is out of the line of sight.We find that the calibration results of this experiment agree with the calibration results using a synchrotron radiation source,as well as simulation results. Our method is not only highly reliable but also rapid and convenient.     

基于图像边缘检测的方法分析研究

边缘检测是目前图像分析领域中的基础技术,同时也是图像理解与分析的第一步,更是图像处理问题中经典的难题之一,其研究一直贯穿于图像处理的始终。它主要利用图像一阶导数的极值或者图像二阶导数的过零点信息来提取边缘,达到检测的效果。根据边缘变化的剧烈程度的不同,对边缘处理的方法也就不同。一般来说,对于图像中变化比较缓慢的区域     

Thermodynamics and elastic properties of Ta from first-principles calculations

<正>Within the framework of the quasiharmonic approximation,the thermodynamics and elastic properties of Ta, including phonon density of states(DOS),equation of state,linear thermal expansion coefficient,entropy,enthalpy, heat capacity,elastic constants,bulk modulus,shear modulus,Young’s modulus,microhardness,and sound velocity, are studied using the first-principles projector-augmented wave method.The vibrational contribution to Helmholtz free energy is evaluated from the first-principles phonon DOS and the Debye model.The thermal electronic contribution to Helmholtz free energy is estimated from the integration over the electronic DOS.By comparing the experimental results with the calculation results from the first-principles and the Debye model,it is found that the thermodynamic properties of Ta are depicted well by the first-principles.The elastic properties of Ta from the first-principles are consistent with the available experimental data.     

对《有机化学》教材中“物理性质”的商榷

许多《有机化学》教材在化合物的“物理性质”中都涉及毒性、爆炸性、可燃性、颜色变化和解离常数等内容,这是不准确的。对此进行归纳,并提出修改意见,与同仁商榷。

本文综述了我国特有的粉花绣线菊复合群7个变种化学与生物学研究,以新生物碱的发现为起点,从二萜与二萜生物碱化学结构、化学转化、化学合成、仿生合成与生源途径、植物化学分类与生物地理、生物活性等方面阐明了相关的科学问题,从宏观、微观层次形成了较系统的学术观点。
