Recently, nonlocality and Bell inequalities have been used to investigate quantum phase transitions (QPTs) in low-dimensional quantum systems. Nonlocality can be detected by the Bell-Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt (Bell-CHSH) function. In this work, we extend the study of the Bell-CHSH function (BCF) to QPTs in matrix product systems (MPSs). In these kinds of QPTs, the ground-state energy remains analytical in the vicinity of the QPT points, and they are usually called MPS-QPTs. For several typical models, our results show that the BCF can signal MPS-QPTs very well. In addition, we find the BCF can capture signal of QPTs in unentangled states and classical states, for which other measures of quantum correlation (quantum entanglement and quantum discord) fail. Furthermore, we find that in these MPSs, there exists some kind of quantum correlation which cannot be characterized by entanglement, or by nonlocality. 相似文献

采用晶体相场法研究了单轴拉伸下三角相双晶变形过程及机理, 并重点分析了小角对称与非对称晶界和大角对称与非对称晶界在变形过程中的演化及微观机理, 变形过程中应力方向与初始晶界方向平行. 结果表明, 小角对称晶界由柏氏矢量夹角呈60°的两种刃型位错组成, 变形过程中不同类型的位错运动方向相反, 并各自与另一晶界上同一类型位错相互吸引以致部分位错发生湮没; 小角非对称晶界上的位错类型单一, 在应力作用下先沿水平方向攀移, 后各自分解成柏氏矢量约呈120°的两位错, 并通过位错运动和湮没最终形成理想单晶; 大角晶界在应力的作用下先保持水平状态而后锯齿化并发射位错, 伴随着位错运动和湮没, 最终大角非对称晶界发生分解, 而大角对称晶界则重新平直化, 表明大角对称晶界比大角非对称晶界更稳定, 这与实验和分子动力学模拟结果一致.

在直接驱动惯性约束聚变中,实现靶丸均匀辐照对靶丸压缩特性至关重要,通常要求靶丸表面辐照不均匀度小于1%.现有很多优化高功率激光装置均匀辐照性能的光束排布方案,但受到实际入射光束参量的限制,系统均匀辐照性能难以实现最优化.由于初始辐照不均匀度对靶丸对称压缩特性至关重要,为进一步提高靶丸初始辐照的均匀性,并增加系统对打靶过程中由于靶丸直径变化引起的辐照不均匀的宽容度,从而实现靶丸的中心对称压缩,本文对靶丸表面光束的辐照不均匀度进行了数学分析,并研究了不同入射光束参量下的单光束因子项及其对靶丸均匀辐照的影响.结果表明:对于已知的光束排布结构,存在最优的入射光束参量,使辐照均匀度最高.证明了通过优化入射光束参量提高系统均匀辐照性能的可行性.此外,研究表明单光束因子项与几何因子项存在一定的匹配关系,可通过分析几何因子项的特征,求取与之匹配的单光束因子项,进而获得最优的入射光束参量.本工作为直接驱动靶丸均匀辐照系统的设计和优化提供了一种有效的方法. 相似文献

In this paper, the J/ψ nuclear absorption effect is studied at RHIC and LHC energies with the EKS98 shadowing parameterizations. By assuming that the J/ψ absorption cross section, σ abs , increases with the charmonium-nucleon (J/ψ-N) center of mass energy, s J/ψN , it is found that σ abs should depend on x F (or y) at a certain center of mass energy per nucleon pair,s , especially at LHC energies. The theoretical results with the x F (or y)-dependence of the absorption effect are in good agreement with the experiment data from PHENIX in d-Au collisions and the predicted results will be examined by the forthcoming experimental data from LHC in d-Pb collisions. Finally, we also present baseline calculations of cold nuclear matter effects on J/ψ production in nucleus-nucleus (A-A) collisions and find that the x F (or y)-dependence of absorption effect is very small at both RHIC and LHC energies in A-A collisions. 相似文献

铁基超导体中普遍存在着反铁磁、超导和向列相,因此研究向列相的性质及其与反铁磁、超导的关系对于理解铁基超导体的低能物理及高温超导电性具有非常重要的作用.所谓向列相是指电子态自发破缺了晶格的面内四重旋转对称性而形成的有序态,从而导致样品的某些物理性质出现了两重的各向异性.我们通过自主研发的单轴压强装置,可以在低温下原位改变压强,测量电阻的变化,从而得到向列极化率.本文介绍了我们利用该装置在最近几年研究铁基超导体的向列相和向列涨落所取得的一些成果,包括详细研究了BaFe_(2-x)Ni_xAs_2体系中的向列量子临界点及其量子临界涨落,并提出了基于向列涨落强弱调节的铁基超导体统一相图.这些结果表明,向列相及其涨落与反铁磁和超导均有很强的耦合,对于理解铁基超导体中磁性和超导电性非常关键. 相似文献

The equilibrium electron transport of 1,4-diaminobenzene sandwiched between two Au electrodes is simulated by using a first principles analysis. The results show that equilibrium conductance increases with the molecule- electrode distance decreasing, and a platform occurs at the distance varying from 1.4 A to 1.9 A, implying the insensitiveness of 1,4-diaminobenzene equilibrium conductance to molecule-electrode distance. This is helpful to understand the improved reliability and reproducibility of conductance measurements using amines. 相似文献

A cruciform cavity is presented for multi-wavelength laser generation. On the basis of considering the optimal power ratio and good spatial overlap of the two fundamental beams, the maximum output power of 589 nm laser reaches 3.5 W when the pumping power of Nd:YAG A and Nd:YAG B are 311.5 W and 261.8 W, respectively. At the same time, the other wavelength lasers are also obtained with the output power distribution of 2.5 W at 66Onto, 15 W at 532nm, lOOmW at 1319nm and 240mW at 1064nm. The corresponding beam quality factors are M^2 x = 4.93, M^2 y = 5.01 at 589nm, M^2z = 4.51, M^2 y = 4.85 at 660hm, and M^2 x = 4.12, M^2 y = 3.96 at 532nm, respectively. The instabilities of the three visible lights are measured, which are also less than 2% within three hours. 相似文献
