符合EPC C1G2标准的阅读器数字基带编解码模块设计和FPGA验证

编解码模块是RFID阅读器数字基带的重要模块,负责对来自数据存储单元的信号编码以及对来自采样模块的信号解码.本文设计了符合EPC C1G2标准的阅读器数字基带部分的编解码模块,并且在FPGA上验证.编解码模块包括CRC编码和校验,PIE编码,FM0解码.FFGA验证结果显示该设计能够在协议规定的频率范围内正常工作.

Effects of Induced Flux on Andreev Levels in a Quantum Point Contact Embedded in Superconducting Ring

We investigate the effects of flux induced by persistent current on the states of Andreev levels in a quantum point contact (QPC) embedded in a superconducting ring. The Andreev levels correspond to the bound states in the QPC created by multiple reflection at the boundaries. We self-consistently calculate the eigenstates and persistent current of such a system with different external fluxes threaded through the ring by using a tight-binding model with Bogoliubov-de Gennes potential. We show that the induced flux can significantly change the dependence of the Andreev levels and the persistent current on the external flux if the inductance of the system is large. By solving the time-dependent Schroedinger equation we obtain the dynamical behaviour of Andreev states in the presence of flux oscillations in the equivalent LC circuit.

Effects of Correlations Between the Real and Imaginary Parts of Quantum Noise on Intensity Fluctuation for a Single-Mode Laser

We study the effects of correlations between the real and imaginary parts of quantum noise on the intensity fluctuation for a single-mode laser. The analytic expressions of the intensity correlation function C(r) and the associated relaxation time Tc in the case of a stable locked phase resulting from the cross-correlation λq between the real and imaginary parts of quantum noise are derived by means of projection operator method. Based on numerical computations it is found that the presence of cross-correlations between the real and imaginary parts of quantum noise causes the intensity fluctuation to increase. A slowing-down phenomenon exists in the sense that Tc increases as a function of |λq|. Thus the decay o[ intensity fluctuation becomes slower.     

公里级湍流大气环境下光纤激光高效相干合成

光纤激光阵列光束相干合成可在提升输出激光总功率的同时保持良好的光束质量,进而提升激光亮度,是激光技术领域的研究热点。目前光纤激光相干合成实验已在实验室内获得了大量、良好的验证,然而在真实湍流大气环境下的长距离传输实验却开展较少,相干合成技术对湍流大气引入的相位畸变的校正能力尚需实验验证。目标在回路技术是实现长距离湍流大气环境下阵列光束到靶相干合成的重要方案,是近年来国际上的重点研究方向。基于自适应光纤准直器阵列和共形发射系统,搭建了6路光纤激光目标在回路相干合成系统,成功校正了湍流大气带来的相位畸变,实现了公里级作用距离、湍流大气环境下阵列光束在目标表面的相干合成。     

Mineralization of 4-Chlorophenol under Visible Light Irradiation in the Presence of Aluminum and Zinc Phthalocyaninesulfonates

Photosensitized oxidation of 4-chlorophenol (4CP) by the title complexes (AIPcS and ZnPcS) in aerated aqueous solution uponvisible light irradiation(λ=450nm) has been investigated using methanol as a disassociating reagent.It is confirmed that the monomeric species of the sesitizer is more active than the corresponding dimer in singlet oxygen generation for 4CP oxidation.However,the monomer is also the main component found in the sensitlzer‘s photobleaching, In this reload, AIPcS is much more stable than ZnPcS, and the Dhotoble~hlno is observed to proceed via singlet and triplet oxygen, respectlvely.The final products of 4CP oxidation in alkaline solution are carbon dioxide and chloride ions.while at pH=7 and pH=3 the p-benzoquinone is the product.The temperature is found to have influence on both the photosensitized degradation of methyl orange and ZnPcS photobleaching,with an activation energy of 15.8 and 24.2kJ/mol,respectively.     

载体沉淀-苯基荧光酮-CTMAB光度法测定合金钢中锡

钢铁合金中基体及掺杂元素钨、钼、钛的存在，严重影响了苯基荧光酮对锡的显色。通常采用碘化物与锡反应，以苯为萃取剂；或采用硫酸铍作载体沉淀剂，苯萃取的方法进行分离富集。但这两种方法不仅麻烦，而且工作流程长。本文以EDTA-H2O2络合，硫酸铍为载体沉淀，将钨、钼、钛等     

多编组任务分配动态优化模型及IVFSA算法求解

针对作战智能体多编组协同作战中任务分配的动态优化问题, 考虑到空中突击作战中部分任务的时间窗口属性和编组资源能力损耗的特点, 建立了以任务执行效率为目标、满足上述约束问题的数学模型。设计了一种改进快速模拟退火对动态优化模型予以求解, 给出解方案表达、邻域解生成、冲突消解等步骤, 采用高温随机贪婪搜索、回火技术、禁忌设计和精英保留策略, 避免算法陷入局部最优, 提高算法的计算效率。仿真表明, 所提方法可对多编组任务分配动态优化模型进行快速有效求解。
