A thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) white organic light-emitting diode (WOLED) holds great promise for low-cost, large-scale lighting applications. Nevertheless, manipulating exciton allocation in a white TADF single layer is still a challenge. Herein, we demonstrate that the exciton kinetic process of dually doped white TADF films is strongly dependent on the grid regularity of the host matrix. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds (IHBs) are used to weave the matrices of two host molecules DPEQPO and DPSQPO featuring four phosphine oxide (PO) groups and different IHB orientations. The DPSQPO matrix forms regular grids to uniformly disperse and separate dopants, while DPEQPO exhibits chaotic IHBs, in turn inducing a heterogeneous dopant distribution. As a consequence, in both photoluminescence and electroluminescence processes, in contrast to DPEQPO hosted systems with comparable singlet Förster resonance energy transfer and triplet Dexter energy transfer, DPSQPO provides a FRET-predominant exciton allocation between blue and yellow dopants, which markedly suppresses triplet quenching and improves the white color purity, resulting in a state-of-the-art external quantum efficiency up to 24.2% of its single-emissive-layer pure-white TADF diode, in contrast to 16.0% for DPEQPO based analogs. To identify the chemical components responsible for the anti-hyperglycemic effect of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk (Juglandaceae) leaves, an ethanol extract (CPE) and a water extract (CPW) of C. paliurus leaves, as well as their total flavonoids (CPF), triterpenoids (CPT) and crude polysaccharides (CPP), were prepared and assessed on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice. After being orally administrated once a day for 24 days, CPF (300 mg/kg), CPP (180 mg/kg), or CPF+CPP (300 mg/kg CPF + 180 mg/kg CPP) treatment reversed STZ-induced body weight and muscle mass losses. The glucose tolerance tests and insulin tolerance tests suggested that CPF, CPP, and CPF+CPP showed anti-hyperglycemic effect in STZ-induced diabetic mice. Furthermore, CPF enhances glucose-stimulated insulin secretion in MIN6 cells and insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in C2C12 myotubes. CPF and CPP suppressed inflammatory cytokine levels in STZ-induced diabetic mice. Additionally, CPF and CPP improved STZ-induced diabetic nephropathy assessed by H&E staining, blood urea nitrogen content, and urine creatinine level. The molecular networking and Emperor analysis results indicated that CPF showed potential anti-hyperglycemic effects, and HPLC–MS/MS analysis indicated that CPF contains 3 phenolic acids and 9 flavonoids. In contrast, CPT (650 mg/kg) and CPC (300 mg/kg CPF + 180 mg/kg CPP + 650 mg/kg CPT) did not show anti-hyperglycemic effect. Taken together, polysaccharides and flavonoids are responsible for the anti-hyperglycemic effect of C. paliurus leaves, and the clinical application of C. paliurus need to be refined. 相似文献

The solid—liquid equilibria of the ternary system H2O—Al(NO3)3—Mg(NO3)2 were studied at –30, –20, –10 and 0°C by using a synthetic method which allows to detemine all the characteristic points of isothermal sections. The stable solid phases which appear are respectively: ice, Al(NO3)3·9H2O, Mg(NO3)2·9H2O and Mg(NO3)2·6H2O. Neither double salts nor mixed crystals are observed in the temperature and composition field studied. An intraindividual study of the characteristics of erythema induced by bath and oral methoxsalen photochemotherapy and narrowband ultraviolet B 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
We compared the characteristics of psoralen and ultraviolet A (PUVA) erythema in skin photosensitized by bath or oral methoxsalen in 20 subjects. Erythema was assessed visually and with a reflectance instrument at 24 h intervals for 7 days. In addition, narrowband ultraviolet B (TL-01 UVB) erythema was examined in 19 of these subjects at 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h and in another nine subjects at 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24 h. Both bath and oral PUVA exhibited broad erythemal peaks beyond 72 h. For topical PUVA the lowest minimal phototoxic dose (MPD) occurred at 120 and 144 h (P = 0.01 and 0.03 compared with 72 h). Oral PUVA erythema peaked earlier at 96 h: the MPD was significantly lower at 96, 120 and 144 h compared with 72 h (P = 0.001, 0.01 and 0.02, respectively). At 120 h, bath PUVA had a significantly steeper slope compared with oral PUVA. The TL-01 UVB minimal erythema dose was significantly lower at 12 h compared with 24 h (P = 0.019). The majority of subjects were at maximal erythema at 12 h (22 of 28) and 15 h (eight of nine). Our results suggest that peak erythema for bath PUVA, oral PUVA and TL-01 UVB occurs at 120, 96 and 12-15 h, respectively. 相似文献

Synthesis and Characteristics of Organic Red‐Emissive Materials Based on Phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazole
Red emission is one of the three primary colors that are essential for the realization of full‐color displays and solid‐state lightings. A high solid‐state efficiency is a crucial factor for the applications in organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs). In this work, two new donor‐acceptor‐donor type phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazole (PIM)‐based derivatives, (2Z,2′Z)‐2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)bis(3‐(4‐(1‐phenyl‐1H‐phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazol‐2‐yl)phenyl)acrylonitrile) ( PIDSB ) and 2,3‐bis(4′‐(1‐phenyl‐1H‐phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazol‐2‐yl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4‐yl)fumaronitrile ( PIDPh ), are designed and synthesized. Both of them possess high thermal stabilities. PIDPh shows typical characteristics of aggregation‐induced emission enhancement, while PIDSB displays an aggregation‐caused quenching effect. They both exhibit significant red‐shifted emissions compared with PIM owing to intramolecular charge transfer. In the film state, the emission peaks of PIDSB and PIDPh are located at 538 nm and 605 nm with high photoluminescent quantum yields of 63.82 % and 41.26 %, respectively. The non‐doped OLED using PIDPh as the active layer shows the maximum external quantum efficiency of 2.06 % with a very low efficiency roll‐off, and exhibits the electroluminescent peak at 640 nm with a Commission Internationale de l′Éclairage coordinate of (0.617,0.396), meeting well the criteria of red OLEDs. 相似文献
