Pseudopotentials and plane-wave basis set method is used to investigate the electronic structure and magnetic properties for state-of-the-art zinc-blende and rocksalt M N (M=K, Na) alloys. We find that these compounds exhibit half-metallic characters with an integer magnetic moment of 2.00μB. The half-metallic properties result from a fully spin-polarization of s and p states. The origin of energy gap mainly comes from the hybridization both s and p states. Total energies calculations indicate the rocksalt phase is lower in energy than the zinc-blende one. The difference of total energy are about 0.035 Ry per formula unit for KN and NaN, respectively. For these compounds, Slater-Pauling curve Mt=(Zt−4) (in μB unit) is obeyed between valence electrons and total magnetic moment. Meanwhile, we also find the preservation of half metallic characters when the lattice parameter is moderate compressed. 相似文献

To overcome bad prognosis of patients with heart failure and the lack of organ donors, cardiac tissue engineering has developed as a biomimetic approach to repair, replace, and regenerate the damaged cardiac tissue. During the past decade years, researchers are devoted to find different natural and/or synthetic materials that can build appropriate physical structures to contain and organize implanted cells. In this study, we present a new method for primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes culture in vitro using alginate/collagen/chitosan hydrogel. To investigate the feasibility of this material as scaffold for cardiac myocytes, neonatal rat ventricular myocytes were isolated and encapsulated in alginate-based beads cross-linked with calcium ion. The growth of cells was evaluated by staining with α-Sarcomeric actin (α-SCA) and Troponin T type 2 (TNNT2), and the viability of cardiomyocytes was studied in vitro by assessing the expression levels of several cardiac ion channels, including CACNL1A1, Connexin 43 and SCN5A. The results showed a significant increase in cardiac myocytes number, and the expression levels of CACNL1A1, Connexin 43 (Cx43) were up-regulated significantly except SCN5A, as compared with two-dimensional cultures. Moreover, extracellular matrix produced by the seeded cells themselves was observed by staining with fibronectin. Taken together, these findings indicate that this alginate/collagen/chitosan hydrogel bead is suitable for supporting the growth and retaining the morphologic and electrophysiologic characteristics of primary cultured rat cardiac muscle cells. 相似文献

大孔径静态干涉成像光谱技术在航天遥感应用中,由于探测器横纹误差影响,使获得的干涉数据无法反演光谱数据,需要对横纹误差进行修正。通过对干涉成像机理的分析,给出探测器横纹误差影响下的干涉成像模型,提出横纹误差影响下干涉数据修正方法。最后利用仪器获取的数据,对提出的修正方法进行验证,由处理结果可以看出,本文所提的修正方法可以很好的修正横纹误差对光谱的影响,提高反演光谱的精度。 相似文献

We propose an efficient scheme for optimizing the optical memory of a sequence of signal light pulses in a system of ultracold atoms in ∧ configuration.The memory procedure consists of write-in,storage,and retrieval phases.By applying a weak microwave field in the storage stage,additional phase-dependent terms are included,and the contrast of the output signal pulses can be dynamically controlled(enhanced or suppressed) through manipulating the relative phase φ between optical and microwave fields.Our numerical analysis shows that the contrast is enhanced to the most extent when φ = 1.5π.In addition,the contrast is in proportion to the Rabi frequency of the microwave field with a certain relative phase. 相似文献

The authors theoretically investigate a triple-barrier ferromagnetic resonant-tunneling diode composing nonmagnetic couple wells and three GaMnN magnetic barriers, in which two kinds of antiparallel configurations are formed by changing the relative orientation of magnetization in the barriers. Based on a two-band model, the achievement of large magnetocurrents in the resonant bias regime is proposed under an optimal magnetization configuration.
