The synthesis of formic acid from carbon dioxide and hydrogen using a silica immobilized ruthenium catalyst as precursor has been studied in different reaction conditions. The results revealed that the TOF (turn over frequency) of HCOOH achieved 1481.5 h^-1 on immobilized ruthenium catalyst near the critical pressure point of CO2 with H2 pressure of 4.0 MPa, reaction temperature of 80℃ and PPh3/Ru molar ratio of 6:1. The reaction activity of immobilized catalyst was higher than that of homogeneous catalyst, and the immobilized catalyst also offered the practical advantages such as easy separation and reuse. 相似文献

This paper reports the first example of diruthenium phosphonate with kagomé structure, namely, [NH3(CH2)4NH3][Ru2(hedpH(0.5))2].2H2O (hedp = 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonate). The compound contains kagomé layers that are linked by very strong hydrogen bonds into a nanoscale kagomé structure. Direct band gap copper indium chalcogenides are of great technological importance in part because of their high photovoltaic conversion efficiency. Covalent superlattices constructed from copper indium chalcogenide clusters are of particular interest because they may combine open framework architecture with semiconducting properties. Here two photoluminescent covalent superlattices built from core-shell type copper indium sulfide supertetrahedral clusters are reported. Each cluster consists of 35 metal cations and is so far the largest known supertetrahedral cluster with a metal-to-metal distance of 1.6 nm. In addition, this is the first example of supertetrahedral clusters in heterometallic copper indium chalcogenides. The preparation of these large clusters has narrowed down the size gap between colloidal nanoclusters and small supertetrahedral clusters and revealed new possibilities in the construction of nanoporous semiconducting superlattices with tunable pore size. Through the combination of metal ions with different oxidation states to provide both overall and local charge neutrality, an effective approach has been demonstrated in the rational synthesis of chalcogenide open framework materials with large and unprecedented supertetrahedral clusters. 相似文献

(G004), a rapid, sensitive and specific high-performance liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC–ESI-MS)
method was developed and validated. Glibenclamide was employed as internal standard. After liquid–liquid extraction the analyte
was analyzed on a Kromasil C18 column (150 × 2.0 mm i.d.) with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile–water (0.05% acetic acid), 30:70 (v/v). The flow
rate was 0.2 mL min−1. Detection was performed on a quadrupole mass spectrometer using an electrospray ionization interface and the selected-ion
monitoring (SIM) mode. The retention time was about 3.5 and 4.2 min for Glibenclamide and G004, respectively. The assay was
linear over the concentration range of 2.0–500.0 ng mL−1. Extraction Recovery of G004 in rat plasma was more than 87%. The intra- and inter-assay precision was lower than 11.5% (CV).
This validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetics of G004 in rats. 相似文献

Microdialysis sampling coupled to HPLC for transdermal delivery study of ondansetron hydrochloride in rats 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
The transdermal delivery of ondansetron hydrochloride (ON) solution in propylene glycol (PG) with a widely used penetration enhancer, oleic acid (OA), was studied in rats by a microdialysis sampling technique. Dialysate samples collected from the probe were directly injected into the HPLC system without any pre-treatment and no interference occurred in the blank sample. A good linearity between the standard concentrations and peak areas within the calibration range was achieved. In vivo recovery (32.52 +/- 1.8%) of the probe was assessed with the retrodialysis method, which was used to calculate the ON concentration in the dermis. Oleic acid at the concentrations of 2% and 5% (w/v) increased the steady-state delivery rate from 0.001 to 0.030 and 0.058 microg/h, respectively. OA proved to be an effective enhancer for transdermal delivery of ON in rats. 相似文献
