Multifunctional glass windows that combine energy storage and electrochromism have been obtained by facile thermal evaporation and electrodeposition methods. For example, WO3 films that had been deposited on fluorine‐doped tin oxide (FTO) glass exhibited a high specific capacitance of 639.8 F g?1. Their color changed from transparent to deep blue with an abrupt decrease in optical transmittance from 91.3 % to 15.1 % at a wavelength of 633 nm when a voltage of ?0.6 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) was applied, demonstrating its excellent energy‐storage and electrochromism properties. As a second example, a polyaniline‐based pseudocapacitive glass was also developed, and its color can change from green to blue. A large‐scale pseudocapacitive WO3‐based glass window (15×15 cm2) was fabricated as a prototype. Such smart pseudocapacitive glass windows show great potential in functioning as electrochromic windows and concurrently powering electronic devices, such as mobile phones or laptops. 相似文献

A 4MM-Wave composite mode multimode conical feedhorn has been developed. Its mode-ratios are calculated and its formulas of the radiation patterns are derived. The measurement results of one and two dimension radiation patterns, measured by the automatic measurement system which we had researched, and the properties of band width and sidelobe are given. Theoretical analyses and measurements show that at the centre frequency 69.1GHZ, down to -23dB, the radiation pattern is rotationally symmetric, in this range there is not any sidelobe existing, the band width is 4.5 GHZ. The photoisomerization-induced cytotoxicity in photopharmacology provides a unique pathway for phototherapy because it is independent of endogenous oxygen. In this study, we developed a biosafe photoisomerizable zinc(II) complex ( Zn1 ), which releases its trans ligand ( trans -L1 ) after being irradiated with blue light. This causes the complex to undergo photoisomerization and produce the toxic cis product ( cis -L1 ) and generate singlet oxygen (1O2). The resulting series of events caused impressive phototoxicity in hypoxic A431 skin cancer cells, as well as in a tumor model in vivo. Interestingly, Zn1 was able to inhibit tumor microtubule polymerization, while still showing good biocompatibility and biosafety in vivo. This photoisomerizable zinc(II) complex provides a novel strategy for addressing the oxygen-dependent limitation of traditional photodynamic therapy. 相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors including transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) have gained attention in optoelectronics for their extraordinary properties. However, the large amount and locally distributed lattice defects affect the optical properties of 2D TMDCs, and the defects originate from unstable factors in the synthesis process. In this work, we develop a method of pre-melting and resolidification of chalcogen precursors (sulfur and selenium), namely resolidified chalcogen, as precursor for the chemical vapor deposition growth of TMDCs with ultrahigh quality and uniformity. Taking WS2 as an example, the monolayer WS2 shows uniform fluorescence intensity and a small full-width at half-maximum of photoluminescence peak at low temperatures with an average value of 13.6±1.9 meV. The defect densities at the interior and edge region are both low and comparable, i.e., (9±3)×1012 cm−2 and (10±4)×1012 cm−2, indicating its high structural quality and uniformity. This method is universal in growing high quality monolayer MoS2, WSe2, MoSe2, and will benefit their applications. 相似文献

The coexistence curves and light scattering data for a critical solution of (benzonitrile + dodecane) have been reported. The critical exponents relating to the difference in density variables of two coexisting phases β, the correlation length ν, and the osmotic compressibility γ have been determined. The experimental results of the coexistence curves have also been analyzed to examine the Wegner correction terms and the behavior of the diameter of the coexistence curves. The data analysis shows that the 3D-Ising behavior is valid in a temperature range close to the critical point. However, in a wide temperature range the exponential values of ν and γ change with the temperature significantly, clearly exhibiting the critical crossover from the 3D-Ising universality class to the classical one. 相似文献
