We investigate supercontinuum (SC) generation in highly nonlinear tellurite microstructured fibers pumped by a continuous wave (cw)/quasi-cw laser. We investigate two types of tellurite fibers. One type has the constant core diameter, and the other type has a longitudinally varying core diameter. For the fibers with a constant core diameter, when pumped in the anomalous dispersion region, the SC is symmetric in a fiber that has a zero dispersion wavelength close to the pump wavelength. For the fibers with a longitudinally varying diameter, the calculated phase-matching conditions show that they have a broad wavelength range of dispersive waves, and therefore the measured SC spectrum can be broader than one octave. In this work, the fiber lengths are as short as several tens of centimeters, and the pump power is in the watt level.  相似文献

Branched MnOOH nanorods with diameters in the range of 50-150 nm and lengths of up to tens of micrometers were prepared by using potassium permanganate (KMnO(4)) and PEG 400 (PEG=polyethylene glycol) as starting materials through a simple hydrothermal process at 160 °C. After annealing at 300 °C under a N(2) atmosphere for 5 h, MnOOH nanorods became gradually dehydrated and transformed into mesoporous Mn(3)O(4) nanorods with a slight size-shrinking. The as-obtained mesoporous Mn(3)O(4) nanorods had an average surface area of 32.88 m(2) g(-1) and a mean pore size of 3.7 nm. Through tuning the experimental parameters, such as the annealing atmosphere and temperature, β-MnO(2), Mn(2)O(3), Mn(3)O(4), MnO, and Mn(5)O(8) were selectively produced. Among these structures, mesoporous Mn(3)O(4) nanorods were efficient for the catalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) in the presence of H(2)O(2) at 80 °C.  相似文献

Er3+/Yb3+ codoped fluorophosphate glasses were prepared and their thermal stabilities, Raman spectra, absorption spectra, and fluorescence spectra were measured. It is found that proper content of NaF or PbF2 is helpful for the increase of stability against crystallization. The variation of Al(PO3)3 or NaF content in the composition affects not the maximum phonon energy but the phonon density. The introduction of PbF2 decreases the phonon energy slightly. Intense green and red upconversion luminescence was observed for the fluorophosphate glass with low phosphate content. A glass matrix for upconversion luminescence requiring neither expensive raw material nor special atmospheric conditioned preparation is provided. Infrared luminescence around 1530 nm was researched. Fluorophosphate glasses with bandwidth properties and stimulated-emission cross sections better than tellurite, germanate and silicate glasses are obtained. Through the introduction of NaF, the bandwidth properties are decreased. Through the introduction of PbF2 the gain properties are increased. On the whole, it is difficult to obtain a material with the best gain properties and bandwidth properties simultaneously. There should be a compromise between them according to the demand.  相似文献

The basic idea of the finite element beam propagation method (FE-BPM) is described. It is applied to calculate the fundamental mode of a channel plasmonic polariton (CPP) waveguide to confirm its validity. Both the field distribution and the effective index of the fundamental mode are given by the method. The convergence speed shows the advantage and stability of this method. Then a plasmonic waveguide with a dielectric strip deposited on a metal substrate is investigated, and the group velocity is negative for the fundamental mode of this kind of waveguide. The numerical result shows that the power flow direction is reverse to that of phase velocity.  相似文献

The applications of alloy-type anode materials for Na-ion batteries are always obstructed by enormous volume variation upon cycles. Here, K+ ions are introduced as an electrolyte additive to improve the electrochemical performance via electrostatic shielding, using Sn microparticles (μ-Sn) as a model. Theoretical calculations and experimental results indicate that K+ ions are not incorporated in the electrode, but accumulate on some sites. This accumulation slows down the local sodiation at the “hot spots”, promotes the uniform sodiation and enhances the electrode stability. Therefore, the electrode maintains a high specific capacity of 565 mAh g−1 after 3000 cycles at 2 A g−1, much better than the case without K+. The electrode also remains an areal capacity of ≈3.5 mAh cm−2 after 100 cycles. This method does not involve time-consuming preparation, sophisticated instruments and expensive reagents, exhibiting the promising potential for other anode materials.  相似文献

Several high performance tokamak operation regimes have been achieved experimentally in the experiments with the peaked density profiles. The regimes include the improved Ohmic confinement in ASDEX, the pellet enhanced performance mode in Alcator-C, and the super-shot mode in TFTR. In these regimes, peaked core density profiles are always existent, and almost always go with the internal transport barriers, these barriers generally produced by sheared radial electric field. In addition to enhance confinement, the peaked density profile is also needed for the optimized fusion reaction rate and alpha heating power in tokamak plasma, and combined peaked density profile and peaked temperature profile, would make the ignition condition easy obtained. It is desirable to seek and analyze the density profile control schemes that effectively lead to density profile peaking in particle transports experimental investigation.  相似文献

从1994年10月24日开始,对HL-1M装置进行欧姆加热等离子体的调试实验,获得了Ip=310kA,qn<2.5,nc=3×10^13cm^-3,Tc(0)>1keV,Ti(0)>0.5keV和τE≈10ms的平衡稳定等离子体。本文简述了HL-1M装置及其诊断等的实验结果进行了初步分析和讨论。  相似文献

利用HCN激光多道干涉仪,首次在HL-1M装置上在低混杂电流驱动期间观测到密度锯齿现象。分析表明,密度锯齿不是通常的q=1锯齿,而是低混杂波与杂质共同作用下的产生的q〉1的锯齿。  相似文献
