Phase relationships in the BaO-Ga(2)O(3)-Ta(2)O(5) ternary system at 1200 °C were determined. The A(6)B(10)O(30) tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB) related solution in the BaO-Ta(2)O(5) subsystem dissolved up to ~11 mol % Ga(2)O(3), forming a ternary trapezoid-shaped TTB-related solid solution region defined by the BaTa(2)O(6), Ba(1.1)Ta(5)O(13.6), Ba(1.58)Ga(0.92)Ta(4.08)O(13.16), and Ba(6)GaTa(9)O(30) compositions in the BaO-Ga(2)O(3)-Ta(2)O(5) system. Two ternary phases Ba(6)Ga(21)TaO(40) and eight-layer twinned hexagonal perovskite solid solution Ba(8)Ga(4-x)Ta(4+0.6x)O(24) were confirmed in the BaO-Ga(2)O(3)-Ta(2)O(5) system. Ba(6)Ga(21)TaO(40) crystallized in a monoclinic cell of a = 15.9130(2) ?, b = 11.7309(1) ?, c = 5.13593(6) ?, β = 107.7893(9)°, and Z = 1 in space group C2/m. The structure of Ba(6)Ga(21)TaO(40) was solved by the charge flipping method, and it represents a three-dimensional (3D) mixed GaO(4) tetrahedral and GaO(6)/TaO(6) octahedral framework, forming mixed 1D 5/6-fold tunnels that accommodate the Ba cations along the c axis. The electrical property of Ba(6)Ga(21)TaO(40) was characterized by using ac impedance spectroscopy. 相似文献

The combination of N‐heterocyclic and multicarboxylate ligands is a good choice for the construction of metal–organic frameworks. In the title coordination polymer, poly[bis{μ2‐1‐[(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐tetrazole‐κ2N3:N4}(μ4‐butanedioato‐κ4O1:O1′:O4:O4′)(μ2‐butanedioato‐κ2O1:O4)dicadmium], [Cd(C4H4O4)(C9H8N6)]n, each CdII ion exhibits an irregular octahedral CdO4N2 coordination geometry and is coordinated by four O atoms from three carboxylate groups of three succinate (butanedioate) ligands and two N atoms from two 1‐[(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐tetrazole (bimt) ligands. CdII ions are connected by two kinds of crystallographically independent succinate ligands to generate a two‐dimensional layered structure with bimt ligands located on each side of the layer. Adjacent layers are further connected by hydrogen bonding, leading to a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture in the solid state. Thermogravimetric analysis of the title polymer shows that it is stable up to 529 K and then loses weight from 529 to 918 K, corresponding to the decomposition of the bimt ligands and succinate groups. The polymer exhibits a strong fluorescence emission in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

Due to different oriented diamond films having different properties, in this paper optical and electrical properties of different oriented diamond films have been investigated. The measured results indicate diamond films are of high quality and the properties of the (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film are better than those of the (1 1 1)-oriented one. Refractive index and extinction coefficient of (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film in the wavelength range of 2.5-12.5 μm is 2.391 and in the order of 10−5, respectively. And for the (1 1 1)-oriented one it is 2.375 and in the order of 10−4. The dark current of the (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film is 33.7 nA under an applied electric field of 100 kV/cm. The resistivity of the (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film obtained is about 2.33 × 1010 Ω cm. The current of (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film is almost no change with the time testing. 相似文献

Quantum fluctuations in the mesoscopic capacitance-inductance-resistance coupled circuit with a power source are investigated using canonical transformation and a double wavefunction. We confirm that the fluctuations are not influenced by the power source. A simple method based on liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC‐DAD‐ESI‐MS) was developed for the quality assessment of Cortex Phellodendri (CP), which was mainly derived from two species of Phellodendron chinense Schneid and Phellodendron amurense Rupr. Total 41 compounds, including 14 phenols, 24 alkaloids and three liminoidal triterpenes were identified or tentatively characterized from the 75% methanol extract of CP samples by online ESI‐MSn fragmentation and UV spectra analysis. Among them, two phenols and six alkaloids were simultaneously quantified using HPLC‐DAD method. The validated HPLC‐DAD method showed a good linearity, precision, repeatability and accuracy for the quantification of eight marker compounds. Furthermore, the plausible fragmentation pathway of the representative compounds were proposed in the present study. The differences of the chemical constituents content and the comprehensive HPLC profiles between the two CP species using LC‐DAD‐ESI‐MS method are reported for the first time, indicating that the CP drugs from different resources should be used separately in the clinic. A micrometer-sized nanostructured, magnetic, ball-like Fe x O y -CeO2 composite was synthesized through an ethylene-glycol mediated process. The synthesized samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy combined with energydisperse X-ray analysis, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. In the synthesis system, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and urea were found to play significant roles in the formation of the micrometer-sized spherical architecture of the precursor. The details of morphology and particle size could be changed with the initial concentration of Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as the reactants. The magnetic Fe x O y -CeO2 composite with a similar morphology was readily obtained by calcination from the precursor. The characterization of transmission electron microscopy showed the calcined ball-like architecture was a highly porous structure consisting of many nanoparticles. Because of the micrometer-sized nanostructure and the multi-components as well as the magnetism, the as-obtained Fe x O y -CeO2 composite showed better activity and potentially easy recovery for the harmless degradation of hexachlorobenzene (HCB). 相似文献
