传统农药残留检测方法比较繁琐、耗时、破坏样品,快速、无损、实时在线是农残检测的发展方向。本文利用表面增强拉曼光谱技术,以苹果为载体,有机磷农药甲拌磷和倍硫磷为研究对象,初步探讨了苹果表面甲拌磷和倍硫磷农药的快速无损检测方法。结果表明,运用表面增强拉曼光谱技术,可使两种有机磷农药的特征频率较易识别,并选取甲拌磷的728 cm-1和倍硫磷的1 512 cm-1 处的拉曼信号作为定量分析目标峰,采用内标法建立甲拌磷、倍硫磷的线性回归模型,可以作为定量分析甲拌磷、倍硫磷的参考依据。 相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) is used to determine the total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) in soil.Quantitative determinations are conducted using the line intensity of the analyte element and element concentration.Calibration models are obtained using ten samples for TN and seven samples for TP.The rest samples are used to validate the results.Strong linear correlations are obtained from the determined TN and TP concentrations.LIBS is a powerful tool for analyzing soil samples to determine nutrient elements by selecting calibration and validation samples with similar matrix composition. 相似文献

Toroidal surface and biconic surface are employed increasingly, however their profile cannot be null tested easily for they are non-rotationally symmetrical. Null testing method with cylinder compensator is proposed to solve this problem. The theory of this method is revealed. The errors of this method are present. A novel scheme to multiply the repetition rate of a monolithic self‐mode‐locked laser for generating sub‐terahertz pulse sources is successfully demonstrated. A coated Yb:KGW crystal is designed to achieve a self‐mode‐locked operation at a repetition rate of 24 GHz with an average output power exceeding 1.0 W at a pump power of 4.8 W. A partially reflective mirror is utilized to combine with the output surface of the gain medium to constitute an external Fabry‐Perot cavity. It is theoretically and experimentally verified that adjusting the external cavity length to satisfy the commensurate condition can lead to the frequency spacing to be various order harmonics of the mode spacing of the monolithic cavity. The maximum pulse repetition rate of the laser output can be up to 216 GHz and the pulse duration is as short as 330 fs. More importantly, the overall characteristics of the first‐order temporal autocorrelation traces obtained by sequentially scanning the external cavity.length display an intriguing phenomenon of temporally fractional revivals, similar to the feature of spatial Talbot revivals.

We report experimental observations of the negative-group-velocity (v(g)) phenomenon in an integrated-optical two-port ring-resonator circuit. We demonstrate that when the v(g) is negative, the (main) peak of output pulse appears earlier than the peak of a reference pulse, while for a positive v(g), the situation is the other way around. We observed that a pulse splitting phenomenon occurs in the neighborhood of the critical-coupling point. This pulse splitting limits the maximum achievable delay and advancement of a single device as well as facilitating a smooth transition from highly advanced to highly delayed pulse, and vice versa, across the critical-coupling point. 相似文献

近年国外出现一种直接检测弯曲的低成本光纤曲率传感器,采用弯曲增敏技术提高光纤对弯曲的灵敏度。这种传感器的线性范围宽,能区分正向弯曲和负向弯曲,在测量较大弯曲变形的场合更具优势;并且适合埋入结构内部检测,通过转换还可测量轴向应变。然而其传感机理方面的研究仍处于探索阶段。通过分析光辐射度余弦定律理论、回音壁光线理论、沟槽角度理论等国内外对该传感器机理的研究成果,并基于平面波导的光散射损耗理论,提出了光纤曲率传感器的机理。指出弯曲引起光纤敏感区表面散射损耗的改变是导致光传输损耗改变的原因;推导出损耗与光纤弯曲半径、表面特性、光纤结构参量关系的数学模型,并通过实验验证了模型的有效性。 相似文献

A simple formalism relating image fields to object fields, similar to that of the scalar and paraxial case, is presented for an aplanatic system obeying the sine condition, which shows that the vector plane-wave spectrum of image fields is equal to the product of the vector coherent transfer function due to the x- and y-polarized point electric field source and the scalar spectrum of the corresponding transverse object fields. Utilizing this formula and dyadic Green's function, a rigorous imaging theory of an aplanatic system for the point electric current source through a stratified medium is readily developed. 相似文献
