In fed-batch culture of glycerol bio-dissimilation to 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD), the aim of adding glycerol is to obtain as much 1,3-PD as possible. Hence, a proper feed strategy is required during the process. In this paper, we present an optimal switching control model based on our proposed controlled switching system. Some properties of the controlled switching system are obtained. Subsequently, we prove the existence of optimal control. In order to deduce the optimality conditions, we transcribe the optimal switching control model into an equivalent one with fixed switching instants and parameters. Finally, the optimality conditions of the equivalent problem are investigated by calculus of variations.  相似文献

在(25±0.2)℃的实验温度下,通过用表面张力法确定了辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(10)乙基磺酸钠(OPS)在无机盐氯化物(LiCl,NaCl,KCl,MgCl2,CaCl2,BaCl2,AlCl3,FeCl3和SmCl3)水溶液中的临界胶束浓度(cmc)值,根据cmc值的变化得出无机盐反离子对非离子-阴离子型表面活性剂OPS的cmc值影响规律.实验数据分析表明,虽然非离子-阴离子型表面活性剂OPS分子中增加了一个非离子氧乙烯单元的亲水性基团,但其cmc值和无机盐反离子浓度[M]之间具有与离子型表面活性剂相似的线性关系:lgcmc=-4.242-(0.2980-0.0102Z/r)lg[M]([M]1mol/L),其中Z和r分别为反离子的价态和范德华原子半径的平均值.无机盐对OPS的cmc的影响具有离子型表面活性剂的性质,不具有非离子型或两性表面活性剂的性质.该关系式亦说明了水溶液中非离子-阴离子型表面活性剂OPS的cmc值与无机盐反离子的浓度、价态和范德华原子半径的平均值有关,反离子对胶束的结合度的大小取决于反离子的价态与范德华原子半径平均值的比值.最后就无机盐反离子对OPS的cmc影响机理进行了简要分析.  相似文献

We demonstrate the dissipative soliton mode locking in a diode pumped Yb:GdYSiO~(Yb:GYSO) laser operating in the positive dispersion regime. We obtain stable passively mode-locked pulses with strong positive chirp and with very steep spectral edges. The central wavelength is 1050 nm with bandwidth of about 4 nm, autocorrelation trace shown the typical pulse duration is about 3.5 ps. We obtain the maximum average power of 558 mW for a 3.3-W absorbed pump power, with 22% slope efficiency, and a 78-MHz pulse repetition frequency.  相似文献

Flux balance analysis (FBA) is an effective tool in the analysis of metabolic network. It can predict the flux distribution of engineered cells, whereas the accurate prediction depends on the reasonable objective function. In this work, we propose two nonlinear bilevel programming models on anaerobic glycerol metabolism in Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) for 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD) production. One intends to infer the metabolic objective function, and the other is to analyze the robustness of the objective function. In view of the models' characteristic an improved genetic algorithm is constructed to solve them, where some techniques are adopted to guarantee all chromosomes are feasible and move quickly towards the global optimal solution. Numerical results reveal some interesting conclusions, e.g., biomass production is the main force to drive K. pneumoniae metabolism, and the objective functions, which are obtained in term of several different groups of flux distributions, are similar.  相似文献

Ceramic thermal protection coatings on Ti6Al4V alloy were achieved by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in the presence of Co(CH3COO)2. The morphology, crystallographic structure and chemical composition of the coating were characterized by various techniques. The thermal emission of the coating was measured by Fourier transform spectrometer apparatus. The bonding strength between the coating and substrate was studied, together with the thermal shock resistance of the coating. The results indicate that the content of Co in the coating layer significantly affects its thermal emissivity. Higher concentration of Co(CH3COO)2 in electrolytes leads to more Co ions into the coating, which enhances the emissivity of the coating. All the coatings show bonding strength higher than 10 MPa. In addition, the coating remains stable over 40 cycles of thermal shocking. The coating formed at 4 g/L Co(CH3COO)2 displays an average spectral emissivity value more than 0.9 and bonding strength about 10.4 MPa.  相似文献

Crystal growth rules of mixture crystals KADP (potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP)) have been analyzed based on the solubility product principle. The heteroepitaxial layers have been obtained by immersing KDP (ADP) substrate into the ADP (KDP) saturated solution at 313 K. The micromorphology indicates that small growing points on different planes show the self‐similar property compared to the bulk crystal's morphology. The process of epitaxial growth depends on not only form the lattice match but also form crystallizing kinetics which is the main influencing factor. Moreover, it can infer from the micromorphology on the surface of the mixed crystal that the dissolving of substrates will form mixed solution on epitaxial surface. What's more, corrosion phenomenon gets more and more evident with increasing times of epitaxial growth and it will be harder to form transparent epitaxial layers due to the increasing tension of epitaxial layers. Synthesis of methylenecyclopropane analogues of nucleoside phosphonates 6a, 6b, 7a and 7b is described. Cyclopropyl phosphonate 8 was transformed in four steps to methylenecyclopropane phosphonate 16. The latter intermediate was converted in seven steps to the key Z- and E-methylenecyclopropane alcohols 23 and 24 separated by chromatography. Selenoxide eliminations (1516 and 2223+24) were instrumental in the synthesis. The Z- and E-isomers 23 and 24 were transformed to bromides 25a and 25b, which were used for alkylation of adenine and 2-amino-6-chloropurine to give intermediates 26a, 26b, 26c and 26d. Acid hydrolysis provided the adenine and guanine analogues 6a, 6b, 7a and 7b. Phosphonates 6b and 7b are potent inhibitors of replication of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV).  相似文献

Protein tyrosine kinases serve as key mediators of signaling pathways, biochemical highways that control various aspects of cell behavior. Although fluorescent reporters of tyrosine kinases have been described, these species can suffer immediate phosphorylation upon exposure to the cellular milieu, thereby hindering a detailed analysis of kinase activity as a function of the cell cycle or exposure to environmental stimuli. The first example of a light-regulated tyrosine kinase reporter is described herein, which allows the investigator to control when kinase activity is sampled. In addition, the set of sensors created in this study contain different fluorophores, each with its own unique photophysical properties, thereby furnishing an array of choices that can be used in combination with other intracellular probes.  相似文献

The use of pH-sensitive liposomes for acid-triggered site-specific drug delivery is one of the more promising approaches to improve the therapeutic index of drugs. Here, we report the synthesis, assembly, and hydrolysis of the first ortho ester phosphocholine (OEPC). The acid hydrolysis of OEPC liposomes consists of a lag phase and a burst phase. The lag time is pH-dependent-the lower the pH, the shorter the time. Upon acid hydrolysis, the OEPC liposomes were transformed into leaky metastable vesicles that rapidly collapsed in the presence of albumin. OEPC, when formulated with cationic lipid, significantly enhanced the transfection efficiency compared with that of the pH-insensitive formulation.  相似文献
