本文在超高真空(10~(-7)Pa)条件下量测了Nb-Nb(110)、Nb-Ta(110)、Nb-W(110)及Nb-Ti4个粘附对的粘附力,并从接触表面形貌的角度求得了真实接触面积,进而得到了各粘附对间的粘附强度,结果与采用简单紧束缚自洽矩方法计算所得理论结果一致。研究表明,超高真空下过渡金属间存在一种相互作用——由两金属间共用电子引起的化学键,而且主要由其外层d电子态密度所决定。过渡金属Nb与Nb、Ta、W、Ti之间粘附强度的实测值介于每对原子0.2~2.0eV之间。当样品受热升温后,由于C、N、B、S等少量非金属杂质的表面偏析致使粘附强度明显降低。  相似文献

We describe a new electrochemical biosensor based on estrogen receptor α (ER‐α) for label‐free detection of 17β‐estradiol, a model of endocrine‐disrupting compounds. ER‐α is coupled onto the gold electrode through its 6‐His tag and NTA‐copper complex. After interaction of estradiol with ER‐α, the biosensor presents a well‐defined peak at +500 mV due to estradiol oxidation (E17 peak). The linear range of detection is from 1 fM to 1 nM and the detection limit is 1 fM. Good selectivity was obtained for interfering substances at nanomolar level, for concentration of E17 up to 0.1 pM. The E17 was detected in hospital effluents.  相似文献

A new epidioxy-tetracyclic triterpenoid, 3-(2-hydroxyacetoxy)-5α, 8α-peroxydehydrotumulosic acid (10), along with nine known compounds were isolated from Poria cocos Wolf (Polyporaceae). Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses and comparison with literature data. The cytotoxicity of these compounds against human cancer cell lines MNK-45 was evaluated by MTT method.  相似文献

In this communication, we propose a template approach toward synthesis of carbon hollow spheres by direct carbonization of highly crosslinked sulfonated polystyrene gel hollow spheres (sPS). The sulfonic acid group can facilitate carbonization. Moreover, the acid group can also induce a favorable growth of other materials within the sPS gel-forming carbon-based composite shell such as bi-continuous C/SiO2 and their derivative ceramic SiC. Release of small molecules during polymers decomposition results porous shell.  相似文献

Mesostructured microspheres formed by aerosol-assisted self-assembly of a gelable block copolymer, poly(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate)- block-polystyrene (PTEPM -b-PS), were studied by a combination of small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). When the copolymer composition was changed, the spheres with different internal patterns, such as onion-like lamella and curved cylinder, were obtained. Through a self-gelation process of PTEPM domains, novel organic/inorganic hybrid spheres with an internal tunable patterned structure were prepared. Since only PTEMP domains were cross-linked, the hybrid spheres could be further disintegrated by dispersion in a good solvent of PS. As a result, novel organic/inorganic hybrid nano-objects such as arched plates and cylinders were prepared.  相似文献

Capillary zone electrophoresis was used for the enantiomeric separation of six β-blocking drug substances with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and its derivatives as chiral selectors employing an uncoated capillary. The effects of pH value and composition of the background electrolyte (BGE), the capillary temperature and running voltage have been investigated. The results showed that β-CD type, concentration and pH value have a strong influence on the efficiency of the chiral separation. Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) gave a baseline enantiomeric separation for six β-blocking drug substances under optimal conditions, whereas the β-CD, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) showed no chiral recognition. The potential and capillary temperature did not have a great effect on enantiomer resolution.  相似文献

We describe a simple method to prepare magnetic responsive polydivinylbenzene(PDVB)nanofiber composites by precipitated cationic living polymerization in the present of oleic acid capped Fe3O4 nanoparticles(NPs).The Fe3O4 NPs are encapsulated with the PDVB forming dendrites,from which thin nanofibers are grown in the tip-growth mode.The thin nanofibers are interwoven with the thick nanofibers forming robust composite network.The composites are magnetic responsive and highly efficient to gel almost all chemicals.Separation of the gelled chemicals from water becomes easier with a magnet.The performance is promising for magnetic collection of chemical spills.  相似文献
