Nucleosides. Part LX. Synthesis and Characterization of Monomeric Cordycepin-Vitamin and Cordycepin-Lipid Conjugates Model Substances for Biodegradable Ester and Carbonate Linkages in Conjugates and Potential Inhibitors of HIV-1 Replication

Monomeric 3′-deoxyadenosine (cordycepin) was modified at the 2′-O- ( 13–18 ) and 5′-O-position ( 25–29 ) by the vitamins E, D₂, and A and by the two lipids 1,2-di-O-palmitoylglycerol and 1,2-di-O-hexadecylglycerol via succinate or carbonate linkages. The base-labile conjugates afforded protection groups like the 2-(4-nitro-phenyl)ethoxycarbonyl (npeoc) and monomethoxytrityl group (MeOTr) that are cleavable without harming the ester and carbonate bonds, respectively. Monomeric conjugates of cordycepin and vitamin E, vitamin D₂, 1,2-di-O-palmitoylglycerol, and 1,2-di-O-hexadecylglycerol (see 13, 14, 17, 18, 25, 26, 28 , and 29 ) inhibited HIV-1-induced syncytia formation 1.7 to 6.2 fold compared to 1.5-fold for cordycepin (see Table); IC₅₀ values for 25 and 28 were 257 and 267 m?M , respectively. In addition, the monomeric cordycepin-vitamin and -lipid conjugates inhibited HIV-1 RT activity 28–49% which compares with a 13% inhibition of HIV-1 RT observed for cordycepin. The minimal inhibition of HIV-1-induced syncytia formation and HIV-1 RT activity did not proceed by the activation of RNase L. The monomeric conjugates tested ( 13, 14 ) increased PKR expression.     

胆汁酸的薄层层析——数理统计法用于层析溶剂系统的选择

本文选择氯仿、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、醋酸和水等五种溶剂作为胆汁酸薄层层析的展开剂,采用正交设计法[L_(16)(4~5)]安排实验,对胆固醇、胆酸、脱氧胆酸、甘氨胆酸、甘氨脱氧胆酸、牛磺胆酸、牛磺脱氧胆酸和卵磷脂等八种化合物的R_f值及层析谱斑点的集中情况,用直观分析和方差分析法处理,得到了单向一次薄层层析全部分离胆汁的溶剂系统,较文献报道方法为佳。     

2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H2O-7.8%H3BO3-H2O体系多温相关系研究

研究了2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H20在不同温度下的7.8%H3BO3水溶液中的相转化产物及其溶解度.IR,XRD,TG及化学分析表明,相转化产物在0～22℃范围内为MgO·2B2O3·9H20;22～68℃为MgO·2B2O3·7.5H20;68～95℃为MgO·2B2O3·7H20;95～98.8℃为MgO·2B2O3·5H20;100～110℃为MgO·B2O3·3H20;110～120℃为2MgO·B2O3·2H20;120～170℃为2MgO·B2O3·1.5H20;170～200℃为2MgO·B2O3·H20.提出了相转化反应原理.     

POLYMER NETWORK-POLY(ETHYLENE GLYCOL)COMPLEXES WITH SHAPE MEMORY EFFECT

The complexes of poly(methacrylic acid-co-methyl methacrylate) network with poly(ethylene glycol) stabilized byhydrogen bonds were prepared. By introducing the poly(ethylene glycol), a large difference in storage modulus below andabove the glass transition temperature occurred and the complexes exhibited shape memory behaviors. The morphology ofcomplexes was studied by using DSC, WAXD, and DMA. The results indicate that the fixed phase of this kind of novelshape memory materials is the network, and the reversible phase is the amorphous state of PEG:PMAA complex phase. Theshape recoverability almost reaches 100%. This type of complexes can be regarded as a novel shape memory network.     

生物检材中乌头类生物碱的检验

 用薄层 (TLC)、高效液相 光电二极管阵列检测器 (HPLC/DAD)、动物实验等方法对生物检材中乌头生物碱进行检验 ,并对这些方法进行比较。结果发现 ,TLC法为此类药物检验筛选的首选方法 ,最小检出量为 0 3μg。在进行HPLC检测时 ,以乌头生物碱的特征紫外吸收光谱和动物实验结果为重要的定性手段 ,其特征吸收波长为 (2 2 8± 2 )nm和 (2 75± 2 )nm。乌头生物碱在 2mg/L～ 5 0mg/L时其峰面积与质量浓度有很好的线性 ,相关系数为 0 9996。经实际案件证明 ,方法准确、灵敏 ,可用于生物检材中乌头类生物碱的检验。     

微型集成化色谱仪

用微制造技术和色谱原理结合，以全新的概念和设计思维研制色谱仪一微型集成化色谱仪。这种仪器的整个色谱部分在基片上制成。集微型进样器，细内径毛细管柱和微型固体检测器于一体，功耗不过几瓦，重不过几百克，而分析速度比现有仪器提高近一个数量级，检测灵敏度可达１０＾－６Ｖ／Ｖ。这种仪器的制作过程类似半导体器件，能大批量，性能高度重复可靠、而成本极为低廉地制造出来，彻底改变传统色谱仪器的生产方式。本文给出这种仪     

A Quantum Chemical Study of N14 Cluster

Ab initio molecular orbital theory and density functional theory have been employed to study N₁₄ cluster with low spin at the HF/6-31G*, B3LYP/6-31G*, B3PW91/6-31G*, BP86/6-31G*, and BHLYP/6-31G* levels of theory. Twelve isomers were studied, including one previously investigated cage molecule. The most stable isomer of N₁₄ is a C _2h -symmetric molecule that contains two separated five-membered nitrogen rings connected by a —N=N—N=N— bridge. The second, third, and fifth most stable isomers each have one five-membered nitrogen ring. The theoretical results suggest that the five-membered nitrogen ring gives rise to a particularly stable structural unit, and the more side chains that the five-membered nitrogen ring links with, the less stable the structure will become.     

MgO·3B2O3·3.5H2O的合成、表征及其溶液Raman光谱分析

Stereoisomerism and complexation behaviour of functionalized p-tert-calix[6]-1,4-2,5-biscrown-4

p-tert-Calix[6]-1,4-2,5-biscrown-4 was subjected to functionalization by benzyl bromide or ethyl bromoacetate. Two pairs of disubstituted calix[6]biscrown stereoisomers were obtained. Their structures had been deduced from ¹H NMR and ESI-MS (electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy). One of the bisethyloxycarbonylmethylated derivatives 3a was further investigated by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Two-phase extraction experiments indicated that bisethyloxycarbonylmethylated derivatives exhibited high Cs⁺/Na⁺ selectivity. By ESI-MS and ¹H NMR experiments it was confirmed that 3a formed 1:1 complex with Cs⁺.     

矩形截面毛细管电泳和二维分离

在石英单晶表面制成矩矩截面毛细管柱中进行电泳实验。由于矩形柱比圆形柱有更大散热侧面积且石英单晶的导热性能远无于熔融石英，所以可施加较高的场强，不仅提高了柱效，而且缩矩了分离时间。两相交的通道之间形成自然连接，可实现二维分离，并消除死体积。
