A rapid and sensitive UPLC‐ESI/MS method was established and validated to determine 17 active constituents (aconitine, hypaconitine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypaconine, benzoylmesaconine, berberine, palmatine, jatrorrhizine, coptisine, baicalein, wogonin, baicalin, wogonoside, emodin, aloe‐emodin and rhein) in Sanhuang Xiexin Tang (SXT) and Fuzi Xiexin Tang (FXT), which are two classic compound recipes from Xiexin Tang categorized formulas in traditional Chinese medicien. The separation was performed on a UPLC BEH C18 column gradient eluted using acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase. ESI/MS was operated in positive ([M + H]+) in selected ion recording mode for analysis of alkaloids and flavones, while in negative ([M ? H]?) selected ion recording mode for anthraquinones. All of the 17 constituents exhibited good linearity in a relatively wide concentration ranges with the lowest limits of detection of 0.38 ng/mL. All of the relative standard deviation values of intra‐ and inter‐precisions and stabilities of 17 constituents were within 5%. The method was successfully applied to determine 17 active constituents in decoctions and macerations of SXT and FXT. The results indicated that different preparative methods resulted in significant diversity in concentrations of the 17 analytes. 用于环氧丙烷开环聚合的催化剂为有机金属化合物和稀土络合物等,在对于铁系催化剂催化丁二烯聚合、马来酸酐与苯乙烯共聚和邻苯二甲酸酐与环氧丙烷共聚的研究基础上,我们首次将这一类催化剂用于环氧化物的开环均聚上,发现Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3催化剂具有良好的催化活性,并进行了产物结构和反应动力学的研究,结构分析表明Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3催化剂体系具有良好的立体定向性。 相似文献

模拟 90 7A钢在海水的潮湿大气环境和表面覆有薄层缓蚀剂液膜状态下其腐蚀受抑制的情况 ,利用恒电量仪连接ACM控头 ,监测其腐蚀状态 ,结合电化学阻抗谱 (EIS)的测量 ,探讨 90 7A钢在薄层缓蚀剂液膜下的腐蚀受到抑制机理 .结果表明 :此时大气腐蚀反应已转变为阳极过程控制占优势 ,在浸润后期的EIS呈现出由腐蚀介质扩散和电化学放电混合控制特征 ,如果利用恒电量激励下的等效电路模型解析 ,则可以更清楚地获知薄层缓蚀剂液膜下金属表面膜层的信息 相似文献

Novel modified cyanate ester (CE) resins with decreased dielectric loss, improved thermal stability, and flame retardancy were developed by copolymerizing CE with hyperbranched phenyl polysiloxane (HBPPSi). HBPPSi was synthesized through the hydrolysis of phenyltrimethoxysilane, and its structure was characterized by 1H‐NMR, 29Si‐NMR, and Fourier transform infrared spectra. The effect of the incorporation of HBPPSi into CE resin on the curing behavior, chemical structure of cured networks, and typical performance of HBPPSi/CE resins were systemically evaluated. It is found that the incorporation of HBPPSi into CE network obviously not only catalyzes the curing of CE, but also changes the chemical structure of resultant networks, and thus results in significantly decreased dielectric loss, improved thermal stability, and flame retardancy as well as water absorption resistance. For example, in the case of the modified CE resin with 10 wt% HBPPSi, its limited oxygen index is about 36.0, about 1.3 times of that of neat CE resin, its char yield at 800°C increases from 31.6 to 35.4 wt%; in addition, its dielectric loss is only about 61% of that of neat CE resin at 1 kHz. All these changes of properties are discussed from the view of the structure–property relationship. The significantly improved integrated properties of CE resin provide a great potential to be used as structural and functional materials for many cutting‐edges fields.
