Doping studies of the incorporation behaviour of three different dopants (Zn, In and Si) versus the misorientation of the (100) surface during MOVPE growth of GaAs have been carried out with diethylzinc, trimethylindium and disilane as precursors. The incorporation of the dopants has been studied as function of the input mole fraction dopant, growth temperature, degree and direction of misorientation. In order to explain the results we discuss the BCF theory and the nature of the steps as function of above mentioned parameters. It appears that the BCF theory alone cannot explain the results, a counteracting mechanism has been introduced based on preferential arsenic desorption from the step edges.  相似文献

5, 12-Diazadibenz[a,h]anthracene ( 20 ) was synthesized in 21% overall yield for seven steps. Salient features of the synthesis include the initial, one-step conversion of trans, trans-1,4-bis-(β-nitrovinyl)benzene into 2,2″-dinitro-p-terphenyl by Diels-Alder condensation plus elimination, monocyclization of the derived 2,2″-diformylamino-p-terphenyl to give 8-(2-amino-1-phenyl)-phenanthridine ( 10 ) in the presence of fortified polyphosphoric acid, and accomplishment of a second cyclization step only after reduction of the heteroring in 10 (by means of diisobutyl-aluminum hydride) plus formylation. The 6-methyl and 6,13-dimethyl derivatives of 20 were prepared similarly.  相似文献

Proton-proton small angle correlations have been measured in neon-nucleus collisions, using the 4 pi detector Diogene, at 400 and 800 MeV per nucleon incident energies. Values of the size of the emitting region are obtained by comparison with the Koonin formula, taking into account the biases of the apparatus. The dependence of the density on target mass and incident energy is also analysed.  相似文献

Europium (Eu+) ions were confined in a Paul trap and detected by non-destructive method. Storage time of Eu+ ions achieved in vacuum was improved by orders of magnitude employing buffer gas cooling. The experimentally detected signal was fitted to the ion response signal and the total number of ions trapped was estimated. It is found that the peak signal amplitude as well as the product of FWHM and the peak signal amplitude is proportional to the total number of trapped ions. The trapped ion secular frequency was swept at different rates and its effect on the absorption line profile was studied both experimentally and theoretically.  相似文献

Summary Numerical integration formulas are discussed which are obtained by differentiation of the Volterra integral equation and by applying backward differentiation formulas to the resulting integro-differential equation. In particular, the stability of the method is investigated for a class of convolution kernels. The accuracy and stability behaviour of the method proposed in this paper is compared with that of (i) a block-implicit Runge-Kutta scheme, and (ii) the scheme obtained by applying directly a quadrature rule which is reducible to the backward differentiation formulas. The present method is particularly advantageous in the case of stiff Volterra integral equations.  相似文献
