Double Andreev reflections at surface states of the topological insulators with hexagonal warping

We study the Andreev reflection(AR)at the interface of the topological insulator with hexagonal warping and superconductor junction.Due to the hexagonal warping effect,the double ARs are found in a certain range of the incident angle,where for one incident electron beam,two beams of holes are reflected back.Interestingly,both the beams of holes are reflected as retro-AR on the same side of the normal line of the interface but with different reflection angles,different from the previously reported double AR with one retro-AR and one specular-AR.The double reflections owing to the warping effect show the optics-like property of the Dirac fermion and can stimulate the double reflections of light in anisotropic crystals.In addition,we find that the double ARs are dependent on the hexagonal warping parameter nonmonotonically,and in an intermediate strength the double AR phenomenon is prominent,providing a possibility to explore the warping parameter of topological insulators.     

二值回归模型中自变量误差的处理

In this paper the binary regression model, in which the response Y is binary, i.e. Y takes the value 0 or 1 only, is considered. The conditional probability P{Y=1|X=x} is assumed to be of the form G(a₀+a₁x), where x is the measurement of the factor, a= (a₀,a₁)′ is the vector of the unknown parameter being estimated and G(a) = (1+e^a)^-1. The measurement x is assu-med to be contaminated when the value of x is out of certain limit. M-estimation is employed to estimate the unknown a of the model. In this paper, the consistent M-estimation is proved to be asymptotically normal and the optimal M-equation is obtained. Finally, a computation method is introduced to solve the M-equation and to get the optimal solution.     

小直径棒材超声横波检测仿真分析

采用超声水浸聚焦斜入射方式进行小棒材表面、近表缺陷检测时,声波在水/棒和棒/缺陷界面会发生反射、折射、散射、衍射及波形转换等一系列物理变换。此时缺陷可检性对声波入射条件十分敏感,常出现由于检测条件设置不当而导致缺陷漏检、误检的情况。为解决这一问题,本文针对小棒材超声斜入射检测中的主要参数——入射角和水距,开展声场及缺陷声响应仿真,研究检测参数对不同部位缺陷检测能力的影响,并对仿真结果进行试验验证。通过研究得到了检测水距、入射角度对缺陷检测能力的影响,并得到最优检测条件。试验验证结果表明研究制定的检测方案可有效检测出表面、近表面裂纹缺陷。     

Mössbauer study of BaFe12O19 fine particles prepared by the glass-ceramic method

BaFe₁₂O₁₉ fine particles were prepared by the glass-ceramic method with the BaCO₃?B₂O₃?Fe₂O₃ glass system. The effect of technology factors on the Mössbauer spectra and Hc was investigated. The possible mechanism of magnetization reversal of the BaM fine particles was discussed.     

XGS—12型高速电影摄影机

XGS-12型摄影机是西安光机所新近推出的又一种16mm棱镜补偿式高速电影摄影机,其画幅尺寸为7.5×10.4mm~2时的最高拍摄频率为11000fps。该机性能优异,附件齐全,本文对该机将从光学系统摄影机和电控制系统三个部分加以介绍。     

La掺杂和空位对ZnS磁性和光学性能影响的第一性原理研究

利用密度泛函理论框架下的平面波超软赝势法,通过第一性原理对La掺杂与Zn空位(V_(Zn))及La掺杂与S空位(V_S)共存的ZnS体系的电子结构、磁性机理、形成能及吸收光谱进行了研究.结果表明, La掺杂与空位(V_(Zn)或V_S)的空间位置最近时,掺杂体系的形成能最低,体系最稳定.另外,La掺杂与Zn空位共存时,体系具有磁性,且体系的净磁矩与La原子与Zn空位的相对位置有关;La掺杂与S空位共存时,掺杂体系无磁性,但此时体系的禁带宽度最窄且吸收光谱红移最显著.     

第三族金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳转化的红外光谱研究

本文利用红外光解离光谱研究了第三族金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳分子的转化机制. 研究表明,对于[ScO(CO₂)_n]⁺体系,在n≤4时,形成了溶剂化结构;在n=5时,形成了碳酸盐结构,实现了二氧化碳的转化. 对于[YO(CO₂)_n]⁺体系,需要4个二氧化碳分子就可以实现二氧化碳的转化. 而在[YO(CO₂)_n]⁺体系中,只发现了溶剂化结构,没有观察到碳酸盐结构. 理论计算表明,[YO(CO₂)_n]⁺体系拥有最小的溶剂化结构向碳酸盐结构转化能垒,[LaO(CO₂)_n]⁺体系拥有最大的溶剂化结构向碳酸盐结构转化能垒. 本文从分子水平揭示了不同金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳分子转化的影响规律.     

kHz激光器在武汉卫星观测站的测距实验

用A238U超核聚变检验裂变机制的可行性探讨

超核_A²³⁸U的裂变的剪断过程,用不断上升的势垒模拟,对不同的剪断过程(恒速或加速),对A末态激发几率(布居于轻裂块的几率)作了计算,分别为27%或31%。有待实验检验。     

Singular perturbation of first boundary value problem for higher order elliptic equations (II)

In this paper we discuss singular perturbations of first boundary value problem for higher order elliptic equations of two parameter and obtain the asymptotic expression for the formal solution containing two-parameter as well as the estimation of its remainder term. These results are the extensions of (2) and (3).
