镍基催化剂上积碳是甲烷干气重整反应急需解决的关键问题。实验采用TPSR、TPD、XPS和脉冲反应等方法系统研究了镍基催化剂表面积碳的形态和特点。热力学研究表明,在573 K到1273 K的温度范围内,催化剂的表面积碳是不可避免的。TPSR、XPS和TPD研究表明,甲烷在催化剂表面裂解将形成至少三种碳物种:Cα、Cβ和Cγ。这三种碳物种具有不同的表面迁移能力、热稳定性和反应活性。其中,Cα物种在甲烷干气重整反应中是一种非常活泼和重要的中间体;Cγ物种则可能是表面积碳的前驱物:部分脱氢的Cβ物种能够与H2或CO2反应生成CH4或CO。 相似文献

Several molecular and genetic changes have been found in pituitary adenomas. We looked for correlations between these changes and the degree of invasiveness of the tumors. The invasiveness of 11 pituitary adenomas was graded by Hardy classification. We examined the retinoblastoma gene (RB1.20 on chromosome 13q) and the region around the MEN1 locus (chromosome 11q13.1-5) for loss of heterozygosity. Also examined are p53 mutations using single strain conformation polymorphism, p53 protein overexpression using immuno cytochemistry, homozygous deletions of p15 and p16 by polymerase chain reaction, and cellular proliferative activity using MIB-1 antibody. Six tumors (54.5%) had an LOH at either RB1.20 or the MEN1 locus. LOHs were found more frequently in Grade 4 and stage E tumors (72% and 67%) than in Grade 3 and stage D tumors (25% and 40%). However, no mutation or overexpression of p53 was found. No homozygous deletions of p15 or p16 were identified. The cell proliferative index ranged from 0 to 3%. LOH at 11q13 and 13q may be valuable in predicting the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. 相似文献

Design and characterization of helical ribbon assemblies of a bolaamphiphilic conjugated polymer and their color-coded transformation into nanofibers are described. An L-glutamic acid modified bolaamphiphilic diacetylene lipid was synthesized and self-assembled into right-handed helical ribbons with micron scale length and nano scale thickness under mild conditions. The ribbon structures were further stabilized by polymerizing well-aligned diacetylene units to form bisfunctional polydiacetylenes (PDAs). Transitions from flat sheets to helical ribbons and tubes were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The helical ribbons appear to originate from the rupture of flat sheets along domain edges and the peeling off between stacked lipid layers. These results point to the applicability of chiral packing theory in bolaamphiphilic supramolecular assemblies. Contact mode atomic force microscopy observations revealed that high order existed in the surface packing arrangement. Hexagonal and pseudorectangular packings were observed in flat and twisted regions of the ribbons, respectively, suggesting a correlation between microscopic morphologies and nanoscopic packing arrangements. The tricarboxylate functionalities of the bolaamphiphilic lipid provide a handle for the manipulation of the bisfunctional PDAs' morphology. Increasing solution pH caused the fraying of helical ribbons into nanofibers accompanied by a sharp blue-to-red chromatic transition. A dramatic change in circular dichroism spectra was observed during this process, suggesting the loss of chirality in packing. A model is proposed to account for the pH-induced morphological change and chromatic transition. The color-coded transition between two distinct microstructures would be useful in the design of sensors and other "smart" nanomaterials requiring defined molecular templates. 相似文献

Poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide) (PDMA) with a molecular mass of 5.2 x 10(6) g/mol has been synthesized and used in DNA sequencing analysis by capillary electrophoresis (CE). A systematic investigation is presented on the effects of different separation conditions, such as injection amount, capillary inner diameter, polymer concentration, effective separation length, electric field and temperature, on the resolution. DNA sequencing up to 800 bases with a resolution (R) limit of 0.5 (and 1,000 bases with a resolution limit of 0.3) and a migration time of 96 min was achieved by using 2.5% w/v polymer, 150 V/cm separation electric field, and 60 cm effective separation length at room temperature on a DNA sample prepared with FAM-labeled--21M13 forward primer on pGEM3Zf(+) and terminated with ddCTP. Ultrafast and fast DNA sequencing up to 420 and 590 bases (R > or = 0.5) were also achieved by using 3% w/v polymer and 40 cm effective separation length with a separation electric field of 525 and 300 V/cm, and a migration time of 12.5 and 31.5 min, respectively. PDMA has low viscosity, long shelf life and dynamic coating ability to the glass surface. The unique properties of PDMA make it a very good candidate as a separation medium for large-scale DNA sequencing by capillary array electrophoresis (CAE). 相似文献

The sample solution of KNO3 is ejected into the gas phase and the ionic dusters of K+(KNO3)n and NO3 (KNO3)m are formed and observed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESIMS). Hie full mass spectra of both the positive ion and the negative ion show that the differences between each peak nearby are all about 101 (m/z), which correspond to the molecular weight of KNO3. Three types of elastomeric segmented polyurethanes represented by a polyether‐urethane, a polyurethane‐urea, and a polycarbonate‐urethane were introduced into a modified low‐temperature variant of base‐induced N‐alkylation of urethane hard segments with an excess of 1,6‐dibromohexane in N,N′‐dimethylacetamide (DMAc), resulting in the modification of polymers with 0.08–0.26 mmol/g of pendant 6‐bromohexyl groups. Either lithium diisopropylamide (LDA) or sodium hydride was used to initiate the reaction, although LDA was found to be more suitable for the bromoalkylation. Selected bromoalkylated polyurethanes of all three types were reacted with thiol‐containing bisphosphonates, to yield the polymers modified with 0.08–0.12 mmol/g of geminal nonesterified covalently attached bisphosphonate groups. Two thiol‐containing geminal bisphosphonates used in the modifications were prepared via reactions of nucleophilic addition to vinylidene‐bisphosphonic acid. All three types of polyurethanes were found equally suitable for the modifications. The bisphosphonate‐modified polyurethanes with nonmetallic cations on the bisphosphonate groups remain soluble in the solvents suitable for the dissolution of nonmodified polymers and can be processed into films by solvent casting. After the exchange of nonmetallic cations to sodium, the polymers become insoluble in any solvent, probably as a result of the intermolecular coordination of bisphosphonate groups with the metal cations. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Thirty four elements (Al, As, Ba, Br, Ca, Ce, Co, Cr, Cs, Dy, Eu, Fe, Gd, Hf, Ho, K, La, Lu, Mg, Mn, Na, Nd, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sm, Ta, Tb, Th, Ti, U, V, W, Yb) were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis in the second set of Chinese geochemical standard reference materials (sediments from GSD-9 to GSD-12, soils from GSS-1 to GSS-8, rocks from GSR-1 to GSR-6) using both thermal and epithermal irradiations. Irradiation schemes designed to utilise short, medium and long-lived nuclides were employed in order to analyse major, minor and trace elements with different half-lives. The gamma-ray spectra were measured by Ge(Li) and HP(Ge) detectors. Relevant nuclear data and possible interferences are listed, and analytical results are presented and discussed. 相似文献
