介绍现代开关电源行业仿真工作的意义和现状,以及专用仿真软件包SIM etrix/SIMPLIS的优点和不足。通过实例给出SIMPLIS环境中集成电路控制芯片的建模过程,并就其中的关键技术予以简单讨论。     

DSP与PC间的数据通讯

DSP由于具有高性能和灵活可编程的优点而得到广泛的应用。文章给出了用PC机作主机 ,DSP作从机来实现DSP与PC机间有效、可靠通讯的实现方法。同时通过一个数据传输程序的例子来详细阐述如何使用VB6.0专业版作为开发工具 ,并利用DSP中的SCI(SerialCommunicationInter face)模块来实现DSP与微机间的数据传递方法。     

标准体系的比例型寿命使用期模型与分析

本文在基于标准被废除按比例进行时的标准体系使用期的两个新模型。首先给出了模型假设条件,然后定义了标准使用期。根据假设给出了两个模型条件下的标准使用期公式,最后通过数值示例说明了标准使用期的公式使用。     

Controlled Bidirectional Quantum Direct Communication by Using a GHZ State

A controlled bidirectional quantum secret direct communication scheme is proposed by using a Greenberger- Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） state. In the scheme, two users can exchange their secret messages simultaneously with a set of devices under the control of a third party. The security of the scheme is analysed and confirmed.     

Analysis on influencing factors of detecting chemical oxygen demand in water by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy

Taking the standard solution and actual water samples as the research object, this paper studies the influence of various environmental factors (temperature, alkalinity (pH), inorganic salt ions and salinity) on the detection of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in water by ultra-violet (UV) spectrometry, analyzes the influence mechanism, and draws relevant conclusions. The results show that the UV absorbance of the COD standard solution and the actual river water samples varies very little with temperature. The value of pH has certain impact on both the standard solution and the actual water samples, but the pH values of the affected experimental samples are in different ranges. The effects of nitrogen salt ions (NO2- and NO3-) on the UV absorption spectra can be eliminated by intercepting the UV spectrum interval less affected for modeling. The influence of salinity values below 35‰ on the UV absorption spectrum of water is mainly concentrated in the spectral band of 200—250 nm, and the influence above 250 nm is very little. This paper provides a preliminary analysis and discussion on the influence mechanism and laws of various environmental factors in the detection of water quality parameters by UV spectrometry, which provides an experimental basis for selecting the optimal test conditions when establishing the COD prediction model.     

Synthesis of Novel Benzoylphenylurea Chitin Inhibitors From Chlorothalonil(Ⅱ)

一种聚氧乙烯醚链三头季铵盐表面活性剂的合成

以五甲基二乙烯三胺（PMDETA）、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚（FAPOE）和环氧氯丙烷（ECP）为原料,分两步合成了一种含聚氧乙烯醚链三头季铵盐的表面活性剂。对反应影响因素、产物结构与部分性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明：第一步反应n（ECP）：n（FAPOE）为2．5～3：1,溶剂为正己烷,四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,无水K2CO3作缚酸剂,时间6～8h。第二步反应n（中间体）：n（PMDETA）为3．5—4．0：1,溶剂为正丁醇,时间40-45h;溶剂与时间是主要影响因素。定性表征符合产物结构：定量表征n（Cl^-）：n（阳离子部分）为3．4：1,略高于理论值。产物的表面活性高,1．0×10^-4mol／L水溶液的表面张力可降至6．65mN／m。     

催化褪色光度法测定废水中痕量镉

镉是环境中有严重污染作用的重金属之一,对人体健康危害很大,因而准确有效地测定各种样品中微量镉具有非常重要的意义.目前在镉的测定中,主要有比色法[1]、分光光度法[2,3]、原子吸收光谱法[4]、微分电位溶出法[5]、电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)[6]等,但采用催化光度法测定镉的报道极少.     

Application of quantum genetic algorithm in high noise laser image security

Aiming at the security problem of range gated laser imaging in high noise background, a range gated laser image encryption scheme based on the quantum genetic algorithm(QGA) is proposed.
