Novel diacetylene macrocycles 1 and 2 bearing dibenzylphosphine oxide were synthesised via Eglinton acetylenic intramolecular coupling. The X-ray analysis of crystals of macrocycles 1 and 2 demonstrated that the better-aligned tubular supramolecular structure was formed in macrocycle 1 than in macrocycle 2, which provided the possibility of diacetylene topochemical polymerisation in solid state of macrocycle 1. UV–vis, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray analysis indicated that the crystals of macrocycle 1 could undergo topochemical diacetylene polymerisation only on their surface by light irradiation; differential scanning calorimetry, solid-state 13C NMR spectroscopy and solubility test demonstrated that the crystals of macrocycle 1 could undergo diacetylene topochemical polymerisation inside solid by heat. As expected, based on the topological analysis of crystal structure, the crystals of macrocycle 2 could not undergo diacetylene topochemical polymerisation either by light irradiation or heat.  相似文献

An effort has been made to optimize the counting time for low-level measurement of naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) by considering the standard deviation between the activity values of different photopeaks and counting error. It is observed that at lower counting time, relative standard deviation (RSD) varies randomly, but attains a gradual trend with increasing time and also comes closure to the counting error. Therefore minimum counting time for low-level NORM measurement of 238U and 232Th would be the time required to stabilize the RSD values.  相似文献

Di-1-methyl heptyl methyl phosphonate (DMHMP) is a promising alternative extractant for Th-U fuel reprocessing, in which the irradiation stability of extractant should be systematically studied. In this paper, the radiolysis products of DMHMP were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with gas and ion chromatograph, the possible radiolysis mechanism of DMHMP was also concluded. Moreover, the effect of structure on the radiolysis products and irradiation stability of neutral organophosphorus compound extractant was also discussed.

Urea, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide were used to treat the cuticle layer of wool before graft copolymerization and amidoximation to enhance the uranium uptaking capacity of amidoximated wool fiber based adsorbent (Wool-g-AOs). The wool-g-AOs were used for recovery of U(VI) from aqueous solutions. The simulated nuclear industry effluent was used for investigating the selectivity and industrial applicability of Wool-g-AOs. The adsorption of uranium(VI) on Wool-g-AOs was pH dependent. The Langmuir model fitted well with the equilibrium data. Kinetic data were fitted well to pseudo second order model.

In assistance of radionuclide measurements at Canada’s Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) laboratory, a Geant4 Monte Carlo application has been developed in simulating a broad-energy germanium detector and calculating detection efficiencies. The detector model was optimized in a reliable and non-biased manner through simultaneous tuning on gap distance and detector dimension, and was validated over various realistic measurement scenarios. All work is based on a series of experiments which covers the typical energy range of gamma radiation in environmental analysis, and considers the variety of the CTBT sample type, dimension and distance-to-detector. In all cases, the predicted efficiencies are consistent with the empirical ones within 5%, with a typical deviation of 3% in majority.  相似文献

PEG-related adhesives are limited in clinical use because they are easy to swell and cannot support the cell growth.In this study,we produced a series of POSS-modified PEG adhesives with high adhesive strength.Introduction of inorganic hydrophobic POSS units decreased the swelling of the adhesives and enhanced cell adhesion and growth.The in vitro cytotoxicity and in vivo inflammatory response experiments clearly demonstrated that the adhesives were nontoxic and possessed excellent biocompatibility.Compared with the sutured wounds,the adhesive-treated wounds showed an accelerated healing process in wounded skin model of the Bama miniature pig,demonstrating that the POSS-modified PEG adhesive is a promising candidate for wound closure.  相似文献

The disinfection of the inner surface of a medical device has long been a challenge for the central sterile supply departments. Dental unit waterline system (DUWLs) foster the attachment of microorganisms and development of biofilm, which lead to continuous contamination of the outlet water from dental units; this contamination may be responsible for a potential risk of infection due to the exposure of patients and medical staff. The present study investigated the disinfection effects of cold atmospheric plasma-activated water (CAPAW) on DUWLs using a model of 5-day-old Enterococcus faecalis biofilm. The results showed that the colony-forming unit was reduced from 107 to 0 after 5 min of treatment. The physicochemical properties of CAPAW were evaluated, including the pH value, oxidation reduction potential, and NO radical. The results showed that the inactivation mechanisms were mainly triggered by the reactive oxygen/nitrogen species. Additionally, CAPAW had a metal corrosion rate same as that of deionized water. We conclude that CAPAW can be applied as an appropriate alternative disinfectant against biofilm contamination of DUWLs.  相似文献
