Lasers from Yb:YAG ceramic at different temperature were reported in this paper. The Yb:YAG ceramic laser with active-mirror structure was end-pumped by a laser diode whose central wavelength was 940 nm. At 80 K, with doping concentration of 5 at % Yb:YAG ceramic slab, output energy of 0.68 J at 10 Hz repetition rate was obtained under the pump energy of 2.49 J, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 40% and a conversion efficiency of 27.3%, respectively.  相似文献

This is the first time that a novel anode material, spinel Li4Ti5O12 which is well known as a “zero-strain” anode material for lithium storage, has been introduced for sodium-ion battery. The Li4Ti5O12 shows an average Na storage voltage of about 1.0 V and a reversible capacity of about 145 mAh/g, thereby making it a promising anode for sodium-ion battery. Ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) is used to investigate the structure change in the Na insertion/deinsertion process. Based on this, a possible Na storage mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

This paper reported a passively Q-switched 532 nm green laser of LD pumped V cavity structure by using Nd:YAG/Cr4+:YAG composite crystal and the type II phase matching KTP crystal. Under 19.4 W pump power, the average power of the laser pulse up to 1.83 W, with the pulse width of 93.2 ns and repetition frequency of 9.1 kHz.  相似文献

Au/TbMnO3/Y Ba2Cu3O7?x capacitors were fabricated on LaAlO3 substrates and electrical characteristics were studied in the temperature range from 300 to 25 K. When temperature is higher than 225 K, Ohmic conduction is observed in the capacitors. Non-linear current–voltage characteristics are exhibited at low temperatures. Moreover, temperature-independent leakage currents are found at temperatures lower than 150 K. These electrical characteristics can be explained in terms of conduction transition originated from a thermal activation between 225 and 150 K, and the temperature-independent leakage currents are governed by the Poole–Frenkel emission and minor trap ionization energies.  相似文献

对于溅射后硒化和共蒸发等方法制备的铜铟镓硒(CIGS)太阳能电池薄膜,利用多种分析方法研究了CIGS多层膜的复杂结构等.研究表明:卢瑟福背散射(RBS)在分析CIGS多层膜方面具有其独特优势和可靠的结果;溅射后硒化方法制备的CIGS薄膜中,Ga和In在CIGS薄膜中呈梯度分布,这种Ga表层少而内层多的不均匀分布与Mo层没有必然关系;RBS和俄歇电子能谱分析(AES)均显示CIGS太阳能电池器件多层膜界面处存在扩散,尤其是CdS与CIGS,Mo与CIGS的界面处;X射线荧光(XRF)结果表明,电池效率最高的CIGS层中In,Ga比例为In:Ga=0.7:0.3;X射线衍射(XRD)结果显示:退火后的CIGS/Mo薄膜结晶品质得到了优化.  相似文献

<正>Deposition patterns of tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ) molecules on different surfaces are investigated by atomic force microscopy.A homemade physical vapour deposition system allows the better control of molecule deposition. Taking advantage of this system,we investigate TCNQ thin film growth on both SiO_2 and mica surfaces.It is found that dense island patterns form at a high deposition rate,and a unique seahorse-like pattern forms at a low deposition rate.Growth patterns on different substrates suggest that the fractal pattern formation is dominated by molecule-molecule interaction.Finally,a phenomenal "two-branch" model is proposed to simulate the growth process of the seahorse pattern.  相似文献

Taking the Gaussian Schell-model pulsed (GSMP) beam as a typical example of spatially and spectrally partially coherent pulsed beams, an analytical expression for the far-field spectrum of diffracted GSMP beams in Young’s interference experiment is derived, and used to study the spectral shifts and spectral switches of GSMP beams in the far field. Numerical calculation results are given to illustrate the dependence of spectral shifts and spectral switches on the obscuration ratio ε, temporal coherent length Tc, spatial correlation parameter β and diffraction angle α. It is shown that the critical angle αc of the first- and second-order spectral switches moves away from the z axis with increasing Tc, but αc of the third-order spectral switch moves towards the z axis with increasing Tc. The spectral transition height Δ decreases and spectral minimum Smin increases as Tc increases. αc decreases, Δ increases and Smin decreases as β increases. The potential application of spectral switches of spatially and spectrally partially coherent pulsed beams in information encoding and transmission is proposed.  相似文献

Impedance characterization at different temperature has been used to investigate the conductive behavior of pentacene as the semiconductor layer in organic field-effect transistor. It has been found that the pentacene exhibits an enhancement in conductivity by heating following an Arrhenius law with an activation energy transition from 0.004 to 0.018 eV at 323 K, which originates from band tail hopping that occurs around the Fermi edge.  相似文献

Faithful long-distance quantum teleportation necessitates prior entanglement distribution between two communicated locations. The particle carrying on the unknown quantum information is then combined with one particle of the entangled states for Bell-state measurements, which leads to a transfer of the original quantum information onto the other particle of the entangled states. However in most of the implemented teleportation experiments nowadays, the Bell-state measurements are performed even before successful distribution of entanglement. This leads to an instant collapse of the quantum state for the transmitted particle, which is actually a single-particle transmission thereafter. Thus the true distance for quantum teleportation is, in fact, only in a level of meters. In the present experiment we design a novel scheme which has overcome this limit by utilizing fiber as quantum memory. A complete quantum teleportation is achieved upon successful entanglement distribution over 967 meters in public free space. Active feed-forward control techniques are developed for real-time transfer of quantum information. The overall experimental fidelities for teleported states are better than 89.6%, which signify high-quality teleportation.  相似文献
