一类具有高阶奇性解的Hilbert核奇异积分方程

本文利用指数变换研究了一类解具高阶奇性的周期黎曼边值问题,通过转化法研究了一类解具有高阶奇性的Hilber核奇异积分方程,获得了相应的解和可解条件表达式.推广了Hilber核奇异积分方程的结果.     

二维DCT图像处理器的低功耗实现

本文提出了一种基于矩阵向量乘法器的低功耗二维DCT结构,该结构通过最大限度地共享矩阵向量乘法中的乘积因子降低二维DCT中的乘法计算量,实现低功耗计算.此外,该二维DCT设计支持对矩阵向量乘法器的计算精度控制,从而实现对二维DCT处理器的低功耗调整.FPGA硬件平台的实际验证结果表明,与传统的基于移位累加乘法器的二维DCT设计相比,本设计可以节省35%以上的功耗.     

向量相似度在指挥自动化系统效能评估中的应用

在给出向量相似度的定义的基础上,提出了一种评估指挥自动化系统效能的新方法--向量相似度法,从向量相似的角度评估系统的效能.详细地给出了其评估流程图和实现步骤,并引入了模板的概念,可有效地将人的因素和信息化条件下各种附加因素引入到系统的评估中,并确定其对系统效能的影响.该方法简单易行、可操作性强且充分利用了系统性能指标抽样数据,具有很高的精度.最后结合算例验证了此方法的有效性和实用性,为评估指挥自动化系统的效能提供了一种有效的方法,对其他系统的效能评估也有指导意义.     

Solute Distribution within Rapidly Grown Fe-Co Single Phase

Rapid growth of Fe-Co single phase is accomplished by rapid solidification in a drop tube. （Fe, Co） grains are refined with the decrease of alloy droplet diameters. Energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis indicates that microsegregation in （Fe, Co） single phase becomes lower with the reduction of droplet diameters. The experimental results with theoretical calculation reveal that the microsegregation is efficiently suppressed with the increase of undercooling. The free energies of intrinsic segregation for Fe-30 wt.%Co, Fe-40 wt.%Co and Fe-50 wt, %Co alloys are -47.17, -27.57 and -6.57 kJ/mol, respectively. The dependence of free energy of segregation on composition and undercooling has been deduced.     

NODAL BOUND STATES WITH CLUSTERED SPIKES FOR NONLINEAR SCHRDINGER EQUATIONS

We consider the following nonlinear Schr¨odinger equations -ε2△u + u = Q(x)|u|p-2u in RN, u ∈ H1(RN),where ε is a small positive parameter, N ≥ 2, 2 p ∞ for N = 2 and 2 p 2N/N-2 for N ≥ 3. We prove that this problem has sign-changing(nodal) semi-classical bound states with clustered spikes for sufficiently small ε under some additional conditions on Q(x).Moreover, the number of this type of solutions will go to infinity as ε→ 0+.     

A transformer-loaded receiver front end for 2.4 GHz WLAN in 0.13μm CMOS technology

A 2.4 GHz radio frequency receiver front end with an on-chip transformer compliant with IEEE 802.11b/g standards is presented.Based on zero-IF receiver architecture,the front end comprises a variable gain common-source low noise amplifier with an on-chip transformer as its load and a high linear quadrature folded Gilbert mixer.As the load of the LNA,the on-chip transformer is optimized for lowest resistive loss and highest power gain.The whole front end draws 21 mA from 1.2 V supply,and the measured results show a double side band noise figure of 3.75 dB,-31 dBm IIP3 with 44 dB conversion gain at maximum gain setting.Implemented in 0.13μm CMOS technology,it occupies a 0.612 mm~2 die size.     

A low power 8th order elliptic low-pass filter for a CMMB tuner

This paper presents an 8th order active-RC elliptic low-pass filter（LPF） for a direct conversion China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting（CMMB） tuner with a 1 or 4 MHz -3 dB cutoff frequency(f_-3dB).By using a novel gain-bandwidth-product（GBW） extension technique in designing the operational amplifiers（op-amps）, the proposed filter achieves 71 dB stop-band rejection at 1.7f_-3dB to meet the stringent CMMB adjacent channel rejection（ACR） specifications while dissipates only 2.8 mA/channel from a 3 V supply,its bias current can be further lowered to 2 mA/channel with only 0.5 dB peaking measured at the filter’s pass-band edge.Elaborated common-mode（CM） control circuits are applied to the filter op-amp to increase its common-mode rejection ratio （CMRR） and effectively reject the large signal common-mode interference.Measurement results show that the filter has 128 dBμV_rms in-band IIP3 and more than 80 dB passband CMRR.Fabricated in a 0.35-μm SiGe BiCMOS process,the proposed filter occupies a 1.19 mm² die area.

A3G蛋白结构与功能NMR研究的最新进展

A3G（apolipoprotin B mRNA-editing catalytic polypeptide 3 protein G）是一种天然抗病毒活性的胞嘧啶脱氨基酶,具有广谱的抗病毒作用,属于人体固有的免疫蛋白分子. 在HIV病毒复制过程中,A3G蛋白能进入新生成的病毒颗粒内部,诱导病毒cDNA胞嘧啶脱氨基化变为尿嘧啶,阻断病毒复制,从而导致病毒活性丧失. 最近几年,许多实验室以NMR技术和X射线衍射技术为基础,开展了一系列A3G蛋白的结构生物学和脱氨基化反应动态过程的研究,取得了具有重要意义的研究进展,为后期的研究工作提供了很好的新思路. 通过对这些工作进行总结,以期为我国艾滋病、乙肝病毒的防治,及相关药物分子的设计提供新的借鉴.
