Numerical analysis of the rotating viscous flow approaching a solid sphere

A numerical simulation is performed to investigate the flow induced by a sphere moving along the axis of a rotating cylindrical container filled with the viscous fluid. Three‐dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes equations are solved using a finite element method. The objective of this study is to examine the feature of waves generated by the Coriolis force at moderate Rossby numbers and that to what extent the Taylor–Proudman theorem is valid for the viscous rotating flow at small Rossby number and large Reynolds number. Calculations have been undertaken at the Rossby numbers (R_o) of 1 and 0.02 and the Reynolds numbers (R_e) of 200 and 500. When R_o=O(1), inertia waves are exhibited in the rotating flow past a sphere. The effects of the Reynolds number and the ratio of the radius of the sphere and that of the rotating cylinder on the flow structure are examined. When R_o ? 1, as predicted by the Taylor–Proudman theorem for inviscid flow, the so‐called ‘Taylor column’ is also generated in the viscous fluid flow after an evolutionary course of vortical flow structures. The initial evolution and final formation of the ‘Taylor column’ are exhibited. According to the present calculation, it has been verified that major theoretical statement about the rotating flow of the inviscid fluid may still approximately predict the rotating flow structure of the viscous fluid in a certain regime of the Reynolds number. 氧氟沙星和左氟沙星与人血清白蛋白的相互作用研究

用光谱技术研究了水溶液中氧氟沙星(OFLX)和左氟沙星(LVFX)与人血清白蛋白相互作用的机制.荧光猝灭法测得的结果表明反应的结合常数为KOFLX＝0.482×105L@mol-1,KLVFX=0.529×105L@mol-1,结合位点数nOFLX＝0.72,nLVFX=0.74.按照Fōorster非辐射能量转移理论得到药物-蛋白之间的结合距离分别为rOFLX=2.94nm,nVFX=2.85 nm.实验结果说明OFLX与LVFX在体内与蛋白结合直到运输到受体部位这一环节基本相同.     

直流电弧等离子体炬的特性研究

介绍了局部热力学平衡下描述直流电弧等离子体炬的磁流体力学模型，采用数值模拟方法研 究了等离子体炬内等离子体的传热和流动特性、湍流对等离子体炬内等离子体特性的影响， 以及等离子体炬运行参数对等离子体特性的影响.将数值模拟结果与已有的实验结果进行了 比较. 关键词： 等离子体炬 磁流体力学 数值模拟     

Fe-ZSM-5杂原子分子筛的合成与表征

采用静态水热法分别以正丁胺、四丙基溴化铵为模板剂合成ZSM-5分子筛及Fe-ZSM-5杂原子分子筛；利用XRD与FT-IR对其结构进行表征；考察了Mo改性后分子筛催化剂上甲烷脱氢芳构化的反应性能。结果表明，Fe部分进入了分子筛的骨架，导致分子筛的结晶度及表面酸强度的下降，使Mo／Fe-ZSM-5催化剂的反应性能较Mo／HZSM-5显著下降。     

劳动力供给带弹性的Solow模型

本文给出了在劳动力供给带弹性条件下的Ｓｏ１ｏｗ增长模型，给出了经济增长的黄金律和均衡处资本稳定性的证明，并且与不带弹性的Ｓｏｌｏｗ模型作了比较．     

非线性参数估计的极小化L∞模方法

研究了L∞模的拟凸性质，利用极大熵方法得到极小化L∞模的Q算法．这是一种具有显式搜索方向的变尺度算法，在非线性参数估计中取得较好效果．     

Shape Hessian for generalized Oseen flow by differentiability of a minimax: A Lagrangian approach

The goal of this paper is to compute the shape Hessian for a generalized Oseen problem with nonhomogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition by the velocity method. The incompressibility will be treated by penalty approach. The structure of the shape gradient and shape Hessian with respect to the shape of the variable domain for a given cost functional are established by an application of the Lagrangian method with function space embedding technique. 亚细胞器诱导的2,4,6-三硝基甲苯阴离子自由基的ESR研究

本文在无氧条件下利用ESR分别观察了肝脏和晶状体的微粒体及线粒体酶在NADPH存在下还原三硝基甲苯(TNT)的过程,检测到参数为g=2.0048±0.0005,A_对位~N=1.215mT,A~N=0.800±0.010mT,A~H=0.122±0.0206mT的自由基信号,并通过电子计算机对ESR谱的模拟证明该自由基信号为TNT硝基阴离子自由基,根据其超精细分裂常数认为,其不配对电子的电子云密度主要分布在对位硝基上。
