16R-Bromopregnane-3S,20S-diol reacted with potassium t-butoxide to afford androst-16-en-3S-ol in a moderate yield via fragmentation reaction. The latter is a key intermediate for the synthesis of 5α-androst-16-en-3-one, as boar sex pheromone, and other steroidal drugs. In addition, 16R,20S-epoxypregnane-3S-ol was also obtained as a major product by changing the reaction solvent.  相似文献

The title complex, [CdCl(NCS)(C10H8N2)]n, represents an unusual CdII coordination polymer constructed by two types of anionic bridges and 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) terminal ligands. These two types of bridges are arranged around inversion centers. The distorted octahedral coordination of the CdII center is provided by two chloride ions, one N‐ and one S‐donor atom from two thiocyanate ions, and a pair of N atoms from the chelating bipy ligand. Interestingly, adjacent CdII ions are interconnected alternately by paired chloride [Cd...Cd = 3.916 (1) Å] and thiocyanate bridges [Cd...Cd = 5.936 (1) Å] to generate an infinite one‐dimensional coordination chain. Furthermore, weak interchain C—H...S interactions between the bipy components and thiocyanate ions lead to the formation of a layered supramolecular structure.  相似文献

High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was applied to the isolation and purification of lutein from microalgae. Analytical HSCCC was used for the preliminary selection of a suitable solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethanol-water (4:3:1, v/v). Using the above solvent system, preparative HSCCC was successfully performed yielding lutein at 98% purity from 200 mg of the crude extract in a one-step separation.  相似文献

We report on a photoluminescence observation of robust excitonic polarons due to resonant coupling of exciton and longitudinal optical (LO) phonon as well as Fano-type interference in high quality ZnO crystal. At low enough temperatures, resonant coupling of excitons and LO phonons leads to not only traditional Stokes lines (SLs) but also up to second-order anti-Stokes lines (ASLs) besides the zero-phonon line (ZPL). The SLs and ASLs are found to be not mirror symmetric with respect to the ZPL, strongly suggesting that they are from different coupling states of exciton and phonons. Besides these spectral features showing the quasiparticle properties of exciton-phonon coupling system, the first-order SL is found to exhibit characteristic Fano lineshape, caused by quantum interference between the LO components of excitonic polarons and the continuous phonon bath. These findings lead to a new insight into fundamental effects of exciton-phonon interactions.  相似文献

The molecular structures and electron affinities of eight radicals derived from the halide benzene by removing a hydrogen atom have been determined using seven hybrid Hartree-Fock/density-functional methods. The basis set used in this work is of double-zeta plus polarization quality with additional diffuse s- and p-type functions, denoted as DZP++. These methods have been carefully calibrated [J. C. Rienstra-Kiracofe, G. S. Tschumper, H. F. Schaefer, S. Nandi, and G. B. Ellison, Chem. Rev. (Washington, D. C.) 102, 231 (2002)]. The geometries are fully optimized with each density-functional theory method and discussed, respectively. The three different types of the neutral-anion energy separations reported in this work are the adiabatic electron affinity, the vertical electron affinity, and the vertical detachment energy. The most reliable adiabatic electron affinities (with zero-point vibrational energy correction), obtained at the DZP++ B3LYP level of theory, are 1.74 eV (o-C6H4F), 1.39 eV (m-C6H4F), 1.34 eV (p-C6H4F), 1.78 eV (o-C6H4Cl), 1.53 eV (m-C6H4Cl), 1.45 eV (p-C6H4Cl), 2.06 eV (o-C6H3F2), and 2.04 eV (p-C6H3F2), respectively. Compared with the experimental values, the average absolute error of the B3LYP method is 0.03 eV. The BLYP, BP86, and BPW91 functionals also gave excellent predictions, with average absolute errors of 0.05, 0.08, and 0.08 eV, respectively.  相似文献

The structures and magnetic properties of self-assembled copper(II) clusters and grids with the "tritopic" ligands 2poap (a), Cl2poap (b), m2poap (c), Cl2pomp (d), and 2pomp (e) are described [ligands derived by reaction of 4-R-2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic hydrazide (R = H, Cl, MeO) with 2-pyridinemethylimidate (a-c, respectively) or 2-acetylpyridine (d, R = Cl; e, R = H)]. Cl2poap and Cl2pomp self-assemble with Cu(NO(3))(2) to form octanuclear "pinwheel" cluster complexes [Cu(8)(Cl2poap-2H)(4)(NO(3))(8)].20H(2)O (1) and [Cu(8)(Cl2pomp-2H)(4)(NO(3))(8)].15H(2)O (2), built on a square [2 x 2] grid with four pendant copper arms, using "mild" reaction conditions. Similar reactions of Cl2pomp and 2pomp with Cu(ClO(4))(2) produce pinwheel clusters [Cu(8)(Cl2pomp-2H)(4)(H(2)O)(8)](ClO(4))(8).7H(2)O (3) and [Cu(8)(2pomp-2H)(4)(H(2)O)(8)](ClO(4))(8) (4), respectively. Heating a solution of 1 in MeOH/H(2)O produces a [3 x 3] nonanuclear square grid complex, [Cu(9)(Cl2poap-H)(3)(Cl2poap-2H)(3)](NO(3))(9).18H(2)O (5), which is also produced by direct reaction of the ligand and metal salt under similar conditions. Reaction of m2poap with Cu(NO(3))(2) produces only the [3 x 3] grid [Cu(9)(m2poap-H)(2)(m2poap-2H)(4)](NO(3))(8).17H(2)O (6) under similar conditions. Mixing the tritopic ligand 2poap with pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (picd) in the presence of Cu(NO(3))(2) produces a remarkable mixed ligand, nonanuclear grid complex [Cu(9)(2poap-H)(4)(picd-H)(3)(picd-2H)](NO(3))(9).9H(2)O (7), in which aromatic pi-stacking interactions are important in stabilizing the structure. Complexes 1-3 and 5-7 involve single oxygen atom (alkoxide) bridging connections between adjacent copper centers, while complex 4 has an unprecedented mixed micro-(N-N) and micro-O metal ion connectivity. Compound 1 (C(76)H(92)N(44)Cu(8)O(50)Cl(4)) crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group I, with a = 21.645(1) A, c = 12.950(1) A, and Z = 2. Compound 2 (C(84)H(88)N(36)O(44)Cl(4)Cu(8)) crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group I, with a = 21.2562(8) A, c = 12.7583(9) A, and Z = 2. Compound 4 (C(84)H(120)N(28)O(66)Cl(8)Cu(8)) crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group I4(1)/a, with a = 20.7790(4) A, c = 32.561(1) A, and Z = 4. Compound 7(C(104)H(104)N(46)O(56)Cu(9)) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 15.473(1) A, b = 19.869(2) A, c = 23.083(2) A, alpha = 88.890(2) degrees, beta = 81.511(2) degrees, gamma = 68.607(1) degrees, and Z = 2. All complexes exhibit dominant intramolecular ferromagnetic exchange coupling, resulting from an orthogonal bridging arrangement within each polynuclear structure.  相似文献

Hydrous amorphous Al (HAO), Fe (HFO), and Mn (HMO) oxides are ubiquitous in the subsurface as both discrete particles and coatings and exhibit a high affinity for heavy metal contaminants. To assess risks associated with heavy metals, such as Pb, to the surrounding environment and manage remedial activities requires accurate mechanistic models with well-defined transport parameters that represent sorption processes. Experiments were conducted to evaluate Pb sorption to microporous Al, Fe, and Mn oxides, as well as to montmorillonite and HAO-coated montmorillonite. Intraparticle diffusion, a natural attenuating process, was observed to be the rate-limiting mechanism in the sorption process, where best-fit surface diffusivities ranged from 10(-18) to 10(-15) cm(2) s(-1). Specifically, diffusivities of Pb sorption to discrete aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide-coated montmorillonite, and montmorillonite indicated substrate surface characteristics influence metal mobility where diffusivity increased as affinity decreased. Furthermore, the diffusivity for aluminum oxide-coated montmorillonite was consistent with the concentrations of the individual minerals present and their associated particle size distributions. These results suggest that diffusivities for other coated systems can be predicted, and that oxide coatings and montmorillonite are effective sinks for heavy metal ions.  相似文献

Eight new benzoylated gentisyl alcohol (=2‐(hydroxymethyl)benzene‐1,4‐diol) glucosides, itosides A–H ( 1 – 8 ), together with the new pyrocatechol (=benzene‐1,2‐diol) glycoside itoside I ( 9 ) were isolated from the bark and twigs of Itoa orientalis (Flacourtiaceae). In itosides B–D ( 2 – 4 ), the gentisyl alcohol moiety was esterified by 1‐hydroxy‐6‐oxocyclohex‐2‐ene‐1‐carboxylic acid, while itosides E–H ( 5 – 8 ) contained instead an additional 2‐hydroxybenzoic acid moiety. The compounds were accompanied by the known derivatives 4‐hydroxytremulacin ( 10 ), poliothyrsoside ( 11 ), poliothyrsin ( 12 ), homaloside D ( 13 ), tremulacin, and pyrocatechol β‐D ‐glucopyranoside. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.  相似文献
