Neutron diffraction study on composite compound Nd2Co7

The crystallographic and the magnetic structures of the composite compound Nd₂Co₇ at 300 K are investigated by a combined refinement of X-ray diffraction data and high-resolution neutron diffraction data. The compound crystallizes into a hexagonal Ce₂Ni₇-type structure and consists of alternately stacking MgZn₂-type NdCo₂ and CaCu₅-type NdCo₅ structural blocks along the c axis. A magnetic structure model with the moments of all atoms aligning along the c axis provides a satisfactory fitting to the neutron diffraction data and coincides with the easy magnetization direction revealed by the X-ray diffraction experiments on magnetically pre-aligned fine particles. The refinement results show that the derived atomic moments of the Co atoms vary in a range of 0.7 μ_B-1.1 μ_B and the atomic moment of Nd in the NdCo₅ slab is close to the theoretical moment of a free trivalent Nd³⁺ ion, whereas the atomic moment of Nd in the NdCo₂ slab is much smaller than the theoretical value for a free Nd³⁺ ion. The remarkable difference in the atomic moment of Nd atoms between different structural slabs at room temperature is explained in terms of the magnetic characteristics of the NdCo₂ and NdCo₅ compounds and the local chemical environments of the Nd atoms in different structural slabs of the Nd₂Co₇ compound.     

共享孔径人工电磁媒质设计及其在高增益低雷达散射截面天线中的应用

提出了一种具有部分反射特性和吸波特性的共享孔径人工电磁媒质(shared aperture metamaterial, SA-MTM).该媒质由上层斜十字金属图案加载集总电阻的吸波表面、下层开条带缝隙金属面的部分反射表面以及中间介质层构成, 吸波表面和部分反射表面在垂直维度上共享了一个物理孔径使该媒质同时实现了吸波特性和部分反射特性.将SA-MTM与天线一体化设计, 利用SA-MTM的部分反射表面和天线表面构成的法布里-珀罗(Fabry-Perot, F-P)谐振腔提升天线的增益, 利用SA-MTM的吸波表面吸收入射电磁波实现低雷达散射截面(radar section cross, RCS)天线的设计.仿真和实验结果表明, SA-MTM 的加载使天线的前向增益在5.57–5.94 GHz 的工作带宽范围内都提升了3 dB以上, 且天线的后向RCS在2–9 GHz范围内都有明显的减缩.该研究成果克服了天线辐射性能和散射性能无法兼顾的矛盾, 对高增益低RCS天线的设计具有重要的指导意义.     

磁性钴纳米晶的二维自组装

在两种表面活性剂存在下，采用高温醇还原，合成出单分散、平均颗粒尺寸为14±19nm，直径标准偏差小(～18%)的磁性金属Co纳米晶.利用x射线衍射、紫外吸收光谱、x射线光电子能谱及透射电子显微镜对其结构和表面价态进行了分析.并将磁性金属Co纳米晶自组织形成有序的二维(2D)六方紧密堆积结构. 关键词： Co纳米晶 单分散 自组装     

优质GaAs/Si和AlGaAs/Si材料的MOCVD生长研究

用自制常压MOCVD装置,在Si衬底上生长GaAs和AlGaAs外延层,在高温去除Si衬底表面氧化膜之后,采用两步法,即低温生长过渡层,再提高温度生长外延层。得到了表面镜面光亮的优质GaAs和AlGaAs外延层。X射线双晶衍射仪测试GaAs外延层,其回摆曲线半峰宽是200孤秒,GaAs和AlGaAs外延层在77K温度下,PL谱半峰宽分别是17meV和24meV。     

椭圆偏振技术研究VHF-PECVD高速沉积微晶硅薄膜的异常标度行为

采用VHF-PECVD技术高速沉积了不同生长阶段的微晶硅薄膜,通过椭圆偏振技术研究了生长过程中微晶硅薄膜表面粗糙度的演化.实验结果表明,沉积气压P_g=300 Pa时,β=0.81,其超出标度理论中β最大值为0.5范围,出现异常标度行为.这表明微晶硅薄膜高速生长中还存在其他粗糙化增加的因素,此粗糙化增加的因素与阴影作用有关. 关键词： 微晶硅薄膜 椭偏光谱法 生长机制 表面粗糙度     

2.0μm附近模拟呼吸气体中~(13)CO_2/~(12)CO_2同位素丰度的高精度实时在线测量

采用可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术,结合一新型多通池搭建了一套模拟呼吸气体中CO_2同位素丰度的测量装置.气体的压强、温度和流速被很好地控制且均能保持长期的稳定性;采用三次多项式拟合光谱基线,对光谱进行归一化,很好地消除了功率变化对测量结果的影响;利用移窗-回归技术消除频率漂移对同位素丰度测量的影响.实验结果表明:移窗-回归法的引入不仅延长了系统的稳定时间,还提高了系统的测量精度;小波去噪的应用获得了比多光谱平均法高2倍的信噪比;系统的稳定时间为100 s;Kalman滤波后系统测量精度为0.067‰.     

Substrate-controlled and highly stereoselective synthesis of 2-aminobut-2-ene-1, 4-diones

2-Methylthio-substituted 1,4-enediones, obtained from readily available aryl methyl ketones, were reacted with primary or secondary amines to afford the desired 1,4-diaryl-2-aminobut-2-ene-1,4-diones in excellent yields with high Z/E-stereoselectivity.     

An efficient synthesis of δ-glyconolactams by intramolecular Schmidt–Boyer reaction under microwave radiation

δ-Glyconolactams were first synthesized by the intramolecular Schmidt–Boyer reaction using corresponding δ-azidosugars as starting material. The reaction could be efficiently performed in good yields of 61–69% under microwave radiation in acid condition, providing an alternative protocol to iminosugar δ-lactam.     

A new electronically deficient atropisomeric diphosphine ligand (S)-CF3O-BiPhep and its application in asymmetric hydrogenation

A new electronically deficient atropisomeric diphosphine ligand (S)-CF₃O-BiPhep was synthesized from 1-bromo-3-(trifluoromethoxy)benzene in high yield. The key steps included oxidative coupling with anhydrous ferric chloride and optical resolution by (+)-DMTA. The ligand afforded high performance for Ir-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of quinolines with ee up to 92% and TON up to 25,000. It was also successfully applied to the Pd-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of simple indoles with ee up to 87% and Rh-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-addition of phenylboronic acid to 2-cyclohexenone with 97% ee.
