彩色组合编码条纹光栅轮廓术   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:6  
研究了一种新的编码光栅投影三维轮廓术。其中投影光栅利用彩色空间红、绿、蓝三基色相互独立的特性,用彩色条纹对光栅进行编码,以白色条纹为起始位,后接红、绿、蓝(R、G、B)三种颜色的条纺组成一组。改变红、绿、蓝的排列顺序可使各组有不同的编码。根据排列组合原理,红、绿、蓝三色可有6种不同的排列方式。经过编码处理的光栅在保证测量精度不变的前提下,加大了高度测量的范围。由于每条纹只采用0和255两个状态,因此具有较强的抗干扰能力。测量的精度主要取决于图像的分辨率。  相似文献

High-performance solid propellants are very important for the development of modern weapons. Aside from their high energy and high burning rate, safety performance is regarded as the most important factor that should be considered whenever a new solid propellant recipe is formulated. Therefore, exploring a new type of combustion catalyst that can improve both catalytic activity and reduce the sensitivity of the energetic component is significant. Traditionally, transition metals or metal oxides are used as a combustion catalyst for accelerating the thermal decomposition of energetic components. However, the existing problem of these catalysts is the aggregation of particles accompanied by poor surface area. Coupling metal oxides with graphene is a promising approach to obtain a binary composite with stable structure and large specific surface area. In this work, rod-like and granular Fe2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized using a hydrothermal method. Then, the two as-prepared Fe2O3 nanoparticles were coupled with graphene sheets using an interfacial self-assembly method, which can effectively prevent the aggregation of Fe2O3 particles and simultaneously increase the active sites that participate in the reaction. X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to identify the phase states and chemical compositions of the prepared samples. The morphology and internal structures were further demonstrated through scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption tests. Both phase analysis and structure identification indicate that the prepared Fe2O3/G has high purity and high surface area. The catalytic performance of the prepared Fe2O3 and Fe2O3/G in the thermal decomposition of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) was evaluated based on thermal gravimetric analysis-infrared spectroscopy (TGA-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests. The non-isothermal decomposition kinetics of CL-20, Fe2O3/CL-20, and Fe2O3/G/CL-20 were further studied by DSC. The results reveal the excellent catalytic activity of Fe2O3/G in the thermal decomposition of CL-20, which is attributed to the presence of abundant pore structure and large surface area. The reaction mechanisms of the exothermic decomposition process of CL-20, Fe2O3/CL-20, and Fe2O3/G/CL-20 were obtained by the logical choice method, and the composites all followed same mechanism function model as CL-20. Through comparison, the rod-like Fe2O3 coupled with graphene was found to have the best catalytic activity in the thermal decomposition of CL-20. Thus, the rod-like Fe2O3 and its Fe2O3/G composite were used to investigate their influence on the impact sensitivity of CL-20 by fall hammer apparatus. The results show that rFe2O3/G can effectively decrease the impact sensitivity of CL-20 compared with pure CL-20 and rFe2O3/CL-20. Therefore, rFe2O3 coupled with graphene not only promotes the thermal decomposition but also improves the safety performance of CL-20.  相似文献

Hf-based high-k gate dielectric has been recently highlighted as the most promising high-k dielectrics for the next-generation CMOS devices with high performance due to its excellent thermal stability and relatively high dielectric constant. This article provides a comprehensive view of the state-of-the-art research activities in advanced Hf-based high-k gate dielectrics grown by chemical-vapor-deposition-based method, including metal-organic-chemical-vapor-deposition (MOCVD), atomic-layer-chemical-vapor-deposition (ALCVD), and plasma-enhanced- chemical-vapor-deposition (PECVD), in CMOS device. We begin with a survey of methods developed for generating Hf-based high-k gate dielectrics. After that, most attention has been paid to the detailed discussion of the latest development of novel Hf-based high-k gate dielectrics grown by CVD. Finally, we conclude this review with the perspectives and outlook on the future developments in this area. This article explores the possible influences of research breakthroughs of Hf-based gate dielectrics on the current and future applications for nano-MOSFET devices.  相似文献

Zinc oxide thin films are deposited on Si and quartz substrates using the sol-gel method. The thin films, annealed at 400, 600 and 800 °C respectively, are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), fluorescence spectrometer (FL) and the photocatalytic activity is tested by the decomposition of methyl orange dye under UV illumination. The results show that the mean grain size, surface-to-volume ratio, rms roughness and degradation efficiency of the thin films increases with increasing annealing temperature. In particular, ZnO thin film annealed at 800 °C exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity, degrading methyl orange by almost 88% in 180 min. Photocatalytic reaction mechanism of the ZnO thin films is discussed in detail, and the oxygen defects are proposed to be the active sites of the ZnO photocatalyst.  相似文献

The microwave permeability dispersion behaviors and microwave-absorbing properties for different shapes of Sendust particles prepared by vibrating ball milling at 35 vol% in paraffin wax matrix have been investigated. The dispersion spectrum of permeability was calculated by the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation and Bruggeman’s effective medium theory. The calculated results are in agreement with the experiment data. According to the calculation results, the value of (μ0−1)fr (μ0 is static permeability, and fr is resonance frequency) for flake particle with larger aspect ratio reached 59.1 GHz and exceeded the Snoek’s limit. Considering the quarter-wavelength model and transmission line theory, the microwave absorption peak was discussed. At the frequency range, the flake particle with larger aspect ratio can make a thinner absorber. It provides a way to decrease layer thickness of magnetic absorber.  相似文献

A series of forcible curved circular DNAs (cDNAs) were prepared to investigate the recognition features of human Topoisomerase I (hTopo I). 为了更加符合眼睛的解剖学结构,用建立的层状结构晶状体模型代替了Hway-Lan Liou眼模型中的折射率连续变化的晶状体模型。从而建立了新的眼睛模型。在这个新的层状晶状体模型中,最外层前后表面的非球面系数与解剖学数据相符。由于层状结构使光线追迹具有特殊性。因此用C语言编制了光线追迹程序,并对此眼睛模型的光学性质进行了研究。结果表明,晶状体层数较少时,眼睛的球差曲线出现翼状结构.即层状晶状体的引入使眼睛具有多焦性.并对这种现象进行了解释;具有层状结构晶状体的眼睛和具有折射率连续变化的晶状体的眼睛能够给出等价的球差结果。  相似文献

将谐衍射透镜成功地引入红外凝视阵列探测器双波段系统的设计中,使系统在3.7~4.3μm的中波红外和8.7~11.5μm的长波红外波段同时较好的完成了像差校正。光学传递函数在两个波段范围内,在18lp/mm时的归一化值均大于0.5,接近衍射极限。该系统具有100%冷光栏效率。设计结果表明,谐衍射透镜的光谱特性介于折射透镜与衍射透镜之间,色散大小可以控制,降低了对工艺水平的要求,使红外双波段系统结构紧凑,透镜组片数少、分辨率高。为红外光学设计提供了一种全新的器件。  相似文献
