SiO2脊形条波导热极化引起的电光效应

通过理论模拟对具有上覆盖层的SiO2脊形条波导结构进行了优化,在此基础上利用微电子工艺制作了SiO2脊形波导Mach-Zehnder 型电光调制器,并进行热极化引起的电光和非线性效应的研究.热极化过程大幅增强了样品的电光及非线性效应,二次电光系数由热极化前的1.56×10-22(m/V)2提高到热极化后的8.50×10-22(m/V)2,极化后得到了0.093pm/V的线性电光系数,对热极化的物理机理进行了理论分析.     

Finite-difference time-domain analysis of deformed square cavity filters with a traveling-wave-like filtering response by mode coupling

An add-drop filter based on a perfect square resonator can realize a maximum of only 25% power dropping because the confined modes are standing-wave modes. By means of mode coupling between two modes with inverse symmetry properties, a traveling-wave-like filtering response is obtained in a two-dimensional single square cavity filter with cut or circular corners by finite-difference time-domain simulation. The optimized deformation parameters for an add-drop filter can be accurately predicted as the overlapping point of the two coupling modes in an isolated deformed square cavity. More than 80% power dropping can be obtained in a deformed square cavity filter with a side length of 3.01 microm. The free spectral region is decided by the mode spacing between modes, with the sum of the mode indices differing by 1.     

机动方舱核爆炸冲击波动力响应和安定性分析

本文以核爆炸当量、高度、距离为参数，采用等超压圆给出了普通方舱和防核加固方舱结构在核冲击波下的安全域。研究了限制舱体倾斜的压力条件。本文还以冲击波压力的时间函数为激励，求解了方舱的动力响应。从试验结果推论和计算模拟两方面，分析了方舱承受冲击波的能力。     

Analysis of nano channel formation in quartz cubes by laser-induced process

A novel laser processing technique was developed for making channels in the nano regime in this paper. A Nd:YAG laser was used to dry fabricate micro channels (25μm～100μm di ameter) in a 1 cm^3 fused silica substrate by thermal-induced processing. By controlling the locations of these initiating micro channels on a silica cube, 1D-controllable self-connecting nano fractures can be formed as rectangular channels. These nano channels are smooth and with extremely high aspect ratio (～10^4 depth to width ratio). A possible mechanism is proposed to explain the formation of the nano channels. This laser-based nano channel fabrication technique is fast and inexpensive, and with potential applications in capillary electrophoresis and electro-osmosis driven nano-filtration.     

变深度螺旋槽止推轴承的边界元法计算

本文以分析变深度螺旋槽止推轴承为例介绍了边界元法在润滑力学研究领域中的应用,以及相应的边界条件的处理方法,同时还讨论了轴承的尺寸参数对其性能参数的影响。     

三维有限体中平片裂纹的超奇异积分方程方法——Ⅰ、理论分析

本文利用单个平片裂纹的基本解,将三维有限体中的平片裂纹问题,归为解一组超奇异积分方程,然后使用主部分析方法,对这组方程的求解作了理论分析,其结果在本文的第Ⅰ部分给出,关于这组方程的数值法求解,则给出于本文的第Ⅱ部分。     

A STUDY ON THE COUNTER-INTUITIVE BEHAVIORS OF PIN-ENDED BEAMS UNDER PROJECTILE IMPACT

The counter-intuitive behaviors of pin-ended beams under the projectile impact are investigated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA in this paper. It studies in detail their displacement-time history curves, final deformed shapes, energy relationships and projectile impact velocity ranges related to their counter-intuitive behaviors. The influences of the impact positions on their counterintuitive behaviors are also discussed. The results show that no matter where the impact position on the beam is, the counter-intuitive behaviors of pinned beams will occur as long as the impacting velocity lies within a proper range. Corresponding to the occurring of the counter-intuitive behaviors, the rebounding number in the displacement history curves of the beams decreases from a few times to zero with an increase of the impact velocity. The final deformation modes of the beam corresponding to the counter-intuitive behaviors will appear in symmetrical and unsym-metrical forms no matter where the impact position is; the impact velocity of the first-occurring of the counter-intuitive behaviors of the beam increases slowly with the deviation of the impact position away from the mid-span.

本文给出了各侧面散热条件不同情况下的长方体反应系统临界F-K点火参数估计公式,并用已有的研究结果做了比较,表明该公式给出了较好的临界参数估计值。     

条形药包空腔爆破的应用及其机理分析

近年来条形药包空腔爆破的应用范围有了一定的扩展,并且在提高爆破效果和控制爆破危害等方面取得了显著效果。本文通过测试资料整理和理论分析,进一步探讨了空腔和条形在爆破中的作用机理以及为什么采用这种装药结构比常用的集中药包偶合装药爆破效果好的道理。     

SYMPLECTIC STRUCTURE OF POISSON SYSTEM

When the Poisson matrix of Poisson system is non-constant, classical symplectic methods, such as symplectic Runge-Kutta method, generating function method, cannot preserve the Poisson structure. The non-constant Poisson structure was transformed into the symplectic structure by the nonlinear transform.Arbitrary order symplectic method was applied to the transformed Poisson system. The Euler equation of the free rigid body problem was transformed into the symplectic structure and computed by the midpoint scheme. Numerical results show the effectiveness of the nonlinear transform.
