ICP仪器正日益增长地广泛应用于非水溶液的分析。即使ICP样品引入系统对某类样品要求稀释,光度计灵敏度也能很好地满足大多数分析的需要。ICP原子荧光光度计是由高温原子化池(ICP)与分光技术组合而成,以避免谱线干扰及基线飘移。在此研究中,应用于收集数据的AFS-2000型仪器是常规用于测定各种水溶液介质中痕量元素的。为了将所操作的水溶液转换为有机溶液,样品引入系统须用乙醇清洗。

GaInAsP/InP激光器中与带间吸收、非辐射复合以及载流子泄漏有关的阈值电流的温度依赖性

根据增益、损耗和载流子寿命的测试结果,讨论了发射波长为1.5～1.6μm的GaInAsP/InP激光器的阈值电流对温度的依赖性。其结果表明,大约在超过室温后阈值电流迅速增加主要是带间吸收所致。考虑了因注入而引起的热效应,若使结构参数最佳化,则有希望在高达150℃的温度下实现连续工作。     

结晶猪、牛B1色氨酸胰岛素的制备及性质

猪、牛胰岛素经与MSC·ONSu选择性反应.随后Edman降解,和与MSC·Trp·ONp缩合,去保护制备了二个种属的[Trp]^B₁胰岛素类似物. 经醋酸纤维素电泳.氨基酸组成分析,UV吸收光谱和N-端分析鉴定,确定它们是均一的[Trp]^B₁胰岛素.鼠惊厥分析显示猪、牛[Trp]^B₁胰岛素的生物活力分别为18国际单位/毫克和17国际单位/毫克.分别相当于天然胰岛素的70％.

长江下游南京至太阳洲江段白(既鱼)豚和江豚的观察,兼论白(既鱼)豚对环境的某些生理适应

本文报道了在南京至太阳洲间的长江段对白鱀豚和江豚的调查结果. 白鱀豚通常成对或成松散小群,3—4月产仔.江豚常以5或6个个体为一群.白鱀豚的呼吸持续0.2—0.6秒,江豚0.2—0.5秒.白鱀豚一次短潜的时间约10—20秒.长潜达1—2分钟,平均31秒.江豚的长潜最高持续65秒,平均17.5秒.白鱀豚具有功能性的眼,一些动眼肌和神经的选择性的次生退化及眼在头部的位置与环境条件相适应,视场指向前方和上方. 当与机动船相遇时,白鱀豚和江豚都行长潜并在水下改向,结果是白鱀豚有时被轮船螺旋桨击伤致死.这种情况在江豚较少发生.现在白鱀豚的种群已非常小,在考察的江段中大致仅每四公里1头甚或更少.误捕或螺旋桨击伤是数量锐减的重要原因.
