Top layers of γ-Al2O3 composite membranes have been modified by the silane coupling technique using phenyltriethoxysilane for improving the separation factor of CO2 to N2. The separation efficiency of the modified membranes was strongly dependent upon the hydroxylation tendency of the support materials and the amount of the special functional group (i.e. phenyl radical) which was coupled onto a top layer. The separation factor through the TiO2 supported γ-Al2O3 membrane was found to be fairly enhanced by silane coupling, but in case of the -Al2O3 supported membrane was not. The CO2/N2 separation factor through the modified γ-Al2O3/TiO2 composite membrane is 1.7 at 90°C and ΔP = 2 × 105 Pa for the binary mixture containing 50 vol% CO2. The separation factor is proportional to the CO2 concentration in the gas mixture, and the modified membrane is stable up to 100°C. The main mechanism of the CO2 transport through the modified γ-Al2O3 layer is known to be a surface diffusion.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Photoreduction of oxoisoaporphine dyes occurs via a stepwise mechanism of electron-proton-electron transfer that leads to the N-hydrogen oxoisoaporphine anion. When triethylamine, TEA, was used as the electron donor in anaerobic conditions, 1-diethylaminobutadiene, DEAB, was one of the oxidation products of TEA, among diethylamine and acetaldehyde. DEAB was identified by (1)H NMR and GC-MS experiments by comparison with the authentic 1-diethylaminobutadiene. This is the first report of a butadienyl derivative formed in the dye-sensitized photooxidation of TEA. In addition, isotopic exchange experiments with TEA-d(15) and D(2)O show that the hydrogens at carbon-2 and carbon-4 of the butadienyl moiety are exchangeable. The observed isotopic exchange pattern could be explained by the head-to-tail coupling of an N,N-diethylvinylamine intermediate that exchanges hydrogens at the C-beta via the enammonium ion.  相似文献

A partial least squares (PLS) Fourier transform Raman spectrometry procedure based on the measurement of solid samples contained inside standard glass vials, has been developed for direct and reagent-free determination of sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate in table top sweeteners. A classical 22 design for standards was used for calibration, but this system provides accuracy errors higher than 13% w/w for the analysis of samples containing glucose monohydrate. So, an extended model incorporating glucose monohydrate (23 standards) was assayed for the determination of sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate in all the samples. Mean centering spectra data pre-treatment has been employed to eliminate common spectral information and root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) of 0.0064 and 0.0596 was obtained for sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate, respectively. A mean accuracy error of the order of 1.1 and 1.9% w/w was achieved for sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate, in the validation of the method using actual table top samples, being lower than those obtained using an external monoparametric calibration. FT-Raman provides a fast alternative to the chromatographic method for the determination of the sweeteners with a three times higher sampling throughput than that obtained in HPLC. On the other hand, FT-Raman offers an environmentally friendly methodology which eliminates the use of solvents. Furthermore, the stability of samples and standards into chromatographic standard glass vials allows their storage for future analysis thus avoiding completely the waste generation.  相似文献

The effect of confinement on phase behavior of simple fluids is still an area of intensive research. In between experiment and theory, molecular simulation is a powerful tool to study the effect of confinement in realistic porous materials, containing some disorder. Previous simulation works aiming at establishing the phase diagram of a confined Lennard-Jones-type fluid, concentrated on simple pore geometries (slits or cylinders). The development of the Gibbs ensemble Monte Carlo technique by Panagiotopoulos [Mol. Phys. 61, 813 (1987)], greatly favored the study of such simple geometries for two reasons. First, the technique is very efficient to calculate the phase diagram, since each run (at a given temperature) converges directly to an equilibrium between a gaslike and a liquidlike phase. Second, due to volume exchange procedure between the two phases, at least one invariant direction of space is required for applicability of this method, which is the case for slits or cylinders. Generally, the introduction of some disorder in such simple pores breaks the initial invariance in one of the space directions and prevents to work in the Gibbs ensemble. The simulation techniques for such disordered systems are numerous (grand canonical Monte Carlo, molecular dynamics, histogram reweighting, N-P-T+test method, Gibbs-Duhem integration procedure, etc.). However, the Gibbs ensemble technique, which gives directly the coexistence between phases, was never generalized to such systems. In this work, we focus on two weakly disordered pores for which a modified Gibbs ensemble Monte Carlo technique can be applied. One of the pores is geometrically undulated, whereas the second is cylindrical but presents a chemical variation which gives rise to a modulation of the wall potential. In the first case almost no change in the phase diagram is observed, whereas in the second strong modifications are reported.  相似文献

Arsenic compounds including arsenous acid (As(III)), arsenic acid (As(V)), dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) and monomethylarsonic acid (MMA) were separated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). A Hamilton PRX-100 anionic-exchange column and a pH 8.5 K2HPO4/KH2PO4 5.0 × 10−3 mol L−1 mobile phase were used to achieve arsenic speciation. The separation of arsenic species provided peaks of As(III) at 2.75 min, DMA at 3.33 min, MMA at 5.17 min and As(V) at 12.5 min. The detection limits, defined as three times the standard deviation of the lowest standard measurements, were found to be 0.2, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 ng mL−1 for As(III), DMA, MMA and As(V), respectively. The relative standard deviation values for a solution containing 5.0 μg L−1 of As(III), DMA, MMA and As(V) were 1.2, 2.1, 2.5 and 3.0%, respectively. This analytical procedure was applied to the speciation of arsenic compounds in drinking (soft drink, beer, juice) samples. The validation of the procedure was achieved through the analysis of arsenic compounds in water and sediment certified reference materials.  相似文献

A photoelectrochemical cell for hydrogen peroxide production using flavin photosystems is described. The anodic solution, which is kept free of oxygen by passing an Ar stream through it, contains the photoreceptor (flavin mononucleotide or lumiflavin) and the electron donor (EDTA, semicarbazide or hydroxylamine), while the peroxide is formed at the electrode of the cathodic solution, whose oxygen content is increased by bubbling with pure oxygen. Among several electrode metals that have been tested (Ag, Pt and Hg), Hg is the most efficient. The pH of the anodic and cathodic solutions should be adjusted to 14 and 1, respectively, for optimum results.  相似文献

Colorless poly(vinyl chloride)s (PVC) containing up to 1.6 allylic chlorines per molecule have been prepared by controlled random dehydrochlorination with a strong base. The effect of temperature in the ?50 to +24°C range on the number of allylic chlorines and color of PVC has been investigated by ozonization experiments and UV–visible spectroscopy. A two-parameter kinetic model has been developed which quantitatively accounts for the observations and points the way for further research.  相似文献

Twelve novel oxo-technetium and oxo-rhenium complexes based on N2S2-, N2SO- or N3S-tetradentate semi-rigid ligands have been synthesised and studied herein. By reacting the ligands with a slight excess of suitable [MO]3+ precursor (ReOCl3(PPh3)2 or [NBu4][99gTcOCl4]), the monoanionic complexes of general formula [MO(Ph-XN2S)]- could be easily produced in high yield. The complexes have been characterized by means of IR, electrospray mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, NMR and conductimetry. The crystal structures of [PPh4][ReO(Ph-ON2S)] 1b and [NBu4][99gTcO(Ph-ON2S)] 1c have been established. The [MO]3+ moiety was coordinated via the two deprotonated amide nitrogens, the oxygen and the terminal sulfur atoms in 1b and 1c. In both compounds, the ON2S coordination set is in the equatorial plane, and the complexes adopted a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with an axial oxo-group. The chemical and structural identity of the different prototypic complexes (rhenium, 99gTc complexes and their corresponding 99mTc radiocomplexes) have been also established by a comparative HPLC study.  相似文献

 Parameters for the reduction of Se(VI) to Se(IV) in HCl medium by heating in a microwave oven have been optimized. The reduction resulted to be quantitative applying 100% power, corresponding to 600 W heating for 2 min in 6 mol/L or for 3 min in 4 mol/L HCl. The behavior of selenomethionine and selenocystine under the optimized reduction conditions was studied in order to evaluate a possible interference of these selenium species in the determination of Se(VI). The final determination of Se(IV), and Se(VI) were done by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry. The analytical merits of the method are reported.
