Metal iodates with a lone-pair containing I(V) that is in an asymmetric coordination geometry can form a diversity of unusual structures and many of them are promising new second homonic generation (SHG) materials. They exhibit wide transparency wavelength regions, large SHG coefficients and high optical-damage thresholds as well as moderately high thermal stability. Inhibitory effects of the extracts with different solvents from three compositae plants on cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosas

The algicidal activity of the terrestrial plants is a novel and promising means for alga control of eutrophic waters.In this study,three compositae plants — Artemisia annua(A.annua),Conyza canadensis(C.canadensis),and Erigeron annuus(E.annuus) were selected and antialgal activity of petroleum ether(PE),ethyl acetate(EA) and ethanol extracts of these plants on blue algae Microcystis aeruginosa was investigated.The result shows the EA extracts of these plants present the stronger inhibitory effects.The result...     

桂枝的引药作用机制及其对环丙沙星在小鼠体内分布的影响

研究了桂枝和桂皮醛对环丙沙星在小鼠体内分布的影响,并基于此探讨了桂枝作为引药使用的作用机制.实验中将小鼠分为三组,分别灌胃生理盐水、桂枝(50gkg-1)和桂皮醛(0.25mLkg-1),然后对三组小鼠尾静脉注射环丙沙星(20mgkg-1),并以荧光法测定不同时间点小鼠体内各组织中环丙沙星的浓度.结果显示桂枝、桂皮醛均促进了环丙沙星在四肢的分布,桂枝与桂皮醛组相对于生理盐水组可将环丙沙星在四肢的含量提高约40%~200%,证实了桂枝引药到达肢节的作用.桂枝与桂皮醛组对环丙沙星分布情况的影响没有显著性差异,说明桂皮醛很可能是发挥桂枝引药作用的主要物质.     

ICP—AES法测定硼酸铝钇钕（NYAB）激光晶体中的Nd

应用ICP-AES法分析自倍频激光晶体(NYAB)样品中的Nd,在石墨坩埚中于500℃用NaOH熔融分解样品,方法的回收率为96%～105%,测定的相对标准偏差为1.42%,方法简便,可给出满意的分析结果。

CRYSTAL AND MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF A NOVEL Au Ag SUPRACLUSTER COMPOUND [Au_13Ag_12(μ-Br)_4(μ_3-Br)_2(Ph_3P)_10-

<正> [Au13Ag12(μ-Br)1(μ3-Br)2 (Ph3P)10Br2] Br, monoclinic. space group C2/m, a = 36. 496(17). b=16. 878(7), c-=19. 772(9) A , β=99. 87(5)°, V=11998. 9 A3.Z=2. The final R(Rw) is 0. 097(0. 109) for 3779 reflections with I>3σ(I). The structure can he considered as two icosahedral cluster units (AurAg6) sharing one vertex and linked hy six bromine atoms. The Au - Au, Au - Ag. and Ag-Ag distances fall in the ranges of 2. 69-2. 96. 2. 84-3. 02. and 2. 92-3. 26 A, respectively.     

An open chain product in the reaction of benzil with thiocarbohydrazide

An open chain compound was obtained by reaction of benzil with thiocarbohy-drazide in acidic condition. Its derivative, namely, benzil bis-(5-isopropylidene-3-thiocarbohydrazone) has been structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. Crystallographic data: C22H26N8S2, Mr=466.62, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=12.215(3), b=11.473(2), c=17.032 (3)A, B=98.96(2)0, V=2357.7(9)A3, Z=4, Dc=1.32 g/cm3, F(000)=1040, u(Mo Ka)=2.43 cm-1. Final R=0.050, Rw=0.061 for 1103 unique and observed reflections with I> 3o(I). The effect of the structures on the formation of the open-chain intermediates during the cyclization of (2:2) Schiff base macrocyclic compound has been discussed and a possible mechanism for the ring closure has been suggested.     

Theoretical studies on the band structures of superconducting solid compounds: Nb3X (X=Si, Ge, Sn, Pb)

The band structures of several analogous superconducting A-15 type solid compounds, Nb3X (X=Si, Ge, Sn, Pb), have been calculated by use of the tight-binding method within the Extended Huckel approximation (EHT). By analysis of their energy bands, densities of states and crystal orbital overlap populations, the dependence of the superconducting transition temperatures (Tc) on the electronic structures and bondings is qualitatively elucidated.     

Improved access to 19-nor-7β, 8β-methylene-taxoids and formation of a 7-membered C-ring analog of doxetaxel by electrochemistry

A new route to semisynthetic 19-nor-7β, 8β-methylene taxoids, such as compound 8, from the 7-O-trifluoromethanesulfonyl derivative 6 is reported. Evidence for a dissociation of the triflate to form a carbocation at C-7 under the reaction conditions is presented. Electrochemical reduction of the cyclopropane taxoid 8 gives, besides the expected 10-dehydroxy-cyclopropane analog 10, the 7-membered C-ring derivative 11.     

几种双核簇合物的EPR谱

本文报导了四个双铜,四个双钼簇合物的EPR谱。这些谱可分成两类:一种类似于单核化合物的EPR谱,谱参数与单核谱相近,但谱强度较单核谱弱,文中称之为“碎片型”;另一类的谱参数与双核偶合的体系相同,谱的强度与双核偶合程度有关、反映双核偶合成簇的性质,称之为“簇型”。两类谱受温度和溶剂的影响分别呈现正常与反常的顺磁性。本文对它们与簇合物结构-性质间的关系作了初步探讨。
